    Thank you so much . JC found nasty on the drain cover and cleaned it off. Then he got the snake and pulled out hair, a band- aid. Service was great and enjoyed talking with him and assistant.     I am a maintenance director for an assisted living. Sometimes even I need to call in the big guns. Thomas and the team at Zoom are hands down amazing! As a business 2 business reference you need to put their information in your contact list under plumbing.     Great company. Same day service. All of my toilets were not flushing and backing up into the showers. CJ showed up pretty quickly and got to the bottom of the issue. Very good guy, friendly and knowledgeable. Thomas also came out shortly after to get the septic pumped out and very also very knowledgeable, he helped me come up with a better course of action to get the septic pumped and a septic tech to come out and diagnose the issue with the septic pump. I will be calling them in the future for any plumbing issue

    At 10:30pm we discovered that both of our toilets were clogged. I called the first plumbing company that came up on Google for emergency service and was told someone would call back shortly. After hearing nothing for an hour I called back and was told the same thing once again. Waited all night for a call back and heard nothing. At 6:30am I again called, informed the person what had happened and they literally said “Wow” and again promised someone would call. At this time I called Zoom Drain, was give a 4 hour window when someone would arrive, along with a text. I immediately called back to cancel the service that never called the entire night and waited for Zoom. They texted that they were on their way and arrived within an hour. They ran a camera in the drain, showed me the clog and promptly jetted the pipe, clearing the clog and leaving the pipe as clean as new. I asked when they would have showed up if I had called them at 10:30 the night before and was told 11:00. I was given a discounted price along with a 14 day guarantee that if the clog returned they would come back at no charge. If you have a clog, don’t waste your time with other plumbing companies. All Zoom Drain does is clear drains. Call them first. I know I will from now on.

    Very happy with Zoom and Drain. I was trying to find someone to come out same day on a Saturday before our gathering and they were the only company that was able to accommodate. Mike came and was very nice and showed me the tool he used and explained how he fixed the issue. Great local service! I highly recommend!

    We had a septic blockage on Christmas night and Zoom Drain sent JC Otti out within 2 hours of my calling them the next day. JC did an excellent job getting our pipe unclogged and explaining what he was doing all along the way. He also used a camera to show us the tree roots clogging our pipe, and provided photos once the pipe was clear. I would definitely use Zoom Drain again.

    Zoom Drain came out in a quick fashion on a Sunday and immediately resolved my clogged drain. They are competitively priced, super courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend calling them first if you want your plumbing issue fixed fast. I highly recommend them to anybody and I will definitely be calling them for any of my future issues.

    I manage Arden at Kohlers Crossing in Kyle and we are a new community who had to learn the hard way how much trash went down our lines during construction. Amanda and her team at Zoom Drain were fantastic at working with me to create a scope of work that not only kept our drains under their constant care until the job was completed; but they did it in an efficient and professional manner, we were all on the same page the whole time during my emergency. I would 100% percent recommend this team for any small plumbing job to a commercial lift station clean out, they are that good!

    Let me tell you how greatly I appreciate Thomas and Zoom Drain.Yesterday I set up a septic pump with a different company. The pump truck driver told me that he needed me to dig down to the top of the septic tank and that he would be back in the morning (today). Well after digging this 3ft by 3ft hole and showing up to meet him at my aunts house he was a no show and to top that off he also charged a $150 service fee for doing absolutely nothing yesterday. Well I got online and searched for a new company and found Zoom Drain. The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful and said don’t worry we got you taken care of. She had her pump guy Thomas come out and meet me at my aunts house. He called way ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Which I see as very respectful unlike this other company who just showed up. Well not only was Thomas respectful and knowledgeable he was very polite and helpful with everything that he did and we did.Thomas did an excellent job and also recommended a few things that needed to be done to the septic tank which in the end he knew I had to consult with my aunt and grandfather so he didn’t push anything on us at all. He recommended it and left it at that. Well after speaking with both of my family members they agreed to have it done and Thomas said man I got you I’ll be out tomorrow afternoon with another guy so we can get started on putting everything in and getting yall right. Zoom Drain did us right and did themselves right by hiring Thomas. If anyone needs septic tank cleaning or what not reach out to Zoom Drain they won’t steer you wrong and they’ll take care of you in the end.Thank you Thomas and Zoom Drain.     It’s rare to find a company that says they are open 24/7 and actually takes your after-hours and weekend calls. I had a toilet that started overflowing with water in the bathroom. I stressed how urgent it was and Zoom Drain arrived in faster than expected and resolved my issues! They also checked my septic to ensure it wasn’t the root cause. Now, I know who to call for my septic pumping needs too. I will definitely use Zoom Drain CenTex for all my plumbing and septic needs now and in the future, especially because I want to support a locally and family owned business

    Very prompt. They were able to come out a day early. Work was completed to satisfaction but they are pricey. It cost me $887 for a clogged toilet, a pipe to be replaced, and a stopper replacement for the bathroom sink.

    Zoom Drain is great! I called them Tuesday morning for a sewage smell coming from one of my business restrooms.     From the person that answered the phone to the technician that came out my experience with them was great.I called Friday, January 10 late in the afternoon and asked zoom if they could come out and pump my septic tank. The lady was very nice. Told me exactly what to expect. Asked a couple of questions. Schedule a time for the next morning. Thomas showed up right on time. He was very nice very polite great communication skills. Got right to work and got it done. If there’s such a thing as having a good time watching someone pump your septic tank I think I just experienced it. Lol. I asked Thomas if they could put me on a maintenance schedule to alert me when I may need to have the septic system pumped again. I would definitely recommend them.

    It’s not like anyone really wants to pay for emergency septic tank pumping 😄 but I’m glad I found a company that managed expectations and didn’t turn a stressful expense into something even worse!Zoom Drain was clear, communicative, respectful and helpful - with very fast same-day service! They even texted a photo of their technician and truck so we’d know who to expect at the door.They charge a flat rate for 1000 gallon tanks, and anything additional is billed by the gallon, not by time spent. This seems fair and honest, as most tanks are under 1000 - and anyway, what if their pump runs slow?!I called a few other places before calling Zoom Drain - one of which didn’t even accept credit (!?!), and all of which were either more expensive - or less transparent in their pricing.We really appreciate your help today, Thomas!
