    We have a house in Manistee County which needed to be winterized. After a lot of searching for someone I came upon Moore Mechanical. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative. They were very prompt and the job was done perfectly and Jeremy was wonderful. I plan to use them again.

    My tankless condensing hot water heater stopped working, and I needed a replacement. The installation of the new boiler was completed today. The techs did excellent work and took great care to leave my house clean. Wonderful service. I would highly recommend Moore Mechanical.

    After numerous estimates, we hired Moore Mechanical to install a new furnace and AC. They were able to get it scheduled quickly and a team of two, Chuck and Caleb arrived early that morning to get the job done. They were awesome at explaining everything and answering all our numerous questions and making sure everything was done right and met our needs.     Had a new AC unit installed and found out my furnace wasn’t working properly at that time. Moore Mechanical returned the next day with a new unit and had it installed within hours.A problem arose and the repairman was here adjusting and fine tuning the unit the next day. Turned out it was the relay switch to my wood boiler.Would highly recommend all of the service technicians working at Moore Mechanical.

    We appreciated Andy the plumber. He cleaned up the existing plumbing lines and installed the garbage disposal we requested. He went the extra mile even sealed up existing pipe gaps that someone else left from the previous installers years ago.

    I believe the worker Cody works out of the Cadillac office. The worker I originally talked to said they’d be there by noon but it ended up being 2 pm. But I’m grateful it was same day so I’m not holding that against Moore Mechanical.Cody was very friendly and professional. Mostly I’m grateful about his honesty about my plumbing issue. He even cleaned up the floor after he was done despite me telling him it was fine and I’d take care of it. He also stayed past his normal work schedule to make sure I had a working toilet the same day. Very grateful. I would definitely hire Moore Mechanical again!

He was terrific, from diagnosing the leak under the toilet to advising us on the cleanup and discounting the service call when following up to reseal and reinstall the toilet after we had time to rip out the linoleum and clean up the floor.I appreciate the ability to communicate & schedule appointments with Moore via text – it’s really convenient, and our service calls have always been on time.     Was Warner plumbing. Came same day, fixed my issue and rep was very nice. Explained it all. Was a bit more than I would have liked to pay but when it comes to plumbing it has to be fixed . Its fixed. !!!!!!

    Update to a prior post!!! I contacted a supervisor by phone and explained the situation and concerns. After a long conversation and the supervisor agreeing that things were not handled correctly or professionally, we came to a compromise that all parties could live with. Making a call is not always the easiest but it is the best way to address issues. This gives me confidence that Moore Mechanical is committed to customer service.
