I recently had Jason from Big Apple Plumbing handle some much-needed work in my kitchen, and Im thrilled with the job he did. First off. the whole job of doing a drain cleaning was done really, really quickly... he told me he actually wouldve been done faster, if he didnt have to first fix some mistake patchwork done a few years ago by another company!The work done by Jason made me trust Big Apple Plumbing, and I’ll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

Additional external hot water tank mixing valve with temperature gauge was added to increase the effective capacity of our new water heater (more hot showers).

I had a hidden leak inside my wall from the master bathroom. I got an immediate call back from Jason (the owner) and he made time to fit me into his schedule the next morning. Providing excellent communication about the process and pricing (very reasonable!). The leak ended up being behind a load bearing beam and Jason was able to figure out a solution for a fix by working around it and taking minimal time to complete. He talked me through what he repaired double check the leak was fix and explained the 1 year warranty. Big Apple Plumbing was a referral from my neighbors and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink during Christmas week, called Big Apple and they were so helpful and Jason was able to come out the same day! I had a new sink installed, which included new valve replacements and expanding the countertop space to accommodate the new sink. The workmanship was absolutely incredible and the team at Big Apple are so nice and helpful. Disraeli did a beautiful job and was so kind, even to my nosey dogs. Im not one to usually write reviews, but I just had to share my amazing experience with Big Apple Plumbing. I had a pipe leaking under my kitchen sink and I was freaking out, thinking I was going to have to deal with a huge mess and a hefty bill. But from the moment I called Big Apple Plumbing, I knew I was in good hands.Right from the first call, they were super friendly and got someone out to my place within the hour (on a Sunday, no less!). The plumber, Jason, was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything he was doing so I could understand what was going on. He fixed the leak in no time and even gave me some tips on how to prevent it from happening again.But heres the thing - while Jason was working on the pipe, he mentioned that my pipes were pretty old and might be due for a replacement soon. Ive been putting off a whole house re-pipe for years, thinking it would be too expensive...But after seeing the quality of work Big Apple Plumbing does, Im seriously considering it now because the quote Jason offered me was actually pretty reasonable :)

We had a very urgent situation in our home. We had an old leaking water heater. I frantically called plumbers looking for someone to answer the phone. The owner, Jason answered himself and walked me through how to shut off the water going into the tank. The next morning bright and early his team came out and installed a new top-of-the-line tankless water heater. We are super impressed with the way it turned out. His team members were very polite and helpful. They answered all the questions we had and even threw in a free maintenance next year. This is by far the best experience we had with a plumber and we will only be using Big Apple Plumbing from now on.

Needed an emergency repair for a leaking water service line on my side of the meter. Jason and the crew were great to work with. They ordered utility locates and responded quickly with all of the needed equipment and materials, including the required city permits. They even brought replacement sod to repair the dig area. Despite the leak being very deep and located under a gas line, the repair was made quickly, efficiently, and affordably, including necessary city inspections. The entire job was completed in less than 24 hours from the time the leak was discovered. Highly recommend!

Check in 8/29/2024We needed a sewer scope and Jason, the owner was the one to answer the call. As always, he was friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He did a great job and they are still the only plumber I trustAlways polite and professional! We have used Big Apple for several years and would never call anyone else. I really love the fact that they send the name and photo of the person who is coming to perform the work and they text wayne. The work is assigned and when the person is on their way. Its such a small touch but its so nice, especially if I am home alone.

Jason was amazing. He was very professional and quick to help us. We had replaced a toilet earlier and noticed the shutoff valve was leaking. When we finally had the time to fix it, we turned the water off only to find out the it no longer shut off completely. By this time it was well after 7pm om a friday and the water would not stop spraying out.When jason got here he was quick to tell us our main water shut off was also damaged and only shutting off 95% and the shut off for the toilet was damaged and needed replacing. He was able to give us a fair and honest quote for the toilet and would come back later to fix the main pipe after we got the water company to shut off our water.After starting the fix the pip he can into some additinal issue was did not charge us wich was amazing. Extra piping needed to be done that was unexpected.I will be calling him for ALL of my plummin need. My house was built in the 60s and has some funny piping and he new exactly what to do and how to help.

We have worked with Jason and his company for a few years now and trust them in our home. I love every minute of these service calls. I feel like the plumber knows exactly what he was doing and is skilled, as are his staff members. This puts my mind at ease. Jason was the person who came out to fix a gas line attached to our stove, install a water purification system and fix a pipe to our fridge. He is a licensed, master plumber, reasonably priced with high quality workmanship. Have had Jason and his team back a few times, and the service is incredibly good, reasonably priced, on time, ... We had an above ground, outdoor gas leak due to our house settling. The pipe had cracked. Disraeli came to our home the same day that I called for an appointment. He zeroed in on the problem, showed us the leak and since it was a pipe that went to an outdoor shop and wasnt an emergency, scheduled us for the next business day. Disraeli arrived for the repair on time and fixed the issue. He had to run for a few additional parts, but came back and finished the job the same day, even though the repair went into evening hours. The repair looks solid and since Big Apple has a 1 year warranty on repairs and parts, we feel reassured that if there were a problem in the near future, the issue would be resolved (although we dont foresee that). We had our water heater go out at 9pm on a Saturday and had contacted a few places who weren’t able to help until Monday, until we called Big Apple. Jason answered and was able to send Disraeli out later that same night to help us. Disraeli was kind, efficient, and clear in his diagnosis and explanation of the issue and in quoting a replacement water heater which they were able to install the same night. Jason arrived to help him move our old unit out and the new unit into our basement. Disraeli then went above and beyond after finishing the install of the new water heater - he installed it up to code (our old one wasn’t) and noted that he’d discovered a block with the chimney out of our basement that was causing a backflow of Carbon Monoxide into our home. He helped relieve the clogged chimney in order to get everything safe enough to turn the unit on, and encouraged us to call a chimney sweep ASAP. We really appreciate Jason’s quick response and Disraeli’s work, transparency, and concern for our safety. We would 1000% recommend them and will use them again in the future.

If youre reading this, I was born in, Aurora ( I even named my daughter Aurora!)!Im really excited to leave a review for these folks because not only am I a Colorado native, but my dad, a journeyman plumber by trade (hes a veteran also, so thank you for your service, and thank you all veterans for their service to our country), began Plumbing in Aurora when he was 18!Anyway, I travel a lot, and recently, I stayed a few nights in a very dear friend of mines airbnb property about a mile or so from the airport.Its an absolutely cozy little studio with a walk-in shower that happens to be the highlight of the place. Anyway, my friend let me know that she was having the shower replaced on the same day as I was going to be flying in, and asked if Id go ahead and get there a little bit earlier than planned to meet the plumbers and let them into the house.Have you guys ever done a shower replacement before?Let me just put it to you this way, if you are in Aurora, Denver, or surrounding areas, call Big Apple Plumbing llc, to do yours; you wont even know theyre there!Moving the story along... So, I ended up having to wait on my rental car a little longer than expected... 6 hours!!! And even though that happened, I quickly turned my frown upside down as I realized I was among friends.I got to see what kind of people actually work for this company and the kind of work that they really do; not to mention the pride and compassion that goes into every move they make.Let me just bring your attention to something; can you imagine in an emergency in the middle of the night, maybe youre freaking out because the toilet and sink start overflowing, then maybe the dog goes and makes an even bigger mess playing in the water, and maybe its 2:00 in the morning even (Big Apple LLC is open 24 hrs byw!). Disraeli absolutely crushed it. We took a risk via buying an Opendoor house and boy have we been paying for it. One of their contractors decided to dump what appeared to be buckets of paint down the floor drain by the washer/dryer & Water Heater in the basement. Disraeli was out 2 days later and had to snake and HVAC up the paint over 3 runs the clog was so bad, but they cleared it, replaced a rusted out trap access valve and all is good in the world of plumbing.P.S. If youre a painter and dump buckets of paint down a trap because who cares about the next owner I hope you drink paint too.
