Excellent customer service, communication and timely. I cant say this about every company but can definitely say this about Colman Electric. Im always satisfied with their work. I feel like theyre more than reasonable. I will always use their services and I will always recommend their services to people. Communication with Karen made everything easy, hes friendly clear and she gets right back to you. Good luck finding a Electric company thats better than them!

Colman Electric is great. Our smoke alarm went off at night and Colman called us back and talked us through removing the battery. Service is always excellent.

Colman Electric Team is the best. They took care of our needs so fast and with so little short notice. They went to the store on time. We will definitely use their services again. I will recommend them 200%, if they told you they are busy, give them time to take care of your needs. You wont regret it.

Great service! We found them through Home Depot Pro Referrals and they were extremely responsive. They also did an amazing job installing our pendant lights at a very competitive rate. We will definitely be using Colman Electric again.

I can’t speak more highly of this company from the high quality work they did replacing all of the knob and tube electrical in our house to the professional and great communication. Bill and Scott were very considerate when working in our house - texting us if anything changed for scheduling, so we always knew when they were coming. They took safety very seriously making sure to never leave doors open as we have dogs and small children. The communication was excellent and I honestly was sad to see them go. They worked very hard to not disturb our everyday life which consisted of me working from home with small children.

We have used this company a few times. They are what companies used to be. Good to the core. Professionals, respectful, reliable, and friendly. Today when many businesses run on applications and freelance labor, with no real address or costumer service departments. It is nice to have a local company that feels and is real. Lets support local businesses.

Excellent communication! I needed two exhaust fans replaced in our bathrooms and they helped me identify what to order and then on the day of service, communication was great and the service was done efficiently and with great quality.

Great local company, been using them for nearly 50 years(48 to be exact!) always does a great job, responsive and even comes out on Holidays, Cant say enough about them..They need to train other companies in customer service!! as they perform it in the best method. Our building was built in the 1830s so the wires are difficult to pull, and they have redone the entire building.

It is challenging to find an electrician who will be responsive and not charge a fortune. I am so glad I found Coleman. They came to do a small job at my home. The electrician was prompt, friendly and got the work done quickly. The cost was more reasonable than one other comparison quote. I plan to use them again.

Really a great company and great electricians. I had them come out and replace a breaker box and all of the breakers. A few month later I had a home inspection done (we were selling our home) and he pointed out some issues in the panel. Mistakes happen with everybody and I dont put too much fault there. What was great was how promptly Colman sent out someone to fix the (very minor) issues. They were apologetic and prompt in their fix which I think is the most important. From my experience with Colman I believe it would be tough to go wrong. In the chance something is not 100% then they can be counted on to stand by their work and make the necessary fixes.

Matthew is definitely a great Electrician. His customer service, kindness and ability to explain so I understand is a 10.He was so good at what he does that I requested him for the next job I had planned which is baseboard heating.

We were fortunate to inherit our previous house owners relationship with Colman Electric. We live in home built in 1859 which still had glass tube wiring. . The day we moved in, we had to replace the ancient and dangerous looking fuse box--and that was the day we got to know how wonderful Colman Electric is. For 33 years we have called on Colman to do everything from rewiring a room to figuring out how to replace an impossible- to- find light bulb. We started with Mr. Kevin Colman and are now onto another generation or two of Colman electricians, all of whom have treated our house with love and care. They are great at bringing along apprentices who can carry the Colman tradition of excellent workmanship and quick response into the rest of their careers. We are proud to be Colman clients and value our working relationship with them.
