    I had issues with either hot or cold water in multiple bathrooms and sinks/showers. Marc was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was also very thorough. Great communicator and i felt like he was super transparent and honest. Also took the time to answer all my questions and explain how certain parts of the plumbing and water heater worked. Would absolutely work with him again.

They were courteous, professional, and able to install a terrific, brand new water heater that same day.     Everyone from the person answering the phone, to the manager, and installer Luke was professional and straight forward. Exceptional quality and service. I am very particular on wanting a Bradford White water heater and need experienced people with that brand. I consider this the best water heater out there and this company the best at what they do.     They responded quickly to my water heater failure and determined that it would not be cost effective to repair my 13 year old tankless water heater. Luke the technician and I discussed replacement options, the pros & cons of each as well as pricing.Once we agreed on a placement Luke quickly removed the old unit allowing me to immediately start removing the wet moldy drywall and start the drying process. Luke arrived on time the following day to start installing the new tankless and was able to work around me finishing the repair of the drywall before mounting the new unit and finishing the copper connection. Luke was very professional and I would recommend him and The Water Heater Company to a friend if I were asked for a recommendation.

    We had a really great experience with the water heater company! They were extremely fast, well prepared and very friendly. Our water heater was leaking and needed a new one. We were able to get this completely finished in a single day. The technician, Mitchell was amazing. He was very polite and made sure we understood everything he was doing and why it had to be done.     Wonderful experience replacing 75 gal water heater, from calling on Sunday to inspection and installation on Monday. They made this process fast and straight forward. Evan was courteous and professional in communicating and addressing my questions. He was thorough and beyond in checking everything and replacing existing old parts. The work was excellent!     I had an excellent experience, start to finish. They replaced my water heater and its working beautifully. If youre short on time, stop reading and pick up the phone, give them a call. If you need more convincing, read on.I was having water pressure issues that only occurred after using hot water, and wondered if the water heater was getting toward the end of its lifespan. I know that one should always get multiple quotes, but honestly with two young kids, a full time job, and a busy holiday schedule I didnt have the time or energy to get a bunch of quotes. I decided to make The Water Heater Company my one call after researching the company and reading their reviews. I felt confident that I would get quality work for a fair price.Fortunately they have Saturday availability and it was easy to call and schedule and appointment. I was impressed by how professional and seamless it was at every step. There was a 3 hr appointment window but they text when they are within a half hour of arriving, so I knew when the tech would arrive.I have to give a big shout out and THANK YOU to Zak. He was professional from the jump, explaining every step of the process as he went along. He made it clear he was there to make me happy, and he isnt a salesman so he wasnt there to upsell me. He gave a range of options for the repair, from a cheaper band-aid solution that would fix the problem in the short term but wouldnt address the end-of-life heater, to a full replacement. He explained some of the issues with the previous install that werent up to code, and how they could easily fix those problems. At no point did I feel pressured, he simply laid out options and pros/cons. Ultimately I opted to go with the full replacement, which he did right on the spot! Completely done in 3 hours. Not only did it fix the pressure issue I was having, but its given me peace of mind that I had it done by a professional that will be there for me if anything goes wrong.On a personal level, Zak was amazingly patient with my inquisitive (and sometimes intrusive) 5 year old who insisted on watching some of the work. He was very patient answering questions and joking with him.Based on my research, their pricing is in the middle, not the cheapest, but i believe thats in large part due to the quality heaters they use (longer expected lifespan), and that they dont cut any corners with the install itself.Sure, if you have more time get more quotes. But at the very least make sure one of the quotes come from them! And if you dont have time for more quotes, make them your only call. Im confident you will be as impressed and satisfied as me.

They respond promptly and were available for technical questions once we got our estimates, When it came to installation—Zach was amazing! We had a particularly difficult install but he was on top of everything! He was professional and pleasant to engage. Due to the complexity of the install, Joshua came out to provide some assistance and another pair of hands. He was also really great to work with! I had tons of questions and they patiently answered all of them. They cleaned up the work area and made sure I was satisfied before they wrapped up. Even though the install ended up taking longer than expected there was no change to the estimate—which I really respected! I highly recommend The Water Heater Company!

    I came home from vacation with a leaking water heater. The first company’s quote seemed a bit high. So I called Water Heater Co. upon being referred to by our neighbor. I spoke to Jake who was super helpful and took time to answer my questions. After sending him the initial quote he was fairly certain without even inspecting the unit they’d be able to beat it. So out came Mitchell and sure enough they beat that price by $2500. I couldn’t be more pleased with Mitchell and Ryan’s work. They were prompt and diligent. Also appreciate how considerate they were about taking on/off booties going from outside and inside our condo. I would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

    My experience with the water heater company was top drawer from beginning to end. They took my call ordered the part that needed replacement and brought a repair man to complete the job. They were polite, professional, and and thorough. The receptionist contacted me multiple times to make sure that our problem was being resolved.     Honestly cant say enough good things about Zak and this company.First off, this company scheduled me, same day, to accommodate my leaking water heater. I love that.Secondly, they sent a local named Zak.He was super personable with a smile on his face and a positive vibe.     Had a pleasurable experience interacting with this company. Was initially in the market for a water conditioner, but Jake and Gonzo did their best to give me a great deal on a combo conditioner and tank heater without being pushy, and that won my business. Derrick and Kyle came and installed the halo 5 and Bradford white tank heater. They were absolute professionals and I appreciated their attention to detail in making sure the plumbing and appliances were set up correctly and did not take shortcuts. Plus, they were super friendly, had a great time chatting with them, and taught me some plumbing basics. Highly recommend this company if you need water heater or conditioner service.

    Zach from the water company came to our home to give us an estimate on our water heater. It’s a very old home and very old unit. He explained to us how we needed to upgrade our piping before they could do any work. I very much appreciate the honesty and transparency. Once we get our piping situation sorted out I will definitely be calling Zach back to replace our water heater. He was kind and understanding and gave us multiple quotes and explained all the differences amongst them. I look forward to working with Zach and the water company very soon.

    Great service! It was easy to make the appointment and I was well notified for the arrival of my technician. Mitchell arrived on time, was personable and easy to work with, explained everything in detail and did excellent work, and cleaned up whatever mess was left after completing the job. My water heater was old and needed to be replaced and even though I needed a special size they were able to replace it the same day as the estimate, as well as install new drainage and venting to comply with code, which apparently my old water heater was not in compliance. Everything requires a permit from the city these days it seems like, and this company does that also. Im very happy with this company so far. I’m confident they’ll be responsive if I have any problems with my new product. I would definitely recommend this company.

    I was so impressed with the service we received from the Water Heater Guys. Tanner, our technician, was truly an expert in his craft. We called on Saturday night and Tanner was able to come out on Sunday morning and installed a brand new water heater for us. He even rebuild the shelving units and made the entire unit up-to-code. While it was not cheap, we have the confidence that the job was done right. Tanner was such a professional, walking us through the process and advising us of the issues at hand. We appreciate their craft of buying American made heaters and installing them with precision.

    Our old water heater had leaked, causing water damage that required mitigation, and mold mediation - it was a disaster; walls and flooring had to be replaced.The Water Heater Company came out and provided an immediate solution to give us hot water by moving the new water heater to a temporary location; their was a charge for this solution, but it was very reasonable.Three days ago, almost 3 months later, the water heater was move to its new permanent location after the restoration construction was finished. The Water Heater Company did a GREAT job with this move. And their technician Kyle did an amazing job.

    Old water heater died last Saturday; water leaking. Called several plumbers for quotes. My son was online getting quotes and setting up appointments in hopes of having hot water again by Monday. He had an appt. set up with The Water Heater Company for Monday and they were able to move it up to Sunday morning. Yay! Zach (with the great hair) showed up to assess the situation and gave me a couple of options since it was obvious the heater needed to be replaced. He had a replacement unit on his truck, so was able to start the work right away.My water heater is in a small laundry room and its a tight squeeze, but Zach made it work. A couple of hours later, we had hot water again. He was professional, organized, explained all of the work completed and did a great job cleaning up. Id definitely recommend these guys. The communications via text and email are excellent and the pricing was fair. Zach did an excellent job and I really appreciated him coming out on a Sunday morning.

Kimberly promptly returned my call and arranged for a technician to visit between 11am-2pm, with a 30-minute notice before arrival, which was extremely convenient. Marc arrived right on time and was both professional and polite. He inspected our water heater and provided a detailed explanation of his recommendations. We ended up replacing our 50 gal water heater which I already expected since it was almost 20 years old! Marc answered all my questions thoroughly and was incredibly helpful!     Our water heater died on a weekend in June 2024. We called a few companies and The Water Heater Co was able to send someone out to fix it over the weekend. There were lots of questions before picking the system about whether we could use a tankless system. Based on their advice, we opted for standard tank as we would have had to change our gas line to a larger size to accommodate the new system and dig trenches to another part of the yard. They also had to replace the water pressure regulator. So it was a bigger job but given that our last water heater had a life of greater than 18 years, we were happy with the outcome. Derrick was the installer and he stayed on site until late in the evening to get the job done--which was pretty amazing. And when we had a service call within 2 weeks of install, that was actually due to a a circuit breaker being off, they worked with us and didnt charge for the service call. I appreciated the customer service forward nature of the resolution--which Id expect, but you never know if you will get that in these situations. So very happy with our choice. Ive since called them with questions about turning off water pressure regulator when we need to turn off water to the main, and theyve been very helpful. So happy customer!

    Had a great experience replacing my water heater with The Water Heater Company.The technician Josh was super helpful, thoughtful, and attentive throughout. There was no pressure or sales tactics. I probably asked way too many questions, but he was always ready to listen and share his knowledge. He helped me learn a TON about water heaters and my homes water systems. At first he simply suggested replacing a specific part (plastic drain valve), with a brass valve needed to be fabricated. This was the most economical solution that I had received, which was surprising. Most other technicians simply stated to replace the water heater outright, without even checking the water heater properly or the supporting gas/water systems of the house. In the end, I still wanted to replace the unit since it was only a matter of time. I waited about a month before getting back in touch and they were still able to send my preferred technician (Josh) out within 1 day of finalizing the decision.When it came to install day, Josh arrived on time, in spite of all the rain and terrible conditions. Our water heater was located in an interior closet on the 3rd floor and we needed 2 people to haul the old and new heaters up and down the stairs. Also, the water heater was in a closet that was far too small for the unit, so the door needed to be removed. The warranties were also registered. All of this was done with fuss and carefully. Josh even stayed around to make sure we had hot water and that everything was fully functional.TWHCs bid wasnt the cheapest, nor was it the most expensive. But the pricing was transparent and the install was done to a high standard. Im hoping I wont need to replace or repair this unit for many years, but I know who Ill reach out should that be the case.

    We had our water heater leak so I called the company. They were very fast to respond to my concerns. We have to replace the base of our water heater so we did not have the company replace the water heater yet. They did come and give us a quote for a repair based on what was needed. They did a full inspection and also checked our water pressure. They explained many other things that go along with how the water heater and pressure effect the pipes.     The service provided was excellent. the price was not the lowest i probably could have got but the quality and service was beyond my expectations and to me that was worth it!! they worked with me on the price and were honest about what i needed. they followed up with my online request for service right away and were at my house within 2 hours of our initial phone conversation. my water heater was fixed and all was good again within a few short hours. the tech Justin who came out was super nice and helped me clean out the closet where the water heater was. the leak in the old water heater created a big mud mess with the dust and dirt that had built up over time. the tech literally said do you have some cleaning spray? and was super helpful in helping me clean it all up. being a single mother this was a stressful event for me but the company and tech Justin made the experience as good as it could be considering. i would highly recommend. they say you get what you pay for and i would definitely agree i got my moneys worth.

He surveyed our property to determine what kind of unit would be appropriate, and discussed options and prices with us in detail. He did not have time to install the new unit on the first day, but arrived the next day and completed the job. He answered all our questions and explained what he was doing as he removed the old unit and installed the new one. We had intended to replace our old tank heater with a tankless one but Marc pointed out the difficulties and extra expense to do that—it would have involved replacing the outdoor pipe lines and revising our gas lines—so we decided on a new tank heater instead. Marc was courteous and thorough, and even swept up after himself before he left. If all the WH employees are like Marc, we would certainly recommend the company.

    I cannot begin to express how grateful I am with The Water Heater Company for their service. From the moment I contacted them through Yelp, their customer service has been outstanding. Ana quickly responded and answered all my questions, all while reassuring me that their staff were licensed and skilled to work on my Navien tankless water heater. I called other companies who did not want to work on these tanks due to the numerous issues these tanks are known to have, in addition to their frustrating customer service. I called on a Sunday evening and Joe was quickly dispatched to my home Monday morning. He did what Navien stated was needed and the tankless water heater was still not functioning. He advocated with Navien on my behalf and was able to get the additional parts needed. I was so frustrated with Navien, that this time, I drove to them in Irvine, CA to pick up the parts myself. At this time, it had been 7 days without hot water and numerous hours and money spent on labor. With the parts in hand, I once again called the Water Heater Company. I received the same exceptional customer service and Leo was dispatched the next morning. Leo was prepared to continue the job and assured me he had read the notes from the previous tech and knew what to do.     Friday evening before Easter weekend I discovered that my 24 year old water heater finally broke down and flooded the garage. In a panic, I started a 3 day process of calling around to get quotes and to learn as much as I could about water heaters.     I hired the Water Heater Company to do a regular maintenance service on my tankless water heater. The service was reasonably priced and they were able to get me scheduled with an appointment fairly quickly. The technician that came out to provide the service was great - he was prompt, extremely professional and was very good about cleaning up after himself. While he was working on the maintenance for my water heater he discovered something else that didn’t need to be fixed immediately but would need to be addressed at some point in the future. He provided a quote but absolutely no pressure to have the service done.     The Water Heater Company did a great job. One phone call only and three hours later the technician Evan was installing my new water heater. The staff are professional and respectfully. This company goes beyond the costumers’ expectations.

    They came over and found an issue with the original installation which honestly made me very upset and I didnt want to make the move that they recommended but they provided very sound reasoning for why they needed to do what they had to do and upon reflection I agreed to do it Im very happy with the job Evan did the install was very clean and overall I cannot recommend these guys highly enough

    I called The Water Heater Company because we had no hot water and were pretty sure that something major was wrong. Initially they did not have a service person available to come out, but I was out on hold for a minute and then told that a repair person would between 11 & 2PM, and I would get a text 30 minutes prior. That text came at 10:45 and Leo G. Arrived at 11:15. Couldn’t have been more accurate. Leo was great! As was the whole experience with the company. We ended up needing a new water heater. Leo explained everything that was wrong and how they planned to fix it and what it would cost. Leo was able to get us the new water heater and install it the same day. He didn’t leave until 8PM and took the time to make sure that it worked and that I was aware of everything he had done, which included bringing the pipes and valves and vents up to code as they currently weren’t. I definitely appreciated the time spent explaining what was changed and fixed and he took before and after pictures so we can see everything that was updated. That being said, I would highly recommend The Water Heater Company and will only use them moving forward. Honest..punctual..not trying to upsell anything. Best experience I’ve had with a major home repair. And we had hot water that evening which is key! Call them!!

    Our old water heater broke down, so we called The Water Heater Company.they installed our new water heater, it went great. Installersarrived on time. They explained all of our options. It was 2 days before our daughters wedding, with 20 guests staying the weekend at our house. Very thankful for their fast service.

    I received 8 proposals from various companies to replace my tankless water heater and most were overpriced but willing to negotiate the price down after not getting the job. The Water Heater Company came in with the lowest price and did an amazing job with installation and updating the system to current county codes. Highly recommend giving them a call.
