I called this morning with an outside dripping faucet that my neighbor alerted me to. I spoke to Joel and he was able to fit me in even though they had many jobs that had to get done today. Originally it was supposed to be this evening, but Jake was able to get here sooner which made me happy.Jake is very professional, efficient, and very pleasant. He came and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away. They are reasonably priced and really nice people. I will absolutely use them again and would have no issues with recommending them to anyone that needs good plumbers to come out and do their work. Thank you, Joel and Jake!

Wow, everyone. Its currently 9:23p on a Sunday. I called Joe probably about 30 minutes ago to make an appointment for a leaky bathtub faucet tomorrow morning. It just needs the shower cartridge replaced (which I had), but I was unable to do so and and just made the leaking worse. He answered within 1 ring, and even though he was on a personal errand, offered to stop by and replace the cartridge. And to be clear, I was worried about pulling the escutcheon (faceplate) off the wall because Im terrible about caulking. Joe first tried to reassure me that I didnt have to caulk and probably didnt need his help and have to spend the money. However, I insisted (I really didnt want to make it worse), and by amazing luck, he was just down the street and could stop off on his way to his errand. Joe was so kind and helpful. He got it done in less than 10 minutes (saving a ton of water) and was super easy to talk to (a huge plus in my book!). His price was super fair, considering it was 9p on a Sunday. Hes saved me from missing work, wasting money and water, and taking a cold shower in the morning (since it was leaking hot water). I cant speak highly enough of Joes service, and he will be the only person Ill contact for any plumbing concern I have in the future.

They came out and found out the break was a city issue.They explained the issue to city employees.. The street was like a small lake the water had been gushing for two days before knowing I was causing the flooding my water bill would have been in the hundreds. I had Joel install a 70 foot gas line around my house and connect my new gas range. He was amazing with answering all of our questions and reassuring us on safety. He sent a digger out and that guy worked in the rain to dig our trench. Even with it filling with water, he got it done quickly. Joel ran the line and he had our trench filled back in within 24 hours after our inspection. His price was really good -- we shopped around. I have since had him back for a leak under our sink. Had an emergency leak from a pipe connecting to my water meter that was gushing water out in the street. Burleson water wouldn’t touch it. I was panicked and my husband was out of town. Called Joel and although he had about 4 other calls ahead of me, assured me he would come out late that evening.Luckily, he managed to come out sooner, found the leaking spot, explained everything, went to get the parts and came back and fixed it. I called Joel early on a Sunday morning. He answered the phone friendly and courteous and was over with in 25 minutes. He was friendly and courteous the entire time but more importantly he was knowledgeable and prepared. I had a plumber out a few weeks ago with the same problem I had this morning, he did not even look for the drainage thingy and it was the first thing Joel did. He also told me that the drainage was right next to some bushes and recommended they be cut down because of the roots. Joel even offered to do that task too!! I will definitely call Joel for all my plumbing needs and recommend him to anyone and everyone I know!

Cant complain when theyre willing to send someone from Burleson all the way to downtown Dallas to do a repair . I researched on YouTube the night before to see if I could try to fix it myself ... but I am glad I didnt . The work that was performed looked way more complicated than what I saw on the internet .
