My hot water heater died on Sunday evening. I called Quality Deluxe after a Google search for area plumbing repair. Eric picked up immediately and listened to my description of the problem and advised me that I might need a replacement unit. He came out to inspect it first thing Monday morning to make sure that it wasn’t a simpler issue and that I actually needed a new water heater. He ordered a larger (50 gallon to replace 40 gallon), higher quality model which was delivered very quickly. By a little after lunchtime on Monday we had hot water again. Eric explained a few things about how long to expect a heater to last and what we can do to extend the lifespan. Great customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Eric is fantastic! He kindly offered me some advice while I looking confused in the aisles of Home Depot. I ended up hiring him to do the job after I fully understood what it would entail to do it correctly. He was prompt, courteous, professional and warm. These guys were great: communicative, on time and able to come over rapidly to fix our leaking bathtub situation. The best part was that the owner, Eric, subcontracts with a handyman who came within a few days to repair and paint the drywall that needed to be removed. (This was completely optional but super convenient.) We’ll definitely call on them for any future plumbing issues!

On Friday 05/26, I contacted Eric due to a clogged kitchen sink. Unbeknownst to him, this occurred the day before our sons graduation party. Within an hour, there was someone at our door and within about 2 hours, an extremely clogged pipe was cleared, in time for me to start prepping for the party. Eric and his team are awesome. Their promptness, communication, efficiency of their work and their professionalism, made what could have been a weekend ruining situation a non-factor. Thank you again Eric!

We discovered a leak coming from our bathroom and damaging the ceiling below late Saturday. Quality Deluxe has great reviews and we reached out and Eric was here within an hour of speaking to him. He was able to assess the issue, fix it and able to get one of his colleagues to come patch up the hole so we only have to deal with one company. Eric is very knowledgeable and was able to also give us some recommendations for our heating system. We will definitely be using Quality Deluxe for future work on our home.

We lost something very small, expensive, and hard to see in the toilet. Eric responded quickly (on a Saturday morning!), removed the entire toilet and searched through all of the water inside to find it. Over the course of 2 years, I have had Eric and his crew at my house for different repairs and installation work. Of the services provided, I had them for a sewage pipe, then for rerouting my gas pipe. I remember them coming one time at 11 p.m. to correct an installation done by someone else. Called Erics company for a (very unplanned) gas-oven installation, and to say that the service was exemplary would be a real understatement: he replied literally as I was leaving a message for him, fit me into a very busy schedule the same day, and not only followed up on the installation but came by personally to inspect the work after it was done and make sure everything was functioning properly and safely. He also managed to help fix a running toilet on his way out. The guy is less handy-man than superman when it comes to fixing problems - I recommend him and his company enthusiastically and will definitely call him back for any future work that needs to be done.

I have finally found a plumber who shows up, does excellent work, has reasonable pricing, and is so friendly, he becomes part of the family! I hired Eric to upgrade a pipe so I could have an irrigation system installed. When the 60 year old town pipe burst from years of corrosion, he remained calm and handled it. He and his crew of Drew and Monty worked in a low, dark crawlspace, but they got the job done and never lost their sense of humor. The backflow they installed on the front of my house is a work of art.But wait, there’s more! When the boiler in my son’s house started leaking, I called Eric and he was there that day! I absolutely recommend Quality Deluxe. They are “Always there for you.”

I encountered a problem with my irrigation Pressure Vacuum Breaker that was leaking water due to a crack.I submitted an online request to Quality Deluxe LLC to setup an appointment to have the PVB replaced.I immediately recd back a reply from Eric, the owner of the company with a quote and appointment time. Eric showed up promptly the next day as scheduled. The nineteen yr. old PVB was replaced along with new piping and fittings. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the price was very reasonable. Eric, who was very polite and courteous and was very easy to work with. He also took the time to give me some pointers about the new unit that was installed. I will recommend Quality Deluxe to others and will definitely call upon the company in the future.
