Heat went out Dec. 30th. Was having trouble finding anyone with an opening before Jan 3rd. Johnsons got us in on the 31st. They actually saved our lives. Furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and could not be turned back on until that was fixed. We decided to have the 30+ yr old Furnace replaced. That means space heaters until after the 1st but we are good with that. We are having them handle the replacement, will do another review for that once the job is completed. The Tech (Matt, if I remember correctly) was very professional, spotted the leak fast. Answered all our questions with knowledge. Thank you and Happy New Year!

Highly recommend Johnson heating and cooling. Greg and his crew installed a brand new heat pump and a bigger furnace at my house about 7 years ago and did a fantastic job. My dad and I are remodeling a house downtown Maysville, and the customer needed an updated thermostat. Called Johnson company, and Matt came down in and installed a new one so my dad and I could finish drywalling. Matt did a fantastic job and was quick and very nice

I want to give a big shout out to billy Shelton, for the pricing of a new furnace and heat pump.taken 2hrs to explain the different systems of a heat pump, boy, Im glad he did.Install techs Jacob& gary young boys arrived at 8:30, ask if I had any questions, they immediately started tearing the old system out. They sure know what they are doing. Thanks guys! I would highly recommend Johnson heating and AC. Thank you!!

Brandon showed up at 8:00AM on the dot just like they told me he would. He was professional and proficient. He dealt with my three year old asking questions. He didn’t get annoyed with the questions either. He was very kind and very thorough he explained everything that he was doing. They offer financing which is nice. Brandon also had Jacob R with him working outside while Brandon worked inside. Jacob was awesome too! They got the job done in a little under 5 hrs. They replaced my unit, the coil, the thermostat pretty much everything. They also didn’t take very long to get to my house I called them on Sunday Greg showed up on Sunday let me know what we needed and by Friday at 1:00 I had air. I would recommend Johnson and Johnson to anyone that needs their air fixed.

Matt was great, he explained the steps and process of what he was doing and helped me learn a couple things today. He was friendly and professional and my problems turned out to be a simple easy fix. They were able to come out to diagnostic and fix the problem in the same day and it didnt take too long.

These guys are great! They are very knowledgeable and have always been able to help me with my HVAC needs. I subscribe to a monthly program where they give discounts when you need service and they come to you every 6 months for an inspection. Daniel is one of their top guys and I highly recommend him!

Johnson Heating & Cooling has been the most knowledgeable and professional HVAC service Ive used. They replaced my furnace in less than a day and did a great job on the install! Last year as winter was setting in they came and made repairs to the old furnace and it ran all winter no problems, which was a first. When it finally died in late spring I knew who to call. They even took care of the warranty process on the new furnace. Thanks guys! The central air is working great!

Weve had problems with the old system for years, the owner himself came out and did an inspection, provided an estimate of 4 different systems that would work for us and personally followed up after the installation to make sure we were satisfied. I spoke to Matthew H on the phone, he was direct about things in order to get A/C in my condo working that I havent had in quite some time. He arrived to my condo in a timely manner, on the weekend at that. Came inside and wasted no time getting to work! I will be upset and will leave an edited bad review if you dont give him a day off for a beer! Work ethic is unmatched. Your employee has saved me a lot of time/money as I am an OTR Truck Driver.

Had a wiring issue with my heat\ac 24 volt system. Had lived here two years. Seems my system was wired improperly and I never noticed it, but my ac was running when my heat was running. Two years of having my ac cooling my heat. Ouch!! Daniel quickly figured out what was going on and corrected the miswiring. Expect lower bills this winter. Highly recommended!!
