Contacted Drain Remedy for an issue on 9/18/24 and they responded in a very timely fashion. Farah, the very knowledgeable and personable technician, who arrived at my home, analyzed the problem very quickly, and took immediate action. She was later joined by Zach, who was also very good, since it was a two person job. In short, they were very skillful and took care of our problem in a thorough and timely manner at a reasonable cost.I would recommend them and this business highly .John Giuggio

From the first call, to Jesse coming to house within 30 minutes…nothing but pleased with the overall experience.Jesse was knowledgeable and assessed the situation accurately. The snake went 15.20 feet! We own a campanelli ranch and the drains are infamous for clogs and or failure.I highly recommend this company for service and pricing.Nice job Jesse and thank you! Im a Manager at a local Manufacturing site. The service was fantastic. The first time I had an emergency, they were here in 5 minutes on a weekend. Last time it was 40 minutes, again on a weekend. They are very friendly and do their work very quickly. The quick service is very much appreciated. Also, reasonably priced.

I called at 7:28AM because my toilet was leaking. The tech, Darnell, rang my doorbell at 7:45AM!Darnell was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He identified my problem, let my know the cost and quickly got to work to resolve the issue.This is my second time using Drain Remedy, and while I hope my house cooperates moving forward, I know who to call if not! :)

I called at 730 on a Monday with a stuck drain down the line from my kitchen sink. My plumber Andy Bezanson recommend this business unequivocally. The phone was answered by a HUMAN!!!! Very nice on the phone..they said they would be at my house between 830 and 930 SAME DAY!!! The van pulled in at exactly 930 and Mark introduced himself. He asked a few questions... and had a request for service to sign.. Very professional.I had tried to snake it myself but the clog was too far away. He had a look and went and got his industrial drain snake. He had it unclogged in 10 minutes. He ran a good amount of water through and buttoned the trap and clean out back up. No mess and no surprises. Turns out Mark is from the adjacent town..and we know many of the same people. DR gives my plumbers customers a 20% discount..a very nice and unexpected perk. The bill was $164...WAY below many other drain companies. All in all I wouldnt change a single thing. I will pass this company on using social media and anyone else in need of service. I dont often use the word perfect...this was.

I called Drain Remedy to find out why i was getting a septic smell away from my septic tank. They came the same day and used a camera to detect a leaky pipe out near the distribution box. They excavated the pipe later that day and repaired the brake.I am very happy they took care of my problem in such a quick manner.Thank you Drain Remedy.

He was able to get the blockage out and offered some suggestions on how to avoid more problems. The price was very fair, especially compared to Roto Rooter. I cant say enough about this company. They are a top notch, honorable company! They saved me thousands of dollars! I had another plumber come out to assess a continual clogged drain issue, quoting me thousands of dollars to re-drain an old pipe. I reached out to Drain Remedy to assess the situation using a drain camera. They performed a thorough assessment and determined there was something lodged in the drain that was causing the issue. Long story short, they were able to resolve in a timely and cost effective manner. You guys are the best, especially Andy!! Highly recommend them for any drain issues, and will be calling them again.

These guys actually helped us fix another companys problem. Originally we went with Boston Drains to unclog our pipes, and they left us hanging after their tech failed to fix the problem. The technician is very professional, polite, and nice!! Not only did he finish the job with 1/3 of the price I paid else where, he even brought in the packages he saw UPS dropped off outside! THIS IS AN HONEST COMPANY...VERY EFFICIENT AND THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD OF DONE WITH OUT THEM....ON THE WEEKEND MY WHOLE HOUSE WAS FLOODING AND THEY WERE THERE IN 15 MINUTES AND LET ME TELL YOU, THEY WORKED SO HARD FOR THEIR MONEY TO HELP ME.
