    I have been unbelievably impressed with this company from start to finish. Starting with my salesman, Justin and management, Kevin. I love in Phoenix and opted to outsource to these folks. They beat Phoenix pricing by average 18%, providing a better unit with lower labor costs. They showed up for install not 3 days after sale. My technicians, Logan, Stephen and Anthony showed up two hours early (to my benefit) and finished the job 8 hours ahead of schedule. They didnt uncharged me for their commute to PHX. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. This is the best HVAC company in Arizona, and I will use them for all of my rentals going forward.

    I had a coupon for a $49.00 tune up on my furnace which is pretty good deal so I called them. Everyone was super nice. David the technician showed up as scheduled and I found him to be both personable and knowledgeable. He did the tune up on my furnace which he had to climb up into the attic to access. He took numerous photos which he showed me and explained his technical process. Before he left, he also changed my air filter which was seriously overdue:) Good company. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

    I had a wonderful experience with Fiscor Plumbing And Air. The technician Josh did a great job, informing me about my problems with my heater and gave several solutions and payment plans if I want to upgrade my system. Very satisfied customer. The Special cost for this inspection was a good deal as well and affordable. Highly recommended company.

    So impressed with this company, from our initial visit with Alyk and his in depth analysis and explanation of the issues we were having with our heater to Marc and the rest of the techs that came to install a new system for us. Everyone was so professional, friendly and clearly explained things for us. They all stayed overtime to make sure everything was working properly and cleaned up too. I chose this company initially because of the reviews, and they were so accurate! Would recommend fiscor and their excellent employees to everyone!

    Just in came by and professionally pleasantly competently and with good nature and good humor gave us a robust bid for a ductless heat pump setup. I felt absolutely as if I was in great hands and we are considering seriously accepting their bid and just waiting on another one before moving ahead. They were able to come out and see me within 12 hours of my phone call (about 9 of which we were all sleeping overnight) so their turnaround time was amazing. Excellent all around.

    I have had other AC & heating companies services before But Fiscor Plumbing & AC has been the best service I have had for our home. There technician Alyk Hayes was very professional and took the time to explain what the problems were and what was needed to fix the issues. Plus they did not try to sell me on things we didnt need.     After years of having issues with my water system (which was in house when purchased). Fiscor sent Larry Acuna out to flush out hot water heater. I had him look at an issue I had been having with a bathtub faucet. He replaced that faucet. He went above and beyond. Very professional and knowledgeable. I ended up replacing my system and am very happy with my water now as well as all the other work performed. Thanks again Larry for amazing jobPs. We are return customers as we have been enjoying our CH&A unit installed from Fiscor as well.

    10-17-2024 I had a service tech named ALYK MAYES come out to my house today to figure out why my furnace wasnā€™t going on and long story short I was able to get a brand new unit financed for payment of $50 a month! Thanks to ALYK HAYES from FISCOR HEATING & a/c for putting in so much effort and for caring about my situation! He was professional, and what a nice guy! My problem is solved now! Iā€™m getting a new unit put in next week, so thank you so much for your awesome service! If youā€™re looking for a heating and cooling company, this is the one I would highly recommend!!

    We have had a few companies come out every year to service out AC unit and yhey were able to fix it. But when Jason with Fiscor came out he invited me to take a look at what he usually looks for on these service calls. He was able to diagnose the problem, and immediately came to me with Bill on the phone about how to fix it. I am very happy to see Fiscor heating and cooling doing well, especially since I know why they are doing well, because of excellent customer service!

    WOW! What a great company and service person. Being an absentee homeowner in Sedona, AZ, you never know what you will find when you are blessed with the opportunity to be out here. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we determined the AC was not working on a warm evening. We were able to make it through with ceiling fans and open windows and immediately reached out to Fiscor the next morning. The phone was immediately answered and Jason was assigned the problem. We were given a 4-hr window, hours after the call and Jason let us know he was on his way at the top of the window. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and an excellent diagnostician. He gave us options and we chose what we wanted. He was able to repair the unit and left us happy and on the way to getting us cool. We would highly recommend Fiscor and Jason for any needs you might have.

    Fiscor recently installed a new whole-house HVAC system for me in Sedona. I was impressed by this company, from the estimator, Jason, to the front office (Sarina), to the installation crew (Tommy, Thor, Logan), to the follow-up technician, Detrick.Every one of these employees was both courteous and professional. I am really pleased with all of these people and their work. I havent met the owner, but his employees like him and he must be a good guy, because such a positive and helpful attitude usually trickles down from the top. Imagine a company who answers their phone by saying, How can I make you smile today? That gives you an idea of what this company is like. (I might steal that phrase!)The estimator came the day after my initial phone call! Many companies will give you an estimate, but then delay, delay, delay. Fiscor, however, arranged to install my new system immediately after receiving the deposit. I was amazed.Since this is an honest review, I will share what could have been a tad better, although these things are very minor:1. I discussed a fallen air duct in my crawlspace with the estimator and had the impression that it would be fixed as part of my installation. That turned out not to be part of the package. It was probably my misimpression, however, as Jason was otherwise very thorough, expert, and friendly.2. At the end of the job, I had to ask the installation crew to put some things back that had been moved out of the way, and they forgot to reignite the pilot light on my water heater after working with the gas lines, so for a week I thought my water heater was broken. No worries, however, as the company sent out a man to relight it for me after I called. There were some gaps around the new heater that had not been there before as it was a few inches narrower than the old one, and I worry a little about rodents getting in, so Ill have to figure out a way to fill in those spaces. The heater was never tested by turning it on in the house, and with our warm weather, Im reluctant to do that, although I am sure it works. And I never got any kind of paperwork with a warranty or manual beyond instructions for the thermostat, so I dont even know the brand name of the new air conditioner/heater I have, but the office is looking into that, and I am certain it will be provided.These are all EXTREMELY MINIMAL things. If you are looking for a new HVAC system, you need to contact them. They worked really, really hard, actually cut out some of my painted wallboard and then screwed it back in place without it looking damaged at all, cleaned up after themselves (!), and were beyond knowledgeable and efficient. After a long day entailing many HARD hours of work--maybe they did, but I never noticed them even taking a break--the small oversights Ive listed are not a big deal. And, what is important to me: beyond being efficient and knowing what they were doing, every single employee was courteous and helpful.The front office at Fiscor is also awesome: always cheerful along with knowing what they are doing! I thank all of these employees. This is a great business!

    The Fiscor team is a top notch, class act. From Kevin himself all the way down to the latest employee. They called me, the day before, to confirm and remind me of the appointment.     Overall, an amazing experience! They came and gave us a second quote after we had another company come and look at our AC, told us we would need a bigger unit than we were quoted and still ended up being more cost effective than the first company. They were professional, transparent, and for the most part, on top of things. I gave a four because it took them over a month to schedule the inspection through the county we needed to complete the project. However, I would still recommend them for your AC/heating needs.

    Fiscor and Erik took on a difficult conversion from an old system to new. Without Erikā€™s expertise, I think the installation would have gone ok, but not be protected from long term issues related to cycling system more often, thus wearing the system down more quickly.     Joshua is awesome, I cant even tell you. I am sure the other techs are good, but lets be honest, Joshua is probably the best. I am not trying to rank techs but you know how you kind of do that in your head, that is what I did.We bought an AC unit a couple months ago and needed it to be checked for something and thats what he did and he did it well.They honor their warranty and dont give you the run around.As far as price, this is why we chose Fiscor in the first place, Joshua was just a bonus, kind of like apple pie al la mode after dinner. You didnt plan on the dessert but you got it and liked it.I wish I had a picture of him to upload to this review but he moves like a cat and I couldnt snap one before he left.In all seriousness I recommend this company and ask for Joshua. One miserable night spent trying to troubleshoot with no luck, and we were on the phone to try to find an A/C tech. On a Friday. After calls to multiple businesses, none of whom could come out until the following Monday, we called Fiscor. They were also booked until Monday, but were able to get us in under a cancellation. Our tech Kevin was on site within 30 minutes. Quick diagnosis identified the problem, he had the part in stock, and within the hour our 90Ā° house was on the fast track to cool.     Our heater quit working of course, during the coldest part of the year. We contacted Fiscor Heating and Cooling on Wednesday afternoon. We were so pleased when Detrick got to our house between 10:30 & 11!He checked our unit, and we were concerned because of its age.     Ive used Kevin and company twice now. Seems like its becoming a regular summer time visit! Last year when he came, he immediately diagnosed the problem with our garage AC before even opening up the unit. Sure enough, there was visual evidence of exactly what he said needed repair. Boom! Done. Not exactly inexpensive but worth getting good, honest service.He came out again about a week ago because our main unit for the house was not cooling all the time. He had a suspicion what the problem was which he confirmed after running a couple of electronic tests. He checked our other smaller unit and found that the same part was at the end of its life as well, so he replaced it and gave me a break on the parts.Kevin is a very personable young family man.     Fiscor owner arrived within an hour of my call asking for a tech to look at our heat pump which had been laboring to maintain heat and short cycling. Being Friday we were worried the system might fail over the weekend and leave us in the cold.     Sunday afternoon, two days before July 4th, itā€™s 103 degrees outside and the air conditioning system starts sending us messages that itā€™s not able to keep the temperature down inside. I suggest to my wife that she call Fiscor Heating & Cooling as soon as possible on Monday. She calls Monday morning, and they schedule a service appointment for around noon on Wednesday. Purely by coincidence on Monday (maybe because itā€™s July in Arizona?), our next door neighborā€™s downstairs AC had stopped working. At my wifeā€™s recommendation, our neighbor also called Fiscor.At 8am Wednesday morning, Fiscor service rep, Bill Lipps, shows up EARLY. Unheard of. Bill, a totally nice guy, takes care of some relatively minor issues with our AC, makes some useful suggestions to help with our ACā€™s longevity, and charges an incredibly reasonable service fee. Then Bill heads over to our neighbors house, and shows up EARLY to service her AC.To say that up until now weā€™ve had a somewhat jaundiced opinion of AC repair and service options in this area would be a mild understatement. That view has been completely turned around by our experience with Bill Lipps and Kevin Fiscorā€™s family business. This is by far the best service weā€™ve experienced living in Sedona. My only regret is that Fiscor Heating & Cooling isnā€™t Fiscor Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electical.

    Kevin was quite engaged in the process of resolving our problems with our air conditioner. Initially, he quickly diagnosed the problem, a defective capacitor, and had a replacement part on hand. When the air conditioner still wouldnā€™t start, he contacted the manufacturer immediately to begin the process of acquiring a new compressor. Even though the cost of the parts were covered by the manufacturerā€™s warranty, the labor isnā€™t, so the cost to replace the compressor was going to be quite expensive. Before Kevin ordered the new compressor, Kevin examined the wiring schematic and discovered that the wiring was reversed, which was causing the compressor to not start. Overall, Kevin saved us a substantial amount of money, due to his thoroughness. Another licensed air conditioning technician had improperly wired the connector, much to our surprise. Kevinā€™s skill in diagnosing is excellent. His communication skills are equal. He cares greatly about the customerā€™s well being, and he is working diligently to maintain a quality reputation by his work ethic and fairness to the customer. He is very reasonable in charging for his work. I would highly recommend using his services. Lastly, he is a decent person and a dedicated professional.

    We called Fiscor to get a second opinion when our ac unit quit on us. Kevin was polite and very knowledgeable when helping us select a replacement, saving us a bundle. He was efficient in knocking out our install and even went out of his way to install a wireless thermostat for us as well. The first response was at 6:45am and he was on site within the hour to diagnose the issue. The repair was complete within the day.     We requested a pre season check and inspection for our house. Bill kept me informed about his arrival time. Then he carefully and thoroughly checked the system, cleaned the fan system of old debris. When he was finished, I paid only the basic charge. He didnt try to sell me anything unnecessary. He also advised me of several things I can do to keep the system going. He did advise that should we ever need freon, were going to have to replace the whole system because of the freon it requires..

    Called Kevin Fiscor on a Sunday afternoon where he answered the phone even though they were closed. Talked with him about the problem with my furnace. Kevin told me what the problem most likely was and talked me through fixing it myself. It cost me a total of $12 in parts. This was after a competitor charged me over $500 to fix my furnace just one year ago. It was pleasant to deal with a contractor who is about helping the customer and not after the big buck like other HVAC contractors. Thank you Kevin for restoring my faith in contractors. Fiscor Heating and Cooling will be the only HVAC contractor I ever call on again.
