    I had a very unsafe and dangerous exterior panel and also many issues with my interior panel and I needed a company that I could trust to come out and provide me with affordable service. I called DCS electric theyre not only made sure to fix my main panel outside, but they also were able to fix many issues inside my house with outlets that had not been working and a bathroom vent that was disgusting and they installed a really cool Bluetooth speaker vent in my bathroom. I will definitely be calling them back for any future need and I recommend them to all my friends.

    ECS came to our home to run power out to our new aerobic system, they also gave us a much needed upgrade to our breaker box, as the existing one was not correctly sized for the load it demanded. The electrician was VERY polite,knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was about to do and why he was doing it. I am 100% going to use ECS for all future installs and trouble shooting with our home electric. Thank you ECS for going above and beyond what most consider exemplary work ethic.

    Traevon Chartier & Nathan Edens did an excellent job of hanging this light fixture in our living room (cathedral ceiling). They were very courteous, perfect gentlemen, and meticulous. Great representatives for ECS. They also installed a dimmer switch for the light. The whole process was excellent. A+ from start to finish.

    Highly recommend ECS Electric. Our garage outlet was not working properly. James noticed that our entire panel was not to code and helped curb what could have been a very dangerous situation. He was very personable and knowledgeable. A few days later, Enrique and Devonte came and installed a new control panel. They were both very professional and courteous. Thank you for the outstanding work and helping make our home safer!

    I was charged $983.25 for the 1.5 hours the service men were here. Nothing was solved and I wasn’t given any itemized explanation in writing as to the reason for such an expensive service call that didn’t fix anything. Additionally, I was told I needed $11K to fix the issue, again without any itemized information of the work to be done. I cannot recommend this company.UPDATE 12/11/2024. ECS sent out their Quality representative James along with an assistant. I am very pleased with the results as my electrical issue was resolved at no charge and I was refunded my entire original payment.I am happy to report that I can wholeheartedly recommend ECS for their quick and fair response to my problem. ECS has a new customer! Thank you

    James did an incredible job with the ceiling fan install. He was on time, professional, did the job quickly, and did it right. James with ECS Electric was also very personable and a joy to talk with. He answered any and every question I had and even helped show me how the remote worked on a more modern style ceiling fan. When he was finished, he even took the old fan and the box that housed the new fan with him. If you are looking for good work from an honest and local company, look no further than ECS Electric.

    Waking up to half a house with no power was not the way to start the week! However ECS made it much less of a stress than it could have been.     A company installing solar in our home left the job incomplete. There were no other solar technicians in Oklahoma certified to work on our system. We called ECS to help with electrical issues related to solar. Adam received our request. We have been impressed with his friendly manner and his efficiency in keeping us updated as to when to expect a technician, etc. James was the technician who came to do the job. He saw that some of the work required solar certification. To our amazement, James offered to get certified, so he could work on our system. James, ECS and the other technicians, Roshan, Traevon and Devonte provided service above and beyond the call of duty! ECS has also placed a portable generator power connection and whole home interlock system to provide power to our home in case of an emergency outage. The technicians also found and repaired open splices in our attic which were a potential hazard. Best of all, James is now our local technician who can now maintain our solar!Thank you ECS!!!

    Contacted ECS due to intermittent power outages at our new home. James was kind enough to inform me it sounded like a PSO Service issue and to call them while he finished the ticket he was working. He said he would still plan on coming out once he finished. PSO came out and it was a service issue. I appreciated James having me go that route, and ECS’ 5 star rating makes sense now. It appears they have some genuinely honest people working for them. I contacted James and told him he was right and I appreciated him saving me a service fee. I also told him if I ever needed an electrician, they’ll be my first call. Thanks, James!

    We were having issues with our brand new pond pump and the young man servicing it told us that it looked like an electrical issue. Concerned with all the possibilities this news implied we began our search for an electrician who had high ratings, good reviews and available the next morning. So I googled and called a few companies, none were available to help until I called ECS. They said they could help and had their technician James call us right back. We couldn’t be more pleased. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, he ran full diagnostics including checking our electrical panels. He told us the pump issue was not because of the electricity but he did find issues with the outside boxes which posed a danger if not changed. While performing the diagnostics he noticed that our home did not have a full house surge protector. He gave us an estimate for each and after discussing the pros and cons we agreed to both. We highly recommend ECS and mostdefinitely recommend James. Will be calling them for all electrical needs from now on. PS James was correct the problem with the pond pump was not electrical, it was a valve.

    ECS rerouted an exterior electrical line which was located in the middle of where we were installing an outdoor water feature.They also installed an electrical box in the yard near the project to power the water pump. Communication regarding the 2 appointments was excellent, electricians minimized damage to lawn and their work functioned as expected. They did a nice job of cleaning up as well. We may have been able to get the work done cheaper but the level of service was so professional and hassle-free, we felt the price was worth not having to continue obtaining bids. We have used multiple contractors for our home improvements over the years and ECS stands out as a positive and professional experience.

    Complete lifesavers! James was our tech, and was so great at communicating arrival and ETAs, was able to get the issue resolved which was a big one but worked through the night to get resolved so that our company was able to work as normal the next day.     We recently bought a home that was built in 1936.     Things didnt start to great. I took a 1/2 day vacation on a Monday for this appointment, then scheduling moved it to the afternoon. ECS did not make it in the afternoon either. That meant another 1/2 day for Tuesday. Needless to say I had a grump on. James and Joe showed up on time Tuesday morning. James went through the entire house. He explained everything to me very clearly and also explained to my wife in Spanish some of the intricacies of the job. Also found out that he speaks fluent French. So hes your guy if you need explanation in multiple languages. ECS waved the diagnostic fee because of the schedule issue. James did a complete work up for the house and pointed out several other things that were electrical hazards that needed to be fixed. They completed the work promptly professionally and by the end of the visit my grump had relaxed. I will be using ECS for rental property work as well as personal property. If James and Joe are any indication of the other technicians at ECS, I would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to family and other professionals.

    What a great company! Great People (Traevon, Gio and James) very professional, very knowledgeable and very personableI had a major power surge hit my house from the power company, of course after hours on Saturday night 6:45 PM. ECS Electric responded to my call and was on site withing 2 hours, they worked to diagnose the issue, quoted three options to fix the issue and worked to get the house safe until about 1:00 AM. They then returned to the house at 8:00 AM on Sunday with parts to do the job. ECS had my power back on by 4:00 PM on Super Bowl Sunday, just in time for the party I was hosting. After the emergency was over, I also had ECS replace all switches and sockets in the house bringing everything up to code. They also found missing junction boxes in the attic (from previous unethical contractors} and brought all of my wiring up to code.Im extremely happy that I found ECS Electric and that they are as customer focused as they are.Thank You!!!!Great Job!!!!Walter C.

    ECS Electric just completed a big job for us! In addition to a new 240v spa panel on the side of our house, they also added a whole-house surge protector, corrected a couple of minor wiring issues in our attic, and upgraded our meter and meter base. Our old meter was undersized and we were told by PSO that it could be a fire hazard. From start to finish, Juan, Trayvon, and James were on-time, professional, friendly, and walked us through everything they were going to do. When they finished, the install looked fantastic - and they even went the extra mile to paint some of the components to match other stuff on our house! Thats above and beyond.     I called because I had a small melted wire in my basement. They came out the next day and spent a few hours doing a thorough analysis. It turned out I needed a bunch of work done. I also noticed he went the extra mile and added some more straps for some wires in the area that were kind of hanging down.     Our main service panel at our house was the original from 1968, and was out of breaker slots. We initially wanted to get a sub panel, but after talking though the options with ECS, decided on a main panel upgrade. I am so happy with our decision and with the quality of work that ECS Electric gave us!     Cale was our technician and did a fantastic job getting our furnace back up and running. Even while roads where covered in snow. They still made it to our house. Excellent customer service and highly recommend this company.

    The two men showed up and were polite as they introduced themselves and asked some questions and told me what they were going to do.I told them how nicely they were dressed and neat. They both had nice clean tucked in company shirts, clean, presses jeans with belts. I don’t know how they can work that way out in the heat! I very happy with the job they did.

    We recently used ECS to repair our porch light and also replace a large chandelier with a ceiling fan. I contacted ECS via the website on Monday, James came out Tuesday afternoon for a quote, and then James came back on Wednesday morning to do the job. He did a good job with both projects and was friendly and professional throughout. We will likely use ECS again next time we need electrical services.
