Mr Hoq and his team are just wonderful. They listen to what you want and are very knowledgeable on all aspects of home construction. Always polite, always hard working and always professional.Had them on at least four separate jobs involving constructing with new sheet rock, plumbing with new outside drain construction, electrical, roofing, cement work, garden pavers, painting and even metal work with welding.Good price and always check with the customer to make sure that is what they want. Explains what needs to be done. Always keeps work site clean and never complains.Never damaged anything while doing these 4 separate projects. These guy work very hard and if you look at all the photos they show the great results.They are my go to guys for all my future home constructions needs.

The concrete ceiling of our 100-year-old garage was decaying and falling down in pieces. Hoq and Nasir with Proper Contracting NY Inc took care of it by putting carefully several layers of glue, concrete, and wire mesh over it and then finishing it up with plaster. The price was reasonable. And very important: They were responsive to questions, patiently explained, always friendly, and always dependable and punctual. When we have more work to do, well hire them again.

Hoq and his crew were very professional and accommodating. We had both of our bathrooms remodeled, floors sanded and refinished, and the entire apartment painted. They did a beautiful job and we are very pleased. We will hire them again if we need additional projects done.
