    Able installed a furnace for 2 years ago, this spring I did some remodeling and put in new thermostat. I didnt get it in right, with cold weather here I made the call because I couldnt figure it out he swung by between service calls and bailed me out. I highly recommend them quality work and good to work with.

    Wow. This company was so efficient ! Willing to work with me. The 2 technicians worked in the pouring rain, but got the new A/C unit installed. They had to do a lot of work, no complaint, just kept on working til it was done. Highly recommended !!

    Went to check on a families home who was out of town. Found their furnace to not be working. Called Abel’s and they were there within 15 minutes (on a Saturday) to repair the furnace. Furnace happened to be under warranty and was not charged. Highly recommend for all your residential needs.

    The electric flickered last night and soon realized the heater blower wouldnt come on… since it was only 20° in Michigan, I plugged in a small heater and I waited to call after my doctor appointment this morning.I called and he was literally here 10 minutes after I called him to even find out if he could even do it. 15 minutes after THAT, he was gone. (since all we needed was a quickly installed new part ). He explained everything, put it all back together and I am one happy camper!Never mind the fact that he was a gentleman and pleasant to talk to! I would highly recommend them. I would give 10 stars, if I could.With todays prices… I was more than happy to write out this check. (in todays market, we should support our local business owners whenever possible).     Everyone was very helpful. The quote was given in a timely manner and they were very trust worthy. We have had the furnace since last week and it is running great. The customer service is great, and they are very willing to answer any questions. Also, was helpful with the knowledge of rebates you can receive from Consumers and DTE for upgrading to energy efficient furnace.     Im not one to leave a review often but Able heating and cooling did an amazing job at getting the issue for my furnace figured out and resolved. They were able to get our new furnace put in and working as quick as possible.     Had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed this week and are very pleased with the experience! Jim responded quickly to our query and within 2 weeks weeks we had our units.     I dont write reviews often, but this is company deserves one. This is a quality company. They were able to come out to work on my furnace on the same day (during the winter). They came out quickly. The technician that came to my house (sorry, I forgot his name) was polite, thorough, and helpful. I will definitely use this company again if the need arises and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Aaron did an amazing job installing our ac unit. He was very professional and personable. He has done 2 inspections for my in home daycare and both times he was very informative and gave great recommendations on how often to change filters and the best kind of filters to use.     These guys are amazing. We had an emergency with our boiler for our hot water heating system. We called the night that it went out and they had a technician out at my house first thing in the morning. They are very reasonable and their prices are great. I wish I could rate mote than 5 stars.

    Had a service call , they came out asap and got my furnace running again. More issues 2 months later, call for our furnace to be replaced. They were there by the end of the week and their service is awesome. That was on Thurs and on Sat we had a small issue and call and they sent someone right out.     Moved into area last year. Found Able Heating and Cooling online while looking for Air Conditioning install. They came right out and gave me a quote and did the job with in 10 days of my acceptance of quote. This is a family run business from father to 4-6 sons.     Excellent Service! We came home late one night to a broken furnace. Despite being hours away (repair man was in another part of the state), my husband and he were able to work via cell phone and texting to diagnose the problem. We were up an running in no time. Its not often you find someone so willing to take their time after hours, on the phone, to help a customer. This company is top notch and we highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!

    The owner of this local company is an excellent person and businessman. We have been in Covid lockdown for several weeks and I needed help with my furnace. I had to install a new Google Nest thermostat and my older furnace had a wiring mixup. He spent 45 minutes with me on the phone as we rewired the thermostat and then went down and changed the wires on the furnace to comply with the newer thermostat. I am not a furnace repair guy but we got everything up and running. He also would not take a payment from me. We are retirees and snowbird every winter to get out of northern Michigan. He is always on call should something not work.I would not hesitate to reccomend this person,Marty

    Jim and brothers were great! They were clean, professional, fast and punctual! Had other contractors who shot their own foot off when they showed up more than an hour late without a phone call for appointment... achew (HDepot).     I also reviewed Able 2 years ago and gave them a 5. I must have been lucky that time. This time I called on Sunday at 7am with no heat and as of 7:45pm monday night no call back. If you advertise 24 hour service at least make the 2 minute call to say I am too busy to help you try somewhere else. Very dissapointed.****the owner did reach out to me directly to apologize for his phone issues and to try to make it right. My previous experience was very good and I would still use Able in the future. I do appreciate the follow up.
