The installation went smooth and quick ! All of the workers were very polite and professional.The unit comes on weekly for its test.About two months ago the power went out but the unit did not function properly.I was walked through by a tech man as to how to start it.The unit was fixed the very next day.But it happened again yesterday and I could not get in contact with anyone .this morning contact was made but all the techs were already gone for the day on various jobs.The problem is in the transfer switch not the generator.Am I happy ? NO !!!!!Waiting on a response.BUT WAIT THERE IS GOOD NEWS!!!!!!The tech came today mid morning and determined the problem but he ran into a little dilemma and called for backup.Three more men came and they all agreed with the first tech but were wondering how moisture was getting into my transfer box.The big guy ,Mike,determined that the moisture was entering my main electric neutral cable and following it down into the box and dripping onto the part that was failing because of the moisture.The problem will be fixed soon and my generator is fine.They did try to call me back on Tuesday but dialed the wrong number and...that is a story for another day.Am I happy?YES!!!
