    Your serviceman was wonderful! He did an excellent job replacing my toilets wax seal. You lost a star because the cost was shockingly high! The average range in Columbus is $50 - 200. He was done in 15 min, had no trouble and found no issues. The cost to me was $175.00 ! That seems unreasonable. No complaints about him or his work. He was excellent.

    This is the second time Rose Plumbing has serviced my home, and the second visit was as exceptional as the first. Grant came to my home this time to repair a tub faucet leak and do the annual maintenance service on my tankless water heater. He pleasantly answered all of my questions and taught me about the systems as he did his work.I love working with Rose Plumbing because they have always honored their word, always treated me kindly, and always submitted fair invoices for the work done.This is my plumbing company.

    We spoke with Alyssa on the phone, and then Grant and Cory installed our new water heater. Alyssa was helpful and knowledgeable. When she didnt know an answer, she was honest, then let me know once she got the needed information. We were charged exactly as expected, and the installation was quick. The guys were polite and informative throughout the installation. Would 100% recommend!

    We had an issue with our old hot water tank, and it was super easy to schedule an appointment with Rose Plumbing. The day of, they came during the anticipated time frame. Both men were nice, professional, and efficient. They installed a new tank, tested it, and made sure we didn’t have any more questions before they left. Super positive experience!

    After a series of unfortunate plumbing mishaps that left our newly remodeled home smelling like a sewage plant (thanks to an inexperienced plumber), we were desperate for a solution. We had several plumbers in, all attempting to diagnose the issue, but no one could quite hit the nail on the head – or fix the smell, for that matter. Enter Rose Plumbing: they came in, assessed the situation with expertise, and took our house from smelling like poo to, well, roses! They didnt just fix the problem; they brought a breath of fresh air (literally) back to our home.     Highly recommend! We had our sump pump go out a couple of days before a storm was heading our way. We had set up an appointment with another plumbing service, they came out and quoted us over $600 - $1000. I said that was ridiculous. Called Rose Plumbing and was able to squeeze us in right before the storm hit and with only one technician! and they cost us less than $400. Cant beat that!

    Absolutely phenomenal service and work at affordable prices!! My fiance and I recently moved into our home and found that the upstairs bathroom was clogged, when we called Rose Plumbing out to fix it, they not only fixed the drainage problem in the upstairs bathroom, but continued to fix it even as the clog moved throughout the house. (The kitchen sink and bathroom sink.) They also fixed our outdoor hose-bibs and created a plumbing access in our spare bedroom that looks fantastic. Very professional and high quality work, were so happy with the fixes!!

    Ryan got my wife and I out of a pinch so fast it was unreal. We were moving and couldn’t get our washer unhooked because of a bad valve it was stuck. He was out the next day (when we were moving and getting everything out) and fixed it within about an hour. Outstanding service. Use this company for your plumbing needs.

They were so kind and confident throughout the whole appointment, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving.     Ryan Rose replaced a garbage disposal, two shut off valves, and a shower cartridge. We exchanged text messages to aid in scheduling the work and he arrived exactly when he said. The charges for these services were a good value. I highly recommend him.

    We had to have some major repair done on our plumbing system. We have a well and a water softener. They replaced our old plumbing system and made it more efficient! They were on time, made multiple return calls as needed because they were working around other contractors at the same time. Scott, in particular, always had a positive can-do attitude! He clearly knows what hes doing and gives a fair price!

Their insight and ability regarding sump pump repair, hot water recirculation so that the hot water upstairs is almost immediate, and always seeming to know the right thing to do are all greatly appreciated.Capped off gas line.     I called Rose to take a look at a defective water heater and furnace. I was concerned about the gas line and felt uncomfortable working on it myself. I made the call, and they could come within 48 hours, which was just fine for me as the home was unoccupied. Grant was the plumber, and he was great! He did a great job communicating before his arrival, and he did a great job finding and repairing the issue. I have also recommended Rose to many of my real estate clients, and the feedback has been superb. Rose is the first place I call if I have a plumbing issue of any kind!
