    Very personable. Professional. Quick and efficient. Jason came out following an outlet catching fire. It was important for me to be reassured about my and my children’s safety.     John did a superior job on our new water heater installation. It’s just perfectly done, above and far beyond the level of esthetic detail I expected. I was so surprised and delighted with his artistry and expertise. He was so easy to work with too, and blended seamlessly into our situation here, with my husband at home on hospice care. John fit right into the rhythm of our lives as they are at the moment. It was like having another family member in the house, with no disruption at all. He even alerted me out on the balcony when my husband called for me and I didn’t hear him. I am so happy to have found John, and Whitney, and look forward with confidence to being their lifelong client.

    It isn’t often to experience customer service that inspires me to write a review, but here we are. Whitney services sent two gentleman out to inspect my service line: James and Frank. Both were polite, professional and pleasant. They explained exactly what they were doing, why they were doing it, and made me feel comfortable with the whole process.     Your electrician first called to confirm our appointment and the time he was expected to arrive. He was on time and was very nice. He introduced himself, he had a pleasing demeanor. He came in assessed the problem with my outlet with to his truck with the appropriate tool and in a blink of an eye he was finish. He ask me to look at the complete job to see if I was happy with it and I was. This is my first time with your company and I was pleased.

    My technician was Tim and just like when he came out to the house before he did a fabulous job! He came when he said he would and he made sure everything was fixed and working before he left. He even replaced a light bulb and educated me on the new types of bulbs I should buy from now on. I would recommend him to anyone and I have.

    Whitney Services coordinated with my home warranty policy (American Home Shield) to provide diagnosis and mitigation for some issues with the weatherized exterior outlets in the foundation of my house. They did an amazing job with every aspect of the process and I hope I can work with them again in the future for any needs that fall within their scope of services.My visit from the Service Pro who helped me get my outlets fixed was fantastic. I worked with Tom Tucker in the Lakeland, FL area. He arrived right on time and kept me posted while en route. There was no guesswork whatsoever. Tom also got the issue diagnosed and addressed very efficiently. He took about 20 minutes to get everything reset and all other outlets on the circuit tested. He was fun to work with as well, and extremely kind.I especially liked how he treated me like an informed customer--I have some background in electrical basics via my work in occupational safety and health, as well as family and friends whove worked in that field over the years. But there are certain things I wont do myself and I appreciated how Tom intentionally treated me like an individual and asked how involved Id like to be in the diagnosis and mitigation process.The updates when Tom was en route were great as well, as was the confirmation text the day before. And I also got great support from the company overall in confirming my correct appointment after initially receiving an erroneous appointment for a few days prior. The glitch with the system happened because of the Christmas holiday and Whitney did a great job fixing it right away in coordination with AHS.Overall, excellent service with strong respect for customers time and experience. My Pro and the Whitney staff made getting the existing issues with these outdoor outlets fixed and all of the affected units checked for safety not only easy, but genuinely enjoyable as well. Highly recommended!
