    My wife, Batya, just had Jerry and Vic check out the funky smell in our house. These guys were so thorough in finding the root of the problem. The went under the house, checked washers, showers, - you name it. And their attitude is so decent and honest- they just care. We are Really happy with their service. So glad we found them.

    I texted Pro Solutions plumbing with an urgent issue in the evening related to a clog in my toilet line. Shortly after my text I got a call and Jera and he helped me solve the situation using the rented roto-rooter I had already obtained. No charge, problem solved! Thank you!     Jerry is a lifesaver! He fixed a clogged home issue in 30 minutes and gave me complete transparency with what’s going on and a couple options of what I could do to fix these issues long term. I had another “plumber” come out for three days in a row to fix a problem that Jerry fixed in 30 minutes. I’ll never use another plumber. He was timely, great communication and very professional.

    Pro Solutions was great!! They were super responsive and the communication was straight forward. Alvaro Garcia was super friendly, quick and professional with his work. We had a drip starting under the kitchen but he fixed/improved the situation also even supporting to update the Refrigerator ice maker line. Pricing was very reasonable too. I would definitely go to them for future topics and can recommend to others.

    Jerry and his team installed our Pelican PSE2000 filtration and softener system as well as a filter on our tankless hot water heater and some work under the kitchen sink. He is honest and professional, and his prices are very fair and competitive. He communicates well regarding scheduling, and is patient and thorough in his explanations of how things work and the work he’s doing. I absolutely recommend Pro Solutions!

    Jerry and his team are complete professionals and they did a fantastic job replumbing my entire house and completing a trenchless sewer lateral line replacement. They were able to start the job quickly and they worked with my contractors to keep the project moving right along. Jerry has a very calm, cool and easygoing personality so he handled my last minute additional requests with grace and ease. Honestly, I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Pro Solutions and I feel better knowing I have a terrific plumber to call on when needed.

    Excellent service!!! Jerry and his team recently replaced all of the plumbing/pipes throughout my new house along with install a fixtures in my kitchen, washer/dryer service, gas valves, hot water tank,, soft water two new bathrooms and exterior plumbing, etc. All of my questions were answered so I could understand how the job would proceed. Since not an emergency, Pro Solutions scheduled to come the next afternoon.     I had a leaking dishwasher. I called Pro Solutions and spoke with Jerry. He told me how to turn off the water to the dishwasher. He arrived soon after and fixed my issue. I had to call him for another problem with a leak .Where I was already getting different nightmare stories from the insurance people. List of possibilities and AGAIN I chose to call Gerry !!     Very professional and prompt! Helped us with a clogged sink that another plumbing company said we needed something more since they couldn’t unclog it and quoted me $600 for that service. Jerry the owner was very professional and was able to fix the clog within less than 15 minutes. Never needed that extra service the other company said we did. I will most definitely be using them again. Very honest and trustworthy!

    Cant say enough good things about this company. They replaced our water heater at 35% !!! cheaper than their competitor. They were professional, fast (here within 1/2 hour & all done 1 hour later), and so reasonably priced that I will always call these guys first from now on. Alvaro, who replaced the water heater, was a super nice guy who really knows his stuff. He also added in a few extras for free by checking our water pressure for us and repositioning our expansion tank. Thank you, Alvaro. Thank you, Pro Solutions. Love you guys!
