I had the pleasure of working with Vince from All Rooter Inc, and he was amazing! Not only did he quickly fix our issue, but he also took the time to educate me and ensure I fully understood the problem. We’ve had hot water issues since moving in, and Vince explained that our single-stage water heater wasn’t the right setup to begin with.He even checked to ensure we had proper shut-off valves, which I really appreciated. Vince was kind, professional, and went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a plumber who truly cares, Vince is the one to call!

We had a fantastic experience with Chris, who recently helped us clean out our main line. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Pedro was great, very nice and professional as he was clearing the drain blockage. Our basement had a main Drain line backup and everything was 3 inches under water. He jumped right in and got to work!! Before I knew it he was all done and telling us how satisfying it was to watch it all drain out. Overall very pleasant experience with Pedro, he is the best!!

My second call to All Rooter Inc and again they were absolutely fantastic! I called at 8am and was told they would make time to get here today, at 1pm someone here!! Water back on before 3pm!! Vince and Pedro were absolutely awesome. My hot water heater was giving inconsistent hot water. They came out, diagnosed the problem and recommended replacement. Had to work with my home warranty company, but followed up with them until they got the approval, then came out the next morning and took care of me. They were both friendly, professional and helpful. These are the kind of people you want when you have a plumbing problem.

I was very impressed with my experience with All Rooter, Inc., and in particular, Dereck Moran. Its clear he is an expert in his field. He was sent to our house with the proper parts for replacement, which meant the problem could be taken care of right away (no waiting for parts to be ordered). He was friendly and walked me all the way through his repair work and he took the time to explain what to look for if we experience any other problems down the road. It was just a great experience from start to finish. Thank you Dereck. So glad to find a reliable plumber who really knows what customer service is all about.

My daughter was out of town when I stopped by to check on her place. Her furnace was out, and she had almost no water. I checked the crawlspace and all I could see underneath was water coming down from everywhere... and I mean everywhere! I knew I was in over my head and needed professional help, but I had no idea who to call.So, heres four reasons why now Id call All Rooter the next time I need plumbing services. #1, I called Jerry first thing Monday morning along with about six or seven other places. Thats a hectic time for service businesses, but he actually answered the phone (half the places I left messages never did call back). #2, he was able to get Anthony out later that morning, sending him from east of Traverse to west of Kalkaska (a long way). #3, Anthony and the other person that came out were great - they communicated very well throughout the job (not a given these days), and both were polite and professional. #4, they kept after the job - discovering one leak or failed fitting after another - and eventually replaced 60 feet of pipe and several valves - until it was finally leak free. (Id still be under that trailer!)Hiring someone you dont know for your home repair work can feel like youre rolling the dice. After my experience with All Rooter, I feel like Ive got a plumbing service I can rely on and refer people to. Thanks, guys!

They attended to both bathrooms that had toilets and bath tubs plugged a crooked pipe in the basement that needed changing so the flow would work better to prevent it from happening again. 2 emergencies, 2 quick responses, and 2 great repairs. The first was the fresh water valve for the toilet that failed, thus no way to turn the water off at the source. I turned the water pump off at the fuse box so no water at all. Dereck was here within an hour. The 2nd was a leak on a pipe for the hot water heater. Cannot say enough about the great service, and I highly recommend All Rooter for anyone who needs any plumbing services.

We had a stoppage in our kitchen drain. Tommy came out and fixed the problem. All Router was very responsive and timely (which is noteworthy because not all plumbers are). They stand behind their work. I would definitely use them again for this and other services.

We called on Monday and were serviced on Tuesday AM (although if it was an emergency they would have come ASAP). The kitchen sink was clogged and Dereck was remarkable!.. He stayed with the job until it was complete which involved jetting the pipes and digging up the drain pipes to the septic tank to inspect the cause of the problem. He was so thorough and determined to find the cause of the problem. We would recommend this company to everyone!

We called to have the overflow pipe for our water well checked as it has a puddle around it. This morning we noticed a leak under our kitchen sink. Jeff graciously dealt with the “while you are here” situation. Fixed leaking sink pipe and addressed the outside pipe. It is working now but we will get estimates for a longer lasting solution. Jeff was friendly, competent and very good. I would definitely recommend this business and will use them again.
