    We had a toilet back up and overflow and knowing enough about our septic system to understand this wasn’t a normal backup. We had used a different septic service in the past that we were not happy with and Lil’ Stinky helped us out the time before. So we called them again and their service was outstanding, again! Cory came out on the service call, ahead of schedule, and was in and out in very little time. Cory and the Lil’ Stinky company were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would use them again for sure.

    Lil Stinky saved the day! We called on a Sunday afternoon and within 30 minutes Chris was pumping our septic! Professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them!

    I’m giving a 5 star rating because I can’t give 10 stars! Cory is not only a skilled technician who can answer any question about septic tanks, he is compassionate and personable. I will never use another company than Lil’ Stinky!My tank is very old and we had a little trouble locating it, but Cory was a rockstar and got the job done! He also explained in detain, the process of my replacing my current tank. This provided me peace of mind in knowing my next step in the process. I made him take a selfie with me, because I’m a dork and do this sort of thing.I was raised by a single mom and I can’t tell you how often home or auto repairs were a hassle because we were always told we needed work that wasn’t necessary. When you meet people who provide information that is honest, they are worth their weight in gold!

    Dealing with septic pumping stinks, but Cory was so sweet. He accommodated our work from home schedule to pump during our lunch hour. Was knowledgeable and gave us good info out our tanks condition. I will 100% recommend Lil Stinky and Cory in the future.

    There are only two septic companies Ill use this is one.After having three separate companies all give me different information. One said my tank needed to be replaced, one said my sand filter was failing and one said my leaches feild had failed. (Later learned the owners of these three are all related....)I called little stinky to do an assessment, their guy spent some time walking my system opening it up locating my distribution boxes for me etc.At the end they didnt charge me for anything and informed me my system was fine working as its supposed to.I had them pump the system after this experience and cant recommend them enough.

    Lil Stinky gave us a much more reasonable estimate on our septic repair than anyone else. They came promptly did the work in a day had it inspected the next day and back filled at the same time. Their workers were friendly professional and very knowledgeable. They really helped us when we were in a time crunch and did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Lil Stinky over anyone else

    Tim from Lil Stinky was phenomenal! He went above and beyond. Was incredibly professional and was beyond helpful. He figured out a plumbing issue even the plumbers our home warranty company sent out couldnt resolve. He gave us great advice for preventing any further issues as well. Highly recommend this company, especially Tim!

    Sunday morning we realized we had a septic problem. Lil’Stinky came in a very timely manner and helped us uncover our septic lid only to find we had a clogged intake. He loosened it, and we were flowing freely again. He answered all of our questions and said we didn’t need the tank pumped at this time which saved us a bundle. Their fee was definitely in line with a Sunday morning emergency call. I would highly recommend this company.

    Corey came out on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was the third person to come look at our system and right away diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was also very patient, taking time to talk to our home insurance company by phone to detail the service and help us get reimbursed. Unfortunately we have have had several local companies come out for this problem. Lil Stinky is the best by far!

    We would recomend them in a heartbeat, From the begining our experience was first class.     Hire these guys! I gathered various quotes from other companies, researched, asked a lot of questions, and these guys stood out. They were forthright and informative. They replaced the septic tank and pipes to the dry wells which they pumped and created clean out access to.     Wow, this was some of the best costumer service i have experienced in any field. I had a septic alarm going off, Cory pumped my tank and trouble shoot my issue and the price was the same as I paid to just pump my tank with a different Co. On top of that Cory spent the time on the phone to explain to me what was going on and couldnt have been nicer or more helpful.
