When a strong straight force winds came through Tulsa and tree limbs fell, tearing my weather head down. Joe came through, he repairing my weather head, and had my family ready to be reconnected and powered on. Highly recommend Shanks Electric. Accurate quote, very professional team (polite and manners any mother would be proud of!). They delivered exactly what was specified, cleaned up a 1958 breaker box that was a mess, installed outlets inside and outside the house, installed a whole house surge protector, and a really tricked out 50 amp generator plug with manual transfer switch that is idiot proof. Thank you Shanks! Will call on you guys again!

Been over two weeks now with multiple messages left and no response. UPDATE: Well come to find out the reason for that was due to Joe being seriously ill.He went out to provide an estimate for me even though he wasnt completely well yet. They even went above and beyond in fixing my weather head and even helped me out with my fuse box. I needed some electrical work done, but most everyone I called could not fit me into the schedule I had open. Not knowing what labor could cost, but having a rough figure amount of parts, finally found one that could come out, but then they gave me a quote of around $900 more than I expected to spend. Called Shanks Electrical, and Joe came out the very next day, was very courteous and quick at his work and I actually spent less than what I expected. I highly recommend for your next project.

We had such an odd electrical issue. After talking to an electrician friend who couldnt figure out what was happening, we decided to hire someone to come look at it. Shanks showed up on time, figured the issue out in less than 2 hours, fixed it and made sure the same issue couldnt happen again. They were friendly, reasonable, and cleaned up after themselves. I cant imagine having a better experience!!!
