Eddie and Steve did a great job replacing a bathroom fan for us. Several other electricians turned down the job for being too small or gave no reason at all. Eddie responded to my messages promptly, gave thoughtful advice on which replacement would be best, and was able to fit us in for a last minute appointment when our travel plans unexpectedly changed. They worked fast and charged a fair price.

I dont usually write reviews but the service provided by Eddie and his team warrants one. I needed an electrician after losing power to half of my kitchen overnight, and had been recommended E/R Electrical. Within 3 hours of my first reaching out, everything was sorted -- Eddie was quick to respond with questions about the issue so he could provide an estimate and then he was, luckily, able to come immediately and quickly identified and resolved the issue (replacing an outlet). Not only did they get the job done efficiently, they were friendly and personable throughout. I would definitely use Eddie again and recommend him to others.

I would recommend this company to everyone! Professional, great work, and friendly service. Eddie provided quick response to my initial email inquiry for a quote and was very helpful for my follow up questions. On the day of our scheduled appointment, Eddie and Steve arrived on time and made quick work of the 7 lighting fixture replacements and dimmer switch additions to existing light switch. The entire job took just over an hour and final bill matched the quote provided. I am thrilled with the results.

Eddie and Steve offer efficient, prompt, friendly and competent service at a fair price. Every home owner needs to have a go-to electrician and after two encounters these guys have earned our trust and business. We had multiple projects including a chandelier install, CO/smoke detector replacements, addition of dimmer function to existing lights, and troubleshooting a recessed lighting issue. I found ER Electric on Angies list (top-rated with many, many positive reviews) and was impressed with how quickly Eddie responded.We set up a time, they showed up on time, got the work done, cleaned up including mopped the floor in less than 30 minutes the first time (was even shorter the second time). Eddie communicates clearly regarding estimates, is responsive to emails/texts, articulates any issues and promptly provides solutions. Steve and Eddie work well as a team, are professional, hardworking, and fun. I feel our home is safer (they identified and fixed some hidden burnt out wiring), brighter and more energy efficient thanks to their effort and input. I can not recommend Eddie enough. We received a number of quotes to have some recessed lighting installed and Eddie’s professionalism and detailed quote made him stand out. He set realistic expectations on what could be accomplished and walked through it during the initial meeting rather than just writing a price on a piece of paper. On the day of he showed up promptly at the scheduled time and completed all the work quickly, while also leaving our place clean. We’ve definitely found our go to electrician for any future projects and would highly recommend him to everyone.

Amazing customer service and work. Eddie responded incredibly quickly to my request and provided a fair estimate. They confirmed the appointment and showed up to our house early! For anyone that knows, just getting the contractor to show up is half the battle.Eddie and Steve finished up the work to convert an outlet for our new dryer in less than an hour. Eddie and his assistant from E R Electric were a pleasure to work with. He always responded to emails, calls, & texts immediately. He answered all questions thoroughly and honestly, and was very friendly, accommodating and most importantly prompt. His written quote was thorough and transparent. The price on the quote that we agreed upon is what I paid. He handled everything with permitting & codes with fidelity. I was having my electric panel upgraded from 100amp to 200 amp. Its old location was behind an oil tank and simply replacing it would not pass code. Eddie found solutions to the problem by moving the panel to a new accessible location and did a neat and efficient job of moving all the cables and mounting the new panel. The exterior meter replacement also looks great. Even with such a thorough job, they worked quickly and got it done in about 6 hours. They were very willing to take COVID-19 precautions when interacting. Overall Excellent experience.

Outstanding! Ive used Eddie several times over the past few years for a variety of small electrical jobs (wall-mounting TVs, installing new electrical outlets, installing a new ethernet cable, fixing a broken light fixture, etc). He is always super prompt, reliable, easy to communicate with, and does a great job.He went above and beyond in my most recent experience. When Eddie was re-hanging a TV, it slipped from the place it was resting and broke. These things happen every once in a while to everyone. To solve the problem, within hours Eddie had ordered a new, replacement TV -- the exact same model -- at his expense and came by a few days later to reinstall the new TV and make sure it was working perfectly. Outstanding service, I would definitely recommend and will use him again for my future electrical jobs.

I have used Eddie twice now to get a few things done in my house. Lighting installed, cat6 ethernet and fiber run throughout the house, and adding outlets to several locations.Each time Eddie and his crew were top notch at the work they did, they were very upfront about everything, easy to negotiate and work out a plan with, and super nice guys all around. Some of my work ended up taking days of back and forth because I kept changing what my plans were for my networking setup, and Eddie was more than happy to work with me on these changes and recommend the best fit for things.And the work of course came out perfect. My work from home situation has become much easier with my hardline internet and my basement is much nicer with its new lighting.I would definitely recommend Eddie and his crew for any electrical job you need.

I tried to change some of the dimmer switches in my house and ended up with non-functional switches and a blown fuse. I was a little skeptical at first when I saw all the great reviews for Eddie but he is the real deal. He responded quickly to all my messages. I rarely write reviews, but the service we received from Eddie was so exceptional I feel obligated to post something. We had an overloaded circuit that was causing us to lose power in our kitchen every time we turned on the dishwasher. When I called another electrician, I was told that this would be at least a full day job at $200/hour. So I looked for an alternative, and my neighbor recommended Eddie, who was able to fix the problem in under an hour for less than half of what Id have had to pay the other electrician. He was personable and extremely capable. I couldnt be more pleased.

Wow, ER Electric takes the pain out of home repairs. I cannot recommend them highly enough -- Eddie is quick to respond about scheduling, and gives a courtesy call when hes on the way so you dont have the dreaded 3-4 hour window of waiting. I have used ER Electric a few times for jobs ranging from changing fixtures to decommissioning live wires for an ancient intercom system, and Eddie and Steve were professional, efficient, tidy, and kind. I have used E/R Electric twice now and I do not feel like I ever need to look for another electrician. I found them after reading numerous online reviews, and they were highly rated and affordable. These guys are wonderful. They arrive on time, they are professional and polite, they are fast and they are clean. They cleverly installed an ethernet port in our second floor guest bedroom because I needed to hook up my work phone during quarantine. They found a way to weave the cord through the closets and into the basement, which created no visible holes in the house. I was very impressed. Plus they vacuumed up their dust while working--barely a hint they were even here! Highly, highly recommend them (the only downside is it may take me longer to get my next appointment--theyre popular because theyre great!)
