NO MORE LEAKS!! Thank you Jace, Salvador, and Sam!Projects: Repiping of Sewer and Coldwater LinesMy wife and I have lived in Burleson since 2020 and have always had plumbing issues. Our home was built in 1964, and to no surprise, we had deteriorated cast iron and copper pipes. In total, weve had 6 plumbing companies come to our property to look into our issue, and 5 of those companies either charged an arm and a leg, or simply wanted to Band-Aid the issue.Rockwater Plumbing was the 6th company on our list for quotes. Jace came to our home and was able to diagnose the problem in about 30 minutes. EVERY plumber we contacted determined it was a sewer line issue, which was only partially the accurate. The issue was actually a break in the cold waterline. (picture attached after it was dug up)Since we have a 2 year old daughter in the house, we were desperate to get the issue resolved quick - and with the holidays right around the corner, we already knew finances would be tight. However, to our surprise Rockwaters quote came out 20% lower than all of the other inquires. It was a no brainer. We went with Rockwater plumbing for an complete repiping of our sewer line, going from cast iron to PVC. (Jace kindly repaired the leak at no additional charge since the dirt was already excavated.)The work itself took about a week since we had large roots underneath our slab. Also, being an older Burleson home - there were a few snags during the project, which was really no ones fault. The team was able to resolve the problems creatively, quickly and safely.The sewer line project went so smooth, I went ahead and did the repiping of the cold waterline as well since the hole was already dug up.Overall, I would 100% recommend doing business with this company. The plumbers were incredibly personable, being able to explain issues with tact and discuss things with understanding and empathy. Jace even went out of his way to bring my daughter a lollipop for her birthday. Truly a pleasure doing business with everyone in this company. Even had the opportunity to call the owner and praise his group. If I ever need preventative maintenance on this new plumbing system, Ill definitely be going with Rockwater again.Photos taken during various phases of the projects.

I called a different company initially. Immediately realized I had called the wrong company. Rockwater came in and have done so much 4 toilet tank guts, two faucet installs, retrofitted a new on demand water heater. Then had to help with a leak caused by the tree trimmers.Great communication price wise plumbing is just expensive but Rockwater seems inline with all other companies.

Joseph and Salvador were such hard working and friendly plumbers. They also cleaned up their work space so well it’s honestly cleaner than when they arrived! Our job required relocating water and gas lines from the attic to our garage in order for them to install a new tankless water heater. They worked all day and got it all done. Now we won’t have to worry about water heaters leaking in the attic and damaging the interior of our house. Highly recommend this company. This is probably the 4-5 time we’ve used them for various projects around the house.

Had an issue with one of my outside water spicket no longer cutting off correctly. After discussing with Rockwater I decided to have both replaced on the house due to the age of the property. This was handled professionally and quickly the next morning (non emergency) and I was not charged extra labor for changing out the front of the house on the same service visit. He took lead in getting a restoration company out here to get the ball rolling with addressing all the damage the leak caused. Completed the work in one trip in a couple hours. Job was a little expensive, but it was a gas line so there’s usually a higher cost on those. Appreciated the communication from the office and plumber on when they would arrive. I recommend rockwater plumbing.
