    Words cannot express how grateful we felt working with these guys. From the management staff, Sales Rep. Airton A., HVAC team: Aaron, Jesse, Jason, Casey to the admin Melissa. These folks had me open my wallet so wide I didn’t even notice the price tag. They were very knowledgeable. Stood behind their company’s core values. They were punctual and respectful of the time allocated to get the work done. I’m very pleased to say ARS did my HVAC systems.These guys are clean, professional and very nice throughout the process. I have never felt comfortable leaving contractors and not worry about the quality. My situation was unique. Because of the seller’s deception by cutting the pipe and capped them which eliminated heat from traveling throughout the house. And yes, the house was inspected. We can’t not send a quick shoutout to him Sam C. He didn’t do his due diligence although I was his client.. It’s overwhelming having to spend 50K when what happened was done intentional.ARS -Boston came out and did a great job! I truly didn’t mind spending the money. The guys were absolutely fantastic!!! Words truly cannot express my gratitude for the work performed. They really didn’t mind working with us and truly made us feel comfortable AFTERWARDS. As a loyal customer and they got me forever. The were extremely thorough and helpful. No question was left unanswered. Again after the price tag, I had no complaints.

    The process was smooth from the initial sales call to the final walk through.Kyle - sales. He was knowledgeable, thorough and informative.Dave, Bill, and Justin- installation techs. They are knowledgeable at offering solutions to installation questions. They were respectful of our property, they arrived on time , updated us on progress throughout the installation.     ARS Boston installed a new gas furnace today at my home. The salesman Britt came out and went over some different options. Walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. Today, Tyler and Connor the installers of the new furnace showed up on time and did a great job getting the job done in a timely manner. They went over everything at the end of the job. They answered any questions I had and left the space clean and without anything out of place. I highly recommend ARS Boston for new heating system in your home!!

    Emergency situation, ARS came through big time to fix our crippled Lennox Heat Pump System. A knowledgeable technician arrived in just a few hours after my call the same day. Heat pump was malfunctioning due to an improper system setting. Problem resolved. Would recommend highly.

    Our technician was prompt, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He performed the repair and then cleared a blockage in the line leading to the heating system. Once the furnace came on, he made sure our furnace worked properly before leaving, by turning the furnace off, waiting for it to properly power down, and turn on again. I’d definitely recommend this company.

    Our technician came and showed me the issues with my 25 year old system. I appreciated his kind words and suggestions going forward. I then met up with Airton, a Comfort Manager to explain the furnace issues in further details as well as gave me my options for a new furnace and central AC. David and his assistants did a fabulous job installing the furnace and AC as well as understanding how to control the new Nest Thermostat as well as fixed any issues we had with sound going forward.     Corey arrived on time, was professional, polite, described the work that was required, explained our options and price for the complete project. He answered all of our questions about the replacement of our hot water heater.     Great service! I called last night at 2AM, thermostat went bad and spoke with an actual human being who said they’d be there between 8 and noon. Got a call at 7:30 this morning saying they’d be here about 8:20 to 8:30. They arrived at 8:25, troubleshot and replaced my bad thermostat. Excellent response and great technician!!

    Jaimie the salesman walked me through his design plan and we ordered the installation of Central Air with a new furnace. He made me feel very comfortable and confident with the products and placement . Anthony Scott and Nate worked very hard all day to install the new system. They’re knowledge and attention to detail we’re above all expectations. When they finished it was as if no one had been there. Great clean work. The price was extremely reasonable and I received exactly what I was promised when I ordered.5 Star !!

    Had issues with the fit of the filter on our new furnace/AC install. The system itself is performing beautifully, but we had great difficulty removing/replacing the filter. Tech Justin came out and accessed the situation and made a follow appointment. Upon his return he went above and beyond remedying the situation. He fabricated a custom sheetmetal assembly on site that completely cured the situation and it now works like a dream. Big round of thanks to ARS for sending a tech whose total focus was to not just to knock out a repair, but to create a solution that was 100% correct. A solution worthy of his own home.     Our 18 yr old central ac unit went, so we called ARS. This was in July! Our salesman Bill was great to work with, very helpful, and took care of everything! ARS are compatible in price to the area, but they were able to find a unit quickly for us, and schedule the appointment all within the week, during the summer time! Our installers were Cody and Mike, both were very polite, always kept us informed, did a great installation, and cleaned up everything! I strongly would recommend them!

    Last year, my husband and I decided to hire ARS to replace our air conditioning system. We had an excellent experience with them. Their crew arrived within three days and efficiently replaced our air conditioner while also redoing all the ducts. They did a fantastic job for us, and we were extremely satisfied with the results. We would definitely hire them again in the future and highly recommend ARS for any heating and cooling services.Recently, we noticed that one of our thermostats was not functioning properly. We immediately reached out to ARS and spoke to their team. Initially, there was a slight miscommunication, but the assurance manager ChrisAnn promptly contacted me to clarify the issue. They quickly resolved the problem, and we were grateful for their prompt response and effective solution.Investing in the air conditioning units has proven to be a wise decision, especially during this hot weather. We are now able to enjoy a comfortable home environment, thanks to ARS.

    Same day appointment to troubleshoot A/C system. Found the problem immediately. Made the repairs and took the time to explain exactly why it failed and what I can do to maintain it so it won’t happen again. System is 20 years old and he set up an appointment right then for someone to come by the next day and give me options for a new system in the future. Tech was amazing, service was impeccable and ARS is now my go-to for A/C service and maintenance. Great company.

    In short. ARS provided quality work and a level of professionalism that I havent seen in the past. I would highly recommend ARS and plan to use them again in the future.In February of 2023 our primary heating system broke on a Sunday. Having an infant we were concerned and called several places to come out and repair the furnace. We called at least 5 places but only ARS responded and had a technician at our home within a few hours.Jim Cyr came to our home and did an initial assessment of the furnace. He explained to me that the furnaces heating exchanger was cracked and explained the issue in detail. He even showed me with the machine apart and explained that this needed to be replaced.Since the furnace was over 30 years old it was time to replace it. We had a secondary unit in the attic that was still partially working but also needed to be replaced. We figured what better time than now to replace them both.Jim went above... and... beyond... explaining each option, each configuration and provided us with extensive documentation for each system. We decided to go with two new high efficiency units. One in the attic and one in the basement with the corresponding ac condensers located outside.Jim was here for several hours explaining everything to us and put everything into a contract for us to review. When we asked how soon can this be done Jim responded, We can be here tomorrow if you would like. Just awesome.Jims team lead by Christopher Bannister came on site right at 8am and started with the basement unit. They removed the existing equipment and installed the new unit and had it up and running same day. The attention to detail and level of quality was amazing. They also installed new thermostats and Co2 detectors next to each unit. They removed the old ac foundations, applied new gravel and new plates. Looks amazing!The next day the team returned to tackle the attic system. They put down blankets to protect the wood floors, they made sure everything else was protected and left zero trace behind. I was truly impressed by the level of quality and speed that they were able to get everything done. In two days they were able to install 2 new furnaces and 2 new ac condensers.Compared to the old systems... It is night and day. Quieter, more efficient and I have to admit, I am now a fan of the google nest and google protect systems they installed. We are very happy with this investment and cannot thank ARS enough for what they have done for us. They even scheduled a follow up onsite ac startup to ensure the acs are working properly. Excellent customer service and quality installation.

    ARS has been great to work with the past couple of years! I was in dire need of a new gas boiler as my prior company literally destroyed my old one. ARS came out and installed a new Navien boiler 2 years ago and things have been great ever since! Tim was out to do annual maintenance and was very professional and personable. Huge change from my prior vendor! Huge!! They don’t break things beyond repair. So if you’re looking for a new heating or HVAC company I highly recommend them!!

    I had previously hired another AC contractor to fix my nest thermostat that was recently installed and they were not successful. I found ARS through the Carrier website and scheduled an appointment. They sent a Technician named Chris Ruis on short notice from me. Chris was excellent, he did not stop until he identified the problem which was a bad common wire. Instead of having to replace all of the wiring which would have raised the cost of the repair significantly, he identified a workaround which allow me to continue using the Nest thrrmostat without any impact to my AC/Heating unit. Everything now works great. ARS will now be my preferred provider for all my AC/Heating system needs as well as regular mainainence. Thanks very much for a job well done!

We called ARS who weve used for some other things and they sent over Angel Ortiz who did a phenomenal job of evaluating the system and completing the repair. He was clearly an expert and was terrifically nice to deal with. Thank you ARS. Will be certain to call again.its a year later and we decided to upgrade all of our thermostats to 4th generation Nest. wiring can be complex with these devices and I was very appreciative of Jesse who really stuck with the problem until we get the whole thing running In all six zones.     I tend to shy away from the big companies as you usually lose that special touch. We were in a bind with our AC crapping out on a Thursday during the middle of a heatwave. We called ARS as they had an address listed right in West Bridgewater and when I called, they said they could be out that day! Unfortunately they had to push that out due to the number of calls they had but we were the first call the following morning. The tech Pierre they sent was very nice but gave bad news as we had a coolant leak and they didnt store our old refridgerant R22. He was able to get a sales rep out that same day to us. Ryan showed up and was such an incredibly nice and knowledgeable guy. He gave us the history of the company of how the original owner started and how they came to be today. We didnt feel the salesy pressure that other places have as he took the time to go over everything in detail and even got the install team to be able to come out on the coming Tuesday. We had been planning on upgrading our 22+ year system anyway so it worked out! Monday afternoon came and with it came more bad news where they were going to have to push our install out until Saturday. We called Ryan and he was able to do his thing and got our Tuesday install back on! The install team was fantastic! David and Billy were absolute professionals and didnt hesitate to go over any questions we had and to also provide their excellent knowledge. They were extremely courteous and kept me updated every step of the way. They put in an awfully long day and never complained once despite the heat. They left with smiles on their faces and cool air for us to be able to sleep in! We did have to call in for service due to a breaker trip and Jason (who was also fantastic) came out to diagnose the problem and we were up and running without any issue.Sorry for the long post but our experience with this company and teams that we have encountered has been great at every turn so far!     ARS doesnt confirm appointments the day before like the dentist so a routine maintenance call can get lost or forgotten. Thats why I called the day before to confirm a date held for 3 months. Confirmed. Then I wait until 2pm wondering where the 8 -12 technician is. Then Im told its not until the next day. Whaaat? Not possible. Didnt double book so they sent a tech. All the techs weve had over the last 3 years have been awesome! The last one finally diagnosed a thermo wiring problem and solved it.

He arrived at 2:00pm and through that evening he made sure I was set up, taking calls and texts to ensure financing before the weekend. The service person Jeff was also very helpful.     When I returned from my winter in Florida I put on my hot water and it worked fine. I only had two weeks use before leaving after ARS/Rescue Rooters installation of the hot water tank.     13 Month Update: They had been calling to set up a maintenance appt. I did not understand that I had already paid for it/was built in to initial purchase. Jesse came out and checked out the system, still good to go (and we weren’t aware of issues). Answered all my questions. I ultimately signed up for the two visit maintenance/check up package for next year.ORIGINAL POST: They are really a top notch company:- they responded immediately to the inquiry- they sent Brian, an experienced HVAC solutions salesman. He “got it”. We have a 1951-built house, with these 3.5” round “spider leg” ducts, heat only. We were told by other companies that those had to be replaced, and the result costed 2.5 x as much! He was the one who figured out if we ran a return duct up to the second floor, we could have A/C up to the second floor.- we had oil and converted to gas, purchased a new gas-fired unit and new central A/C using the existing ducts- the installers were top notch, worked non stop and were clean. They did not drag out the project. The communication between Brian and them was complete, they understood the various pieces of the scope.- we had a small hiccup in the beginning getting the initial work scheduled, but after that the front office was communicative on when folks would be coming out and completing the project.- I’m now sitting in central a/c! And no more 15 degree difference walking up to the second floor.- I highly recommend ARS from top to bottom. It’s been both a pleasure and a relief having them work for us.

    Called today for strange alien sound coming from heating system ARS was able to schedule me today despite not an emergency as heat was working .Evan the tech came out evaluated the problem explained everything and was able to locate the part . Returned with part and installed . He walked me through everything I needed to photograph, informed me that, due to some of the work done in my basement by previous owners, the setup of my water heater was no longer to code. He helped me figure out solutions and assured me that everything would be fixed and to code by the time they left. I cannot thank him enough for turning a stressful situation into something positive. John deserves a medal!In writing my second review, it deleted my first review… so… Derek and Rich came to my house to replace my water heater. They were happy to be there, polite and very professional. The job was done much quicker than originally projected and they even walked around the house to assess and point out any ways to fix or improve some other things I needed done.
