I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Copperhead Plumbing and heating, we had a basement leak, and upon calling, they dispatched a crew to our home within 60 minutes of the call. The plumbing repair was made and since it required water remediation, they Jeff Rodriguez quickly called his contact at RestoPros, who were fantastic. I spoke on multiple occasions to the Copperhead office staff and Adrian, as we tried to figure out the right long term solution to prevent another leak/basement damage. Jeff Rodriguez supported the emergency repairs and Christian Wall handled the longer term repair with a team. This required the services of an electrician and Vincent joined them. The service from the entire team, including RestoPros was outstanding. I have nothing but positive things to say and they are worth every penny. I recommend them without hesitation for any work you are having done in your home.

I noticed they were doing a very nice job and asked if they had time for a few other tasks. We discussed price beforehand and they had time to complete. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend and my house looks so much nicer with new fixtures, etc.

Copperhead definitely deservers a high review. My furnace was not working; despite never using them before, they had someone at my house within 30 minutes of calling. Ben was super polite and friendly and got straight to work. He stayed dedicated to finding out what was wrong with my furnace, always asked what I wanted to do before he made any purchases, found and fixed some badly corroded exhaust pipe, and ultimately fixed the problem.The biggest shock came when it was time to pay- you pay $180/hour for every single minute they are working for you, including drive time to get parts. Doesnt matter if they are chatting with you, using the bathroom, doing high-level diagnostics, or hard labor- its all billed at $180/hr.Ultimately they got the heat back on and Im grateful for that, but it seems crazy they charge you close to $200/hr to drive to the parts store. My repair wasnt complicated, but had a lot of troubleshooting time, so the total bill came out to close to $1,400- and only $100 of that was parts.

Copperhead Plumbing & Heating has serviced my steam boiler a few times since owning my home. The techs are always knowledge and able to critically think about system issues. This type of heat is antiquated but its nice to have a local service provider that can help when the system goes down.4 stars instead of 5 stars as communication regarding ongoing projects could be improved. Everybody is busy and keeping all parties updated on potential timing makes everyones life better.All in all, Copperhead Plumbing & Heating did a fine job servicing my equipment and making recommendations to improve system efficiency. Will use again in future to keep my boiler running right.

My 82-year-old mothers furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. I had used Copperhead many times, and called them to see if they could help. Even though my mother wasnt technically in their service area (she lives in Edison), they got out there that very day and had the problem fixed within 24 hours. Talk about going above and beyond. Copperheads team, starting with Christian and Adrian, was able to satisfy my out-of-the-ordinary request for a new basement laundry sink (commercial heavy duty stainless steel kitchen sink with drainboard) and new FRP wall behind the sink. They coordinated the carpentry, electric and plumbing so I didnt need to line up multiple contractors. The job came out great!

Ive used Copperhead for 10 years. Whether it was the owner (Tom) or anyone else from his team who handled the call, the result has always been the same. Very professional consultation, meticulous work at fair prices and always cleaned up the work area.Most importantly, I found that Tom and his team operate with the highest level of integrity. One time, I had an issue with my furnace and let them know that I thought it was time to replace the system. After assessing my unit, they determined that I only needed a new part ($600). Toms team could have run me for a $10,000 system. Instead, my furnace is still running five years later for only $600.I would highly recommend this crew for any HVAC/plumbing job, big or small.

Copperhead had done work in our condo before we came here in 2018, so we contacted them for an estimate on a new HVAC system. Of the three bidders, not only were they competitive in price, but Tom was the only one who asked to see the crawl space, where he discovered numerous breaks in the ductwork. They fixed that, and several months later installed new heating and A/C. Since then they have also replaced both the water heater and water softener. All work has been done on time, cleanly, at reasonable rates and easily passing inspections. Along the way, Tom and his team have provided valuable advice on how to use our systems most efficiently.

I’ve used Copperhead Plumbing & Heating to replace my water heater and air conditioner/furnace. On both occasions, their professionalism and responsiveness exceeded my expectations. For example, when I needed my air conditioning unit replaced, they spent a substantial amount of time listening to my needs, running tests, and considering a variety of potential solutions to the low flow I was experiencing through my upstairs ducts. This customer-centric approach led to a much better final result. I strongly recommend Copperhead as they will show up when they are supposed to and do the job right the first time. They are by far one of the better contractors that I have used.

He also checked a few other things and recommended against changes that were not needed.

Copperhead Plumbing & Heating do a phenomenal job with hvac installation. I was in a very old condo that needed a partial or complete overhaul of the heating & cooling. Tom came by to check the situation out. He made recommendations for reliable mid-range units that were in my budget. Once I was ready to go ahead with the project it was completed quickly. Toms workers are friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. Never once did I feel pressured to upgrade to a level of unit I didnt need. If anything Tom offered me options to try to help save me money, as well as the best configuration long-term. I would definitely recommend them.

Weve used Copperhead for all our plumbing needs for 29 years. The service is always done right the first time. Appointments are scheduled and the service techs are ALWAYS there at exactly the agreed upon time. Tom, the owner, thinks ahead, too. I was a sad puppy one week into COVID shutdown (March 2020) when my hot water heater sprang a leak. To my delight, Tom had already ordered a supply of water heaters--anticipating supply chain issues. I was able to get the water heater replaced a day later. I recommend them to all my friends and new neighbors who move into town.

A pipe to our water heater broke 2 night ago. Due to all the flooding by hurricane Ida every plumber contacted had a 2 week waitlist. She took my information to be added to a list and said she would do her best to get someone there ASAP! Low and behold that same day she had someone out to replace our hot water heater! In the last two months we havereplaced our old steam boiler with new hot water radiator boiler. (removing of our old steam boiler and all old steam pipes)Hot water heater at work location and just now another water heater at our home. Copperhead takes their business seriously. They are neat and clean. Clean up after every job, and the work is done perfectly. We needed them for weekend emergency repair work last week as well they are there and reliable. We have used Copperhead Plumbing and Heating three times. They fixed our 32 year old AC and furnace. They replaced our 32 year old AC and Furnace and they fixed our water heater. They have proven to be reasonable with their pricing (and we shopped around), they dealt with our PITA home warranty company and they are PROFESSIONAL! Scheduling appointments with Erin is a breeze as she follows up right anyway and is always able to accommodate my schedule. When our furnace stopped working right before Christmas she was able to get someone out right away and then schedule the replacement installation soon after, clearly empathetic to our situation as we were staying in a hotel. Whenever they arrive they immediately put on shoe covers and while friendly, do not waste any time while working. They are thorough in their explanations of the problem and have even left me the faulty parts should our warranty company require them. The employees working at the company that came to inspect the furnace/ac installation sang Copperhead’s praises as a company that does solid work. The Copperhead professionals I’ve worked with are Nick,Tom, and Ben. I have in no way been compensated for this review but understand that finding a reputable plumber can be a challenge so I hope this will help.
