    Jacob did a great job. He was so nice and explained everything he was going to do. He wanted me to be sure that I understood the problem. He took care of my issue so quickly and he cleaned up behind himself. I also appreciated that he wore booties over his boots without me having to ask. Just great customer service and consideration for my home. I will definitely be reaching out to him for any other plumbing needs I have and will recommend to my friends.

    Orlando and his crew were excellent! I had a very big plumbing issue this weekend. Orlando came out right away and walked me through each step of what needed to be fixed. He is so knowledgeable. The crew worked tirelessly for many hours and didnt leave until my plumbing worked again. What a relief! I would not hesitate to recommend Orlando and Rooter Man to family and friends.

    Jacob and his team were nothing short of amazing. We had some emergency plumbing and they came out in a hour, assessed the damage and got working right away. Pricing for the work was very reasonable and had no issues with scheduling the work. Jacob made sure all his work was perfect and always double checked with me to make sure I was happy with the work. I highly recommend Jacob and his team for any plumbing work and will call them back for any future work.

    Are they the cheapest guys in town. no. we tried the mom and pop guys and they couldnt get it done. we tried 3 of the mom and pop guys. 1 of them never returned our calls and the others phone got disconnected. rooter man over 3 days had a total of 5 trucks with different equipment and tools diagnosing and treating our backed up sewage line. they dug a trench cleaned out and replaced piping etc and did a great job retiling our patio. again there are times you gotta go big other times not. we will use the mom and pops to change out faucets. for bigger projects that require the best equipment that is readily available i will call rooter man. Sam Rodney and esp Efren were solid. Thank you.

    Gus and Rooter Man provided excellent and timely service in a major rerouting of my sewer plumbing. They returned the site after their work including pavers, lawn, and stucco. He kept me informed at all times. The price was high, and their was no rational for the costs presented.

    Orlando Ramos came by when I called them last minute today @530 pm, 10.25.2024 Friday. He seems really knowledgeable what he was doing and offered me the right help I needed. There is a part needed and he rushed to home depot right away to get the job done sooner. I am very satisfied the way he handled the problem and with the job he did to my gas line plumbing. I would say the Rooter Man Plumbing is very lucky to have him to their team.

    Kyler C. from Rooter Man is/was Great!! When call for services, they show up on the same day and they work till late to get the job done. Kyler, not only did he worked on our main line (placed a new liner on the entire main line) but also, removed & replace water heater on Sunday afternoon. Im very impressed with Kyler and the Rooter Man. I have already referred Kyler and the Rooter Man to my family, friends and co-workers. When I have any plumbing issues, I will definitely call Rooter Man first.

    My toilet and bathtub stopped draining - I knew there was a problem because I heard “bloops” when I took a shower. Angel G came out, told me what the problem might be and snaked out the drain, only to find a lot of roots. The next morning, Rich, Angel’s boss, came out and ran cameras up and down my drains and pipes and found a lot of problems. The people I bought my house from either did plumbing themselves or hired cheap plumbers with questionable skills, so I wasn’t that surprised to find out that there were major problems that needed to be fixed. The work was expensive but needed to be done. Angel G was on site all the time and worked very hard to make sure all the issues were solved. I’m glad I hired Rooter Man.
