Adrian and Tom (maybe Steve, sorry) arrived within the scheduled window and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. We got high quality service from Oak Hill Plumbing on three different days, hanging a wall mounted sink, replacing our guest shower handles and replacing our leaky cut-off valve. Their prices are competitive and best of all, they came promptly, the same morning when we called them on three different days. Tom, David and Ismael were top-notch and explained everything, and Tom even offered some sage advice on some of my other home improvement projects.

Our water heater stopped working the day we got a new roof and none of us (including the roofing guys) could figure out what was going on. The next morning, first thing, our roofer called Oak Hill Plumbing because he knows Rene, texted him photos and info, and they had a team (Tom & his helper) out at our house by 10am. It turns out our water heater had died (probably a coincidence with the roof replacement), so we needed a new one. Then Tom found that our overflow pressure pipe was capped in the wall somewhere - 1968 house, so who knows the story on that one, which was so dangerous - it could have caused an explosion, so he had to spend two more hours repiping that. They did a great job and we had hot water by 4:30pm.

Often when you have a plumbing problem, you are a bit frazzled and need help or advice in a timely manner. Oak Hill Plumbing has always come through for me. They are definitely in my contact list.
