    Needed a water heater installed. Received quotes from multiple contractors or was outright ignored. Emmanuel had the most reasonable price, and installed it the next day. I would definitely recommend him, and would work with him again.

    I noticed water leaking out from the base cabinet of my kitchen sink. I couldn’t tell where the water was coming from. I called Emma Plumbing, Emmanuel came over and assessed the situation with the disposal and fixed it immediately! I had him come back 2 days later to upgrade piping installed incorrectly, and his work was phenomenal. Excellent work for a great price, and completed with absolute professionalism. I will be calling Emma Plumbing for any future plumbing repairs!

    Great experience with Emmas. Emmanuel came to our house on a Saturday to jet clean the kitchen drain that was plugged with grease. He was friendly and a good worker. Ill call him again next time I need a plumber.

    On 8/3/24. I had a hot water heater installed by EP&DS. I found the staff to be prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with. My heater burst on Friday and I was able to have my situation remedied on Saturday which was huge in my emergency situation.     If you value your time, Emma Plumbing wont disappoint. They arrived promptly and completed the job efficiently and neatly. They came to flush my drainage system, ensuring waste flowed freely, and I was so satisfied with their work that I hired them to install my dishwasher too. They did a fantastic job, and the best part? They even disposed of the old dishwasher, so I didnt have to worry about it. I highly recommend them!

    I googled who clears clogged drains south of Boston and read all the reviews on Emma Plumbing. They had 126 reviews with a 5 star rating so with that said I called and talked to Emmanuel and told him about my kitchen sink problem. We made an appointment to stop by the next day at 7:00 pm and he arrived right on time. He explained the best option for my situation and was very knowledgeable in doing so.I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Emmanuel. I highly recommend Emma Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I will definitely call him in the future!

    I had an old cast iron sewer pipe from an upstairs bathroom, in my house in Foxborough MA, which was leaking water down the pipe and dripping into my basement floor whenever I ran the water in that bathroom. I contacted multiple companies to get an estimate. Most companies wouldn’t even come out to my house without charging me $80-$100 just for an estimate. (I had a separate sewer issue 4 years ago and I did get free estimates but it seems most plumbing companies have decided to charge just for estimates now.I was able to get 2 companies to come out without charging for the estimate and all they wanted to do was generate as much possible plumbing work as possible and tell me it’s unknown how big this problem is but I should consider $4600 as a low end cost just to get started. One local company I spoke to was very unprofessional and seemed very disinterested in the work and told me there’s no way to know how much this could cost me and I should probably consider a complete bathroom remodel.I found Emma plumbing online and called them. The owner Emmanuel answered the phone and asked me for some photos of the sewer pipe that was leaking. He said he does not charge for estimates and quoted me $3000 based on the photos. I was shocked that he could do the job for $1600 less then the “low end” quotes I had received from the other two companies that looked at the leak. Emmanuel told me he would arrive between 8–10 am on a date we agreed upon. Emmanuel and his employee showed up exactly when they said they would and were extremely professional considerate and respectful. They thoroughly examined the leaky pipe and quickly diagnosed where they could cut and replace it without trying to talk me into much more extensive and expensive repair work. They completed the job in 3 hours, removed and replaced the old pipe and showed me the spots where the pipe was leaking.I could not be happier with Emma plumbing and the job Emmanuel did. I will definitely use them again. THIS IS HOW A PLUMBING COMPANY SHOULD BE RUN. Emmanuel is not a high pressure salesman and makes you feel like you can work with him to find the most cost affective and reliable way to address and fix a major plumbing issue.Emma plumbing is a quality company that helps restore faith in the idea that there are good respectful people out there who don’t just try to take advantage of home owners and generate as much unnecessary cost as possible for repair work.

    Emma plumbing was great! We hired them to fix a major leak coming from an old cast iron pipe original to the house. The plumber came in and immediately was able to figure out the issue and had a solution. It turns out the toilet that was set too high and disconnected from the pipe. He let us know there was a cheap solution and a permanent solution and let us decide what we option to choose based on our budget needs. We opted for the permanent fix and he had all the necessary tools and skills to handle the job. Needless to say, the problem was solved and we can move forward without concern. Would definitely recommend.

    Emmanuel was great…It’s been a struggle trying to find a plumber but let me tell you…Not only was he able to assist with the kitchen sink leak but he replaced everything under there and we couldn’t be happier.     Emmanuel came over the same day I called to fix a leak in our shower. In under 2 hours he cut and replaced the piping and valve behind the shower. Along with the shower head, tub faucet, and temp gauge (I already had the kit). He was great about explaining what he was doing every step of the way.     [Gas water heater/chimney venting-Brockton] Emanual was awesome ! Had hoped for a repair, but we decided to change out the old gas water since few fittings were rusting, Brockton water is harder than it used to be, so lots of scale buildup & it also needed new venting discovered to be crumbling under foam protective covering. Job was done quickly, correctly, cleanly & tech was friendly & knowledgeable. Best yet for me,since I get so tired of surly service ppl ignoring my requirements, special instructions or talking down to me, just because Im a woman, but he didnt do that at all. He bought the heater ,w/the warranty I wanted off choices I gave him & though we decided not to, since the valve on this particular Rheen model is larger than on most water heaters, hed been ready to fulfill my request that the valve be switched to a 3/4 ball valve for easier flush out. And even with having to redo the furnace venting Job was done faster than expected. This is the 2nd job theyve done for me ( also installed 2 outside hose hookups through a PIA of fieldstone/brick & fiber concrete tiles,lol) & though their price may be a tetch higher than others, Ill gladly pay it for future jobs knowing theyll be done to my specs & will be done perfectly.

    AMAZING SERVICE!!! I called at 7pm on a Sunday for a broken, leaking main pipe and they were at my house 20 minutes later to assess. Came back the very next morning 730am to fix and complete what Id consider a large job by 1030am. Fair price too. CALL THEM!

    I highly recommend Mr. Emmanuel for his great help and service. I got my garbage disposal leaking issue yesterday and finally figured out it was the broken sealing to cause leaking. I bought a brand new one this morning and then tried finding a plumber to do the replacement for me. I was really frustrated and suffered from unclear price quotes and long time waiting while phone calling these plumbers and companies until I found Mr. Emmunel. Very quick response and reasonable labor fee charge so I immediately hired him to come over my house to replace the broken disposal. Highly appreciated to his good service once again :-)😄

    I have used the services of this company severally. They are very thorough and their job performance is very efficiently. We called them on April 7, 2023 when we had an emergency with water leaking from a broken pipe into the basement. We were amazed how quick they came and how fast they finished the job.     Ive been having this issue with my dishwasher not draining correctly, for over 4 months and this was driving me nuts. Everytime we do dishwashing , after a couple days the water comes back and sits at the bottom. Me personally I had to remove the water manually and if i dont, the water would get very smelly. I decided to call Emma Plumbing and Drain Services, same day, one of the plumber names Emmanuel came in to the house respectfully and looked the dishwasher plumbing setting and right away he pointed out the problem to me and said Ill let you do it yourself and explained to me how to do it. The problem was, the tube that connects from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal needed to raise up and because it was too low, the garbage disposal soaked back all the water when the dishwasher not in use. He said, once you do it, that will fix your problem. Effectively after I did exactly what he told me to do. The water does not back anymore. Thank you so much Emmanuel, and thank you Emma Plumbing and Drain Services. Any plumbing issue I might have in the future, you will be the first one to call 📞

    Emma Plumbing and Drain Services saved our family home from severe water damage when an old brass water line let go in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. We had recently purchased this property in Randolph and did not know where the main shut-off was located, Emmanuel was able to help us locate it and sut off water over the phone and then showed up with his team immediately after to replace the rusty section of pipe and turned water back on to our home.     In our apartment, we started experiencing a problem where the shower and sink water would start off heating up properly to the desired temperature, but then become cold. We put a request on our apartments service request portal and our usual maintenance guy came by and said that there was an issue with the hot & cold water mixing valve, but that a professional plumber would be coming around the next day. The professional who showed up the next day was Emmanuel, the owner of Emma Plumbing himself! He not only replaced the mixing valve, but also the water expansion tank, which he could tell needed to be replaced (it was full). He performed some other pipe/valve work that involved cutting out the old and clogged, and installing the new. Emmanuel made sure that everything was in working order by testing the water from our shower and sinks and even took the time to explain to us what went wrong and the work he did. Overall, were very happy with the work he did; he was professional, friendly, and nice to talk to. I would definitely consider Emma Plumbing And Drain Services again for future plumbing needs!

    My husband called many plumbers trying to get a new 2 inch drain installed for my washing machine. The other two plumbers my husband called one gave us an unbelievably high estimate and when my husband told him he didn’t want to pay that much the plumber still charged us the service fee which was $65.00. The other plumber said he would do it then ghosted my husband when he called to find out when they were coming.Finally he called Emma plumbing and they came out quickly gave us a very reasonable price for this job which included installing pipe in a small crawl space. I never realized how hard it could be to find a good plumber that doesn’t charge a service fee just to get an estimate. I would definitely recommend if u need a plumber call this company. We will definitely call them first in the future.
