I have used RHMS for several bigger jobs and also several small ones. They have been fantastic and easy to work with. The do quality work and they are very communicative with every detail.There are always hiccups with constructions but they have been amazing with everything.There lead Alvin has been great to work with and he is always reassuring. When things don’t go the way I want, he personally makes sure it is corrected.I had RHMS do an extensive repair to the siding around our building and they were very professional and communicative as always. Alvin Autar, who oversaw the project was in constant communication.

I read these reviews and have to wonder if theyre referring to the same people Ive been using for years. Im a small landlord and they have never been anything but professional. Besides handyman jobs, they use licensed plumbers and electricians when the job calls for it. I am entirely satisfied - their work is good and prices are fair.

Ive hired RHMS for repairs over the years and again recently to replace a balcony rail. On an old (1911) building, there are always complications and RHMS was open and helpful in brainstorming options. They even insisted on adding some work at their own cost to preserve the architectural integrity of the building. Their attitude really is Were not finished until youre happy.
