    Despite the Christmas holiday, we got a new water heater fairly quickly. Appreciated the ease of reaching the office and the kind help there. The plumbers were in the know, and explained so many things. Nice job, good cleanup, too. The prices seem fair, too.

    Garrison Plumbing was quick to respond to an inquiry we made when our water heater failed us. They gave us multiple options for repairing/replacing and provided their professional opinion on the best option. We ended up replacing the water heater. They were able to do it same day. The crew showed up on time, let me know how long the process would take and at what parts/times they would need my assistance. Overall we are very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

    Garrison Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing the broken cast iron pipes in our 1960s home. From start to finish, their team was professional and efficient. They showed up to work every day, completed the job ahead of schedule, and passed the city’s inspection without any issues. They ran multiple tests to ensure everything was done right, giving us peace of mind. On top of all that, their pricing is very competitive—they promise to charge less than their competitors, and they delivered on that promise.     Have had work done at our house on several occasions by Garrison and they always do an excellent job. Team is always super friendly and explains everything they’re doing, answering all questions, and giving us peace of mind when it comes to our plumbing and water issues. We are on a well and have had a number of challenges and I look to Garrison to help solve for them. Also, the discount for veterans is a nice plus.

    Ive been having water heater issues for a year and I called a different plumbing company and they looked at it for 5 minutes, told us we needed a whole new water heater and quoted us over $10k. So i was reluctant to call another plumbing company to take a second look but Garrison took great care of us. It can be so hard to find plumbers, contractors, electricians, etc who are friendly, warm and take the time to walk you through everything but Chris (the technician) did just that and got me taken care of for less than $200. They earned my loyalty and Ill be reaching out to them first for any future plumbing issues.

    In my line of work ( Water Restoration) I routinely need a plumber that can respond quickly and get the job done. Tyler and Kristi are always courteous and explain the issue thoroughly.     We tried out this family owned plumbing business and I am very glad we did. From the minute I called, I could tell they valued me as a customer. They made time in their busy schedule to accommodate my needs on short notice, on a Friday no less! The receptionist was very helpful and kind in setting up our appointment. Once they were on site, they were prompt and thorough in their service and went above and beyond. Tyler explained everything in detail to me and went the extra mile to make sure everything was set up perfectly for us. Highly recommend going with this company for any plumbing needs. 10/10

    This team was amazing. I needed two toilets installed. I purchased the toilets myself. I thought this would be somewhat easy. When plumbers arrived they had many issues with the job, 1 toilet was cracked in the box. They took it back for me and bought a new one. 2. In the house for some reason the water would not stop running. They had to get in the attic...still hot outside. There were other issues but I probably wouldnt make sense of it all. THEY WERE AMAZING! I dont give recommendations lightly. I would recommend to EVERYONE!

    Thank you for fixing my sink. We moved to a new place and the sink stopped working. He came out quickly, fixed it and had the best rate out of everyone! Amazing work! We have used them three times now for different issues and they have been very helpful, fair in price, and I will definitely keep using them!

    Wow - I am just so impressed! I came home from a week-long trip to find my water heater wasnt working. I tried the only whole fix I know (replace vapor sensor), but no joy. I called at 8am on Monday and even though they were fully booked, they got someone out to troubleshoot the problem *that* day.They are back today with amazing news. They coordinated with Rheem *and* Home Depot (the previous owners doubled the manufacturers warranty thru HD) to secure a brand spanking new water heater for me. Ill be back in hot water by this afternoon. Ill probably take the longest hot shower ever.Im so grateful to them. They have a great quote system so you can approve and pay a deposit on their quotes via email -- even using my own signature to approve. Its been a smooth easy process.I have used them in the past for a commode replacement. It required a lot of troubleshooting to narrow down the problem and they were very fair with the labor charges.I cant recommend them enough. They are a small family-owned business and they guarantee their work and stand behind it. They also honor our veterans by giving them 20% off.

    I had a toilet and faucet shut off value that wouldn’t shut the water off completely. When I went to shut the water off at the street that value would not shut the water off to the house. I was referred to Tyler at Garrison Plumbing by a good friend who is an electrician and works with Tyler on various commercial and residential jobs. My experience was fantastic. Their office personnel were extremely helpful in getting an appointment scheduled. I was provided a quote within 2 days and the repair was completed 2 days thereafter. The net result was timely service, friendly personnel and good value for your money.

    We recently updated another bathroom replacing the 60 year old tub, corroded drain and trap, and valve and trim.This is our second bath remodel with Garrison and again they were a pleasure to work with. Fair pricing as far as the Austin market is concerned but more than that, they are professional and detail oriented. And dont be concerned about the size or difficulty of the job, they will be your go to pro.
