Amazing service! I was in and out within 15 minutes with a brand new battery that was $80 cheaper than what I would’ve paid for the same exact battery at Advanced Auto parts AND it included a 4 year warranty. Love to shop local and this place is terrific!

My mother n law and elderly woman was having car starting trouble. When got her car to Battery Warehouse she was greeted with a smile and kindness. The Technician went far and beyond to explain what the problem was with her car, help her get the right battery and installed a simple charging cord for her to keep her battery charge because she doesn’t drive it often enough to keep her battery charged. Way to go guys,, we need more service to help out the elderly in this world. Thank you for your kindness 😁

Called in asking if they could check out my key fobs. Was told to stop in. The guy was extremely fast and friendly. Checked and replaced 2 of my batteries and was even honest about me not needing the 3rd one replaced. Shop local and get treated with kindness unlike the other places. I will be back for any battery needs I have in the future.

Battery was dead this morning. Jumped it and drove to battery warehouse. Donald greeted me and hooked it up to his machine to test it. He explained everything as he worked and handled my vehicle with care. Had the battery swapped out in minutes. Very kind and friendly. Would happily go back

Big thank you to Battery Warehouse!! My battery had died in my car. We didnt know it until 5pm on Friday as we were leaving. Stopped at Advanced Auto to have them test it and replace. The guy there said couldnt do it. Hed have to remove some panel to get the battery out and it would scratch the paint. Id need to go to a dealership or Battery Warehouse. It was 5:40 when I called B.W. They close at 6. The guy there said no problem get here asap. After Advanced kindly jumped my car again, we headed down the hill. The guy (my apologies, my husband nor I got his name) at Battery Warehouse was very nice. He said the battery is actually in the back seat. Super easy to remove and install. We were there 15 minutes. He even took the time to explained to my husband how to help the battery keep its charge since I dont drive daily. We are so appreciative for him being so kind and not rushing us out or denying my call. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
