Had a wonderful experience! Needed our drain unclogged below the flooring of the sink, a faucet installed, and a new p trap. Andrew was our technician. He did great work, his quote was accurate and thousands less than another local company quoted us for even less work. This company has lifetime customers from us!

He never tried to upsell me on extra services and even went above and beyond of what was requested! I had an excellent experience with technician David VanRhee. My kitchen sink was clogged for two days and that made my life miserable. He efficiently unclogged my kitchen pipe and provided exceptional service. David is not only skilled at his job but also incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuine in his interactions. I had a plumbing emergency after hours and while my husband was away on business. I could not get a hold of another company we previously used, but John from All-Flo called me back quickly and was able to talk me through my situation. Luckily, I was able to shut off the water flow to stopthe leaking so I did not have them out for after hours rates. He had a full schedule the next day but said I could call around Noon to see if an opening came up. It would be another few days before they could get out during normal hours and I ended up finding someone the next day who had an opening sooner which is the only reason I did not go with All-Flo. However, I also called Service Professor and they would have taken a full week! I’ll definitely be putting All-Flo at the top of my list for plumbing help in the future!

We had water leaking into our basement from a drain. All Flo was able to schedule us before anyone else, just the next morning instead of a week out. Andy came out to service us, and WOW, what amazing customer service. He was friendly, super knowledgeable, and thorough - taking the time to explain and show everything to us. What can I say about these guys other than they knocked it out of the park for me this week! I had some unknown plumbing issues at an older house that I inherited. All-Flo was able to make an appointment with short notice that suited my schedule. Jonathon showed up on time and gave me an honest breakdown of everything that needed to be done. He was upfront and transparent about pricing and never made me feel pressured into doing things that didnt really need to be done. What we thought was just a couple hour job ended up being an entire days worth of work. He literally fixed every single issue in that house and brought everything up to code. He was friendly, hard-working, and went above and beyond for me on this project. I really appreciate the service I received from Jonathon and All-Flo, and I would definitely use them again for plumbing needs in the future.

Had All-Flo do a major bathroom renovation on our 70+ year old home. The professionalism and workmanship is far more than 5 stars!! Ken, Josh and crew did far above and beyond what my wife and myself could imagine. 70 year old cast iron, old galvanized etc gutted and replaced with all new. Shower/tub, sink and toilet. The skill and workmanship, along with incredible customer service is a rarity today. AllFlo has it all!! God bless this company. A job truly well done. THANK YOU!!

We had an issue causing water to leak into the ceiling on the floor below. Called a bunch of plumbers, and All Flo was able to get to us that day. The plumber, Kevin was great. Diagnosed and fixed our problem promptly. I hope I never have an issue like this again, but if I do I would absolutely use them again.

Called All Flo due to sewer backup. They were able to fit me into their schedule the same day. The technician, Jack, was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me posted on the process and progress. Issue was resolved and Jack provided me with some ideas on how to help prevent future back ups. Basement was left clean. Would highly recommend All Flo.

Being in a old home, 92 yrs, it is wonderful peace of mind knowing all our pipes are in good shape and running well. I have used All-Flo plumbing twice: Once in 2016 and once again this year. Both visits - their team was friendly and explained everything that was going on; step by step. They also showed me how to do some preventive maintenance to keep my shower and sinks in better condition - which I thought was very helpful. I did purchase some of their products, which they also explained and used their own stash so I didnt have to open mine. Learned alot and they kept within their time-frame. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

He provided options for what he thought was best suited to fix our issue and fully explained what he would do for each and the cost. Love these guys. Ive had them out a few times to snake my backed up main line and cut some roots out of there. Finally got sick of this issue as it always happens on weekends, of course. Every time I call they are quick to respond and their guys are professional, knowledgeable and just really nice guys. Today they are excavating my front yard to replace that nasty problem pipe. Their quote was a bit less than other plumbers in Barry County where I live but, even if it were the same or a bit more, Ill call All Flo every time. Highly recommend.

Jonathan came out today, he cleaned a blockage from my main line and a secondary lineHe worked really quickly, kept my house clean and fixed the problem! We have tree roots that grow through our sewer pipe between our house and the main sewer. We need to have them cleaned out every couple of years. All Flo is always able to come out the same day that I call. Their employees are courteous and clearly explain all of the options available.

Called at night with an emergency and they almost immediately returned my call (no other company did). They were able to quote me on the emergency service charge on the phone (the other company I talked to said they had no idea what the emergency charge would be.) Technician was at my house within an hour and had the problem fixed in about 30 min, and gave us some tips for how to handle ourselves if the problem happens again. Thanks so much!

Late on a Sunday night, we discovered standing water in our basement. Our sewer drain had clogged. Multiple calls to multiple providers and no one could help us until the next day. All-Flo had a human being answer the phone who clearly cared about our situation. An hour later Andrew arrived to save the day. He was polite and professional. He was able to clear the clog and found the least expensive way to solve the issue. Highly recommended!

Very grateful and impressed with this business. Two of their guys came out this morning to examine my crawlspace and attempt to find the reason I had lost water pressure. It turned out my water pressure tank was going bad and some wiring needed to be adjusted too. They willingly admitted that these were issues better tended to by a well-specialist. They recommended a trusted local company and didn’t charge me a service fee for coming out! I used the company they recommended and was very pleased! My issue was completely fixed all in the same day and I very much doubt that would have happened if it wasn’t for the nice and honest men that came out from All-Flo. I respect their willingness to tell me that this issue was out of their scope, and I appreciate their integrity in recommending someone trustworthy. They may not have been the ones to fix this particular issue but I WILL be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Thank you guys!!
