    Updated review. Adam Krause just recently serviced our hot water tank. It was regular maintenance. He was super knowledgeable and efficient. He explains things. Very nice guy. DBest is reliable and highly competent.They are very competent. Id describe them as good communicators and skilled technicians. I do not hesitate to call them for plumbing needs. Plumber Daniel Heun is really good at his work. Hes a great guy. Solid professional.

    The owner is honest and VERY straight-forward. Asking for an estimate he explained he has a set price for the purchase and installation of a 50 gal. water heater (which was very competitive). As our job required removal of a 40 -year-old solar water heater, he simply charged additional time & labor which also seemed reasonable (including disposal).The installers - Dan And Cody - were personable and did a terrific job.

    Daniel has been out to my house multiple times. Every time he has been quick, efficient and done a great job. Our house is a trip with the way the plumbing & electrical is set up.     We had them replace 6 old shutoff valves in the kitchen and spare bathroom and install a new bathroom faucet and toilet we bought at Home Depot. The Kohler toilet didn’t include the install kit in the box, so they ordered the missing parts for us and came back the next week to finish the install. They were quick, kept things clean, and charged a fraction of what a national company charged us last year to replace our water heater. They are busy, so we had to schedule about a week ahead. We are very happy with our experience and would definitely use them again.

    I called D-Best plumbing after getting screwed around from home depot and their same day install. I had been out of hot water for 3 days when I calledD-Best. They were able to send a person out to install a new water heater later that afternoon.Shout out to Adam!
