    Greg was an 11/10 - we got a new toilet and kitchen faucet put in by 412 and it was an A++ experience. Mandy was great over the phone and gave us an actual cost beforehand that felt reasonable; Greg picked up our toilet for us and made sure it didnt have any defects, and he did all the work in under two hours. Truly an outstanding experience that was low-stress for our family. We are thrilled to have a reliable plumber for any future projects or emergencies! Thank you!

    My toilet has been running for a couple weeks and despite replacing a part, was still not fixed.I contacted 412 Plumbing and the owner was very responsive and able to schedule me promptly.The gentleman who came to my house and fixed the part was on time, courtesy, and here for only 15 minutes. I should have called 412 way earlier.Highly recommend these folks- 10 stars!

    We had an excellent experience with 412 Plumbing for our sewer line repair. We got quotes from 4 different plumbers and 412 was by far the most reasonable (two plumbers quoted us more than double!!). They were a bit hard to get in touch with at times, but they made up for it! We hit a scheduling snag with them mid-project which we were initially frustrated about, but Brett was extremely apologetic, professional, and accommodating so that we wouldnt be inconvenienced more. The entire job was wrapped up in less than a week, complete with Allegheny County inspection and concrete dried. Well use them again!

    First of all, let me just say I have had experiences with quite a few plumbing companies over the course of several years. No company has even come close to comparing to the level of service and integrity Brett provided me with 412 Plumbing. Let’s face it, as customers, we don’t know anything about plumbing right? haha We go into an experience with a plumbing company banking on being able to trust their advice- and this is where Brett/412 Plumbing deserves every accolade under the sun! So let me share my experience. I had a leak coming thru my ceiling, naturally I was panicked. I started calling plumbing companies to find one to come that day. The company I found told me I had to spend 6600.00 to fix my problem aka get an entire new tub, and I had no other options. I was devastated. I couldn’t afford that!!! I then texted my friends for a reliable plumbing company, and they connected me to Brett. Brett was extremely reliable with scheduling, told me how easy the fix was (a patch), fixed my problem immediately, (at a significantly lower fraction of the cost), and gained a customer for life. 412 Plumbing is the staple of how every business should be with customers- truthful, honest, and affordable.     I had a 911 emergency due to a burst pipe in my basement. 412 plumbing gave me their next available appointment. Greg and Rob came Greg put booties on which was greatly appreciated.They went right to work and in no time they repaired my pipes and insulated them to prevent any further rupturing.     We had water coming into our living room and called 6 plumbers who were unable to come out for various reasons. 412 Plumbing answered right away and had someone out to our house within a few short hours. Greg, the plumber who arrived, was professional and personable. He set our mind at ease regarding what happened (a flooded toilet) and what the next steps would be.Things I particularly appreciated were that Greg put shoe covers on every time he entered our home-- this was not necessary but demonstrated respect, which I appreciated. He also had to snake our toilet, and he put the tools in a bag before heading back through our house. Im sure this is standard procedure, but we havent had cause for many plumbers, and I appreciated that Greg took care of our house.At a certain point, Greg had to address something in our basement, where we had a litter of foster cat + 5 kittens. Greg was very patient and gentle as I moved the cats out of his way. At one point, the foster cat mom even walked across Gregs shoulders! Again, he was very nice to the pets.We would definitely call 412 Plumbing in the future should we have additional plumbing needs.

    I called 412 plumbing about 1 year ago my main trap in my basement was very clogged the technician was able to get it unclogged in about 1 hour its been working fantastic I called them back about a year later for something else my toilet in my bathroom and bathtub in the basement was clogged the technician was able to get it unclogged in about 35 min about week after that I had leak in my shower faucets so they were able to put new faucets and everything else and they did a awesome job and the priced were very good for the quality work that they do from this point on I will always call them to do any kind of plumbing that I need in my house done

    Ive worked with 412 Plumbing on a couple jobs now, and Ive been really impressed. Admittedly, Im a very picky general contractor, and Im quick (perhaps too quick) to dismiss guys who dont return calls, cant schedule themselves out further than a week, etc. With 412 Plumbing, it was the opposite.     412plumbing is hands down the best! I am so glad that our contractor recommended him. Brett and his team worked on our sewer line and the project had so many issues along the way, I believe it is the most problematic sewer line they have ever encountered. Thankfully, Brett is a super knowledgeable master plumber who came up with a solid solution for each problem that arose. He remained committed to the project despite all the ups and downs. He was always reliable and always responsive. He remained patient and communicative. We would never even think of hiring another plumbing service for any project. This is one small business that is worth supporting. Brett knows what he is doing, and if you hire 412plumbing you do not have to worry about the plumber quitting on you when the project gets challenging.

    Called 412 Plumbing early this morning and had someone here within 1 1/2 hours. We had a serious clog in our kitchen drain and Brett and Trent worked on it for hours as Brett did not want to have to break through our game room ceiling.Brett and Trent were friendly, always courteous and did an amazing job in getting our sink and drains to function properly.I highly recommend 412 Plumbing for any plumbing needs but also felt they were fair and reasonable.     We have used 412 Plumbing to install a new dishwasher, and replace a hot water tank. On both occasions the entire 412 Plumbing team was responsive and timely in scheduling service, and subsequently arriving as scheduled. Both installations were seamless, and the team was able to answer all of our questions and provide advice without simply trying to sell us other services. They were polite, respectful of our home, cleaned up after the project-and most importantly, did excellent work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work, and in fact, will be using them again on several projects this year.

    We called 412 Plumbing after calling a bunch of other plumbers who kept putting us off, for a possible clogged drain. They were the first to call back immediately- Mandy, who scheduled us- was fantastic. She got us in the same day, and answered any questions we had. She called upon the arrival of the techs and they were here soon after. Greg & Rob arrived, and I explained the issue we were having to them. They were knowledgeable and respectful of our home, and even cleaned up after the work was done.     412 Plumbing took on a huge job for me. Replaced the sewer line in the concrete through my basement, lined the sewer out to the street, and ran us a new main water line since ours was the original lead line. Work was really beautifully done. 412 was courteous and responsive. Brett, the owner, stopped by and addressed some potential concerns I had in person which I really appreciated. They are very responsive and courteous. He was so nice to my neighbors that one of them hired him for work on their own house. As a bonus, he also cleared out the exterior drains that were causing my gutters to be clogged while he was there with the machine to clean out the pipes and install the liner. I’m definitely recommending them to people. They are a great, family owned, local business.

    They say the third time is a charm. Two other companies cleared the sewer line, stack, and pipes five times over two years, but Brett, the owner and master plumber of 412 Plumbing, actually found the problem, a pipe under the house was cracked in two places. He jetted the debris out and used a camera to show my husband and me the problem. While he worked on the sewer line, Greg, one of his plumbers, replaced a cracked toilet and old, leaking valves to the basement bathroom sink. Brett is great and so is Greg. Both are respectful, professional, genial, and proficient in their work. Without hesitation, we will call 412 Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

I really needed someone to come out same day and she worked me into the already full schedule. She also called me back exactly when she said she would. Brett arrived within the promised time window and got straight to work. We suspected a frozen pipe outside the house that my days of thawing was unable to budge. He was cheerful and professional and explained to me what he was doing as he worked.     It was a pretty seamless process working with 412 Plumbing from start to finish. Brett did a great job fixing what I needed done and explained to me what he did as well...he seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I cant comment on price and if it was a good deal or not because after I read the other reviews I made an appointment with 412 and just went from there. But, based on those other comments Im sure what I paid for the service was fair. Would certainly call them again for other work.

    This is the third time I’ve had 412 Plumbing perform work at my house. This time I had a clogged sewer drain, causing water to back up when the washing machine would drain. I called over the weekend, and Mandy was able to get the guys to come out first thing Monday morning. Jordan, Anthony, and Tony came out to snake drain in two places, outside at the main trap and at the drain in the laundry room. Afterwards they ran a camera down to check for any issues with tree roots, which luckily there were none. They were quick, friendly, and professional. I appreciate the service, guys!

    I cannot speak highly enough or give enough praise and appreciation to Brett Imler of 412 Plumbing. From day one of my call to him for a appointment to diagnose a sewer issue at my home Brett was immediately responsive easy to reach and quick to book an appointment. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to provide a solution and plan to correct the matter at hand. Brett of 412 Plumbing is /was always the consummate professional. He was accountable each and every day of the job, personally involved and on site when dealing with some very difficult aspects of our sewer line replacement. He does not outsource his work and he does not call in third party people to do the job. The bid we received was spot on in terms of affordability and the amount necessary to do the work. Brett did what other companies had told us was not possible or too difficult. There is/was no upcharging or surprise add-ons with his job pricing. He was fair, just and very reasonable.During our initial consultation Brett sat down with us and spoke to us frankly and honestly about our problem and how he could fix it. (Full sewer line replacement) We viewed his video inspection together and he explained exactly what had to be done and why. He was very clear and transparent in his assessment of the issues and what the job would entail step by step. Our upfront discussion and clear communication gave us a firm picture of what to expect and what had to be done.Communication is key and necessary for any job of this scale and Brett did exactly that. He informed each and everyday of the arrival time of his crew and upon a days close we were told what had been accomplished and what the plan for the following morning would entail. At the end of each day our basement was cleaned up and all debris was hauled away.The timeframe we were given for a very LARGE job was spot on.     We can not say enough good things about 412 Plumbing!! At the end of August, my husband and I purchased our first home. In less than two weeks after moving in, we found out that our sewer line was completely blocked by tree roots and that our fresh air vent was hidden under the laminate flooring in our enclosed sunroom. We were devastated, and we reached out to multiple companies for quotes. Out of all the companies that we talked with, Bretts quote was the most honest and reasonably-priced. He is a genuinely good person and he cares about the work that he does.When he first came out to do a camera, he was very professional and his recording of our sewer line was very thorough. At the time, his crew was working on a different job, but our situation was dire and rather than wait, Brett came out by himself and started excavating our backyard alone. The next day, his crew came to help and we have nothing but good things to say about them! They were all very knowledgeable and worked very diligently. Our sewer line repair was rather challenging because it goes down a hill in our backyard and some companies did not want to take the job because it would be difficult to excavate the hill while other companies told us they would have to dig up the entire hill. 412 Plumbing uses state-of-the-art equipment and they are experts at trench-less sewer repair.They had to cut into concrete in our sunroom and dig up the dirt to relocate our fresh air vent outside. At the end of each day that they worked, they made sure there was always temporary piping in place so that we could still use our bathrooms. At the end of the job, once all the piping was in place and inspected, the crew was very considerate and they took the time to clean and re-pave our sunroom and move the dirt back outside so that it looked exactly like it did before (minus the grass). The crew did an amazing job re-laying concrete in the sunroom and they left a very level surface. Overall, we just want to thank 412 Plumbing for doing such an amazing job and helping us out of a really challenging situation. We would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done and we will definitely be using them in the future for any of our plumbing needs!!Thank you so much 412 Plumbing!

    This is a small family owned business. The lady answering the phone was super courteous. She worked with me to get this hot water part replacement scheduled in because I live 45 minutes away from where it was to be installed. She said she could notify me one hour before plumber arrival so that I didnt have to sit and wait half the afternoon at my daughters house. How nice!     We had 412 Plumbing out to repair the drainage pipe for our downspout which had been causing us water issues. They did an amazing job, were professional, punctual, and explained everything to us very thoroughly. We had the work done on a Friday, and on Monday they came back to power wash the driveway and put grass down in the areas they had dug up! We didnt ask for this at all they just did it which was incredibly nice and appreciated! Weve had them do other, smaller jobs for us as well and have been very happy with the work they did and their willingness to go above and beyond. I would 100% recommend 412 Plumbing and will use them whenever I need any plumbing work done.

    This was our first experience with 412 Plumbing and we were very happy with their work. We hired them due to problems with storm water drainage in our backyard, which recently caused water to leak into our basement. Brett and his team installed a storm water conductor to direct water from our downspouts away from the house. I was relieved that they they were able to do the work very soon after we contacted them, and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again when we need plumbing help!

    Nick was prompt and professional. As a first time homeowner he was able to explain the issue and the different options in a way that made sense and never felt like he was talking down to me (a woman). He replaced the toilet and an outside faucet. Pricing was fair. I was happy that toilet removal was included. Nick was effienct and thoughly cleaned up after. I will definitely use them again, and feel confident passing their number along to friends.

    Cant say enough about the professionalism, knowledge, and workmanship, of Brett and Frank. We had a clogged floor drain. Had previously had the big two area plumbing outfits out. Mr. So and So, and G###ece. One was borderline incompetent, the other wanted to up sell me a $6,000 excavation of my backyard.Turned out we had a MAJOR grease clog. It wasnt easy, it was nasty, but Brett stayed and got the job done. He said it best himself were plumbers, we fix things. And that they did!!! Showed up when they said they would, for the price they quoted.412 Plumbing will be my first call next time.

    Excellent - high quality service - reasonable prices! We have used 412 Plumbing for multiple projects this year as we remodel our kitchen and powder room. Service is professional and timely - easy scheduling and they show up when they say they are going to show up! No surprise additional costs at the end of the job. They have replumbed our kitchen and powder room, installed a dishwasher, disposable and kitchen faucet, installed new gas pipes for our gas cooktop in our new island, and switched out much of our old cast iron plumbing for newer PVC pipe in our house (we had a separate issue before the remodel where our pipes burst in the wall). We have had them do work with our water heater and other small plumbing jobs as well and we have been pleased with all the work! Im pretty sure there isnt any plumbing issue they havent done in our house... and even our dog likes them...(probably because theyre here so much...lol).
