I contacted Colorado Best Plumbing in the morning regarding a leak in my water pressure regulator and even shared a few pictures. In less than 20 minutes, they had arranged an afternoon appointment for me. Before the appointment, they provided a quote for the repair of the regulator along with several upgrade options. Eugene arrived promptly as scheduled. He detailed the various options for fixing the part, whether to replace the builder-grade regulator or upgrade to a dual value. While he was inspecting, he noticed the builder-grade (inexpensive) shut off value for the water heater. While fixing the regulator, he upgraded the shut off value without charging extra. Considering my system was nearly 11 years old, he also performed a few other minor repairs while he was there for a minimal additional cost. Each time, he explained why the repairs were necessary and the value they added. After Eugene left, I noticed a significant improvement in the water pressure throughout my house in Broomfield. Exceptional work!

Colorado Best Plumbing set up a new gas line for us, extending into our fresh sunroom so we could operate a ventless gas stove for heating. Shawn suggested we opt for a copper pipe as it would be visible, mounted along the rooms wall. The pipe looked amazing! Shawn did an excellent job sourcing matching copper brackets to secure the pipe to the wall. I found him to be very prompt in responding when I reached out, and he was able to accommodate my schedule swiftly which I found extremely helpful. In addition to this, he took care of a dripping sink during his visit! Excellent workmanship, reasonable pricing, and incredibly friendly - Max and Eugene. Ill be turning to them for all my plumbing requirements in Broomfield.

Got on the phone yesterday as soon as our water heater gave out. The plumber, lets call him Shawn, was at our place by the afternoon. He quickly identified the issue, gave me a cost estimate and got to work as soon as I gave the go-ahead. When Shawn finished up and was about to head out, he noticed that a piece he had just replaced was acting up. Even though it was past 5pm, he didnt just say hed come back the next day. Instead, Shawn got a new piece and finished the repair right then and there. Around 10pm, I saw the heaters warning light flashing, so I called again. You can imagine my surprise when they told me Shawn was already on his way back to fix the problem. He got the job done by 11pm and we were able to enjoy hot showers this morning. Talk about top-notch service!

Colorado best plumbing is simply outstanding! I was directed to them by my home warranty firm. Initially, another firm had come to check out my water heater that was supposedly leaking. They told me it needed a replacement and wanted to charge me an extra $1,000 apart from the home warranty coverage. Tyrone from colorado best plumbing came later to look into my water heater. He figured out that my water heater wasnt leaking, but the water from my AC unit which usually goes down the drain, was backing up to the water heater pan due to a clogged drain pipe. Tyrone was highly professional, and his years of skill and knowledge resulted in him identifying the real problem. His accurate diagnosis ended up saving both me and the home warranty firm some money. i wholeheartedly recommend this service, and tyrone the service technician, without a doubt!
