    Wonderful service and prompt response to my call. My hot water heater gave out late Friday night early Saturday morning about 3am time frame. This then caused myself and wife much grief, a stressful and extensive clean up, and of course a mountain of laundry. We in turn had roughly 20-30 gallons of visible water to take care of, and although I do have trusted companies locally by family and friends I wanted a not only an insured company with licensed employees, but to also be available that same day to come service our home. Gillece was first company to answer my call and be able to send out help, and of course being skeptical of trying an unfamiliar company gave them a chance. I called around 1 and had a tech show up around 4 PM and that was justin, he was very straightforward and was very clear with explanations of what he saw was thengoing to all be needed and spoke to us not like an incomprehensible person but a person with respect and was able to define everything in laymans terms when asked. He hadfound not only the obvious things that I already knew of but found other issues unaware that not only potentially harmful and destructive to my home but no longer code compliant and I was of course devastated feeling that wallet hit coming but thankful that it was found for my household safety and home value. Was given many options on packages to perform the service and wound up choosing to upgrade the old 40 gallon to a 50 gallon, also a nice variety of warranty options available. Jose was at our home about 10am next day and all finished out the door about 1. He was very courteous of our home and quite thorough. Jose was knowledgeable and professional, and for being on his own for the install was quick with his work. He showed me how to properly operate my new tank and other equipment he had to place in house. Both employees were polite and would be happy to work with them and Gillece Services again.

    Justin was great! Very professional and explained our options. No hot water through Christmas was not an option. They came out to troubleshoot on the Sunday before Christmas and Monday morning they came back out to replace the hot water tank. Definitely was worth the money spent.

    Gillece offered prompt service and installation of my new furnace, technicians were polite and informative , I was able to contact their office quickly to inform them of an emergent problem the next day and they quickly contacted technician David, who arrived promptly (and had been here two years ago) to do an emergency repair. He was able to go online and promptly program my new thermostat so that my new furnace and older heat pump would work together properly, I also have to thank him for changing the battery in my front door key pad !So while there were some unexpected glitches, they did attend to them promptly and everything is running fine now.

    Id like to commend your technician who provided service in my home today. Hal Callithen arrived on time and went right to work. His professionalism, courtesy and expertise were very impressive. After reviewing my issue and filling out several documents, he got the job done in a little bit of no time - very efficiently. Besides the excellent service, hes a very nice guy

    Had a small electrical fire and had to get switch and wires replaced asap. Called Gillece and Jacob came out that same day to take a look and get me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us multiple options to consider, from which we ultimately chose one. It was the end of the day so he wasn’t sure when they could schedule me, but about ten minutes after he left I got a call to schedule someone to come out the next morning, which I didn’t expect and very much appreciated!Bob came today to do the install and he was so nice and worked his butt off all day! The finished product is exactly what I wanted and makes me feel much safer with updated wires.Overall I am extremely happy with this whole experience and I would absolutely call again with any future electrical issues. Thank you Jacob and Bob for being so kind and informative, and for giving the dogs so much attention, too!

    We had a boiler night mare and Gillece came to our house the same day we called. Ron showed up to try and figure out the problem and when I started it up, it made a loud backfire and Ron shut it down. It was bad. We could have waited and got more estimates but considering it was 11 degrees outside we went with Gillece. His team of experts showed up the next morning and replaced our boiler and thanks to Eric and the guys, we had heat. The workmanship was spot on. The equipment is top of the line. They are a bit pricey but the quality of the product and the woman ship was outstanding. Thank you !!

    I was looking for an electrician to come and check my outlets and discuss installing dimmer switches in a few of the rooms in my house. Cal Callithen was my service technician, and he was such a pleasure. He took his time explaining the project and was able to give me an estimate (with a price lock for 30 days since it was a bit more than initially anticipated) before he left. He was knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and enthusiastic. He also wore shoe protectors, which was a bonus as we just had our floors done. I would recommend him and the company.     They fit us in at the last minute, on Christmas Eve no less when our hot water line exploded.Every staff member I talked to was polite and courteous, especially the plumber who came to the house (Justin). He worked quickly, got everything done, cleaned up after himself, and was out the door.He also explained everything he was doing. So much appreciate it!

    Eric came out promptly the morning of Thanksgiving to diagnose and clear a blockage in our main sewer line. We had company in for the holidays, and Eric was courteous to everyone as well as very quick with his diagnosis and fix. We were up and running in no time. He also shed a lot of great knowledge about our system and gave us some advice for some upgrades. Very grateful he came out on Thanksgiving and got us fixed up so quick. If we have any future plumbing issues, Gillece will be our first call.

    Hal, our serviceman, traced our problem out, when we could not. He fixed it pretty quickly and we have been able to finally use our kitchen. Hal documented his time with us through photos, which I like. If the problem happens again, they have a history of his work. An honest company with knowledgeable electrician. I would use them again.

    Steven Thompson helped us out with a really tough shower drain clog. He came out on short notice just before Christmas when we were all stressed and needed help quickly. He was on time, friendly, and professional, and fixed our clog in a matter of minutes. Definitely recommend!

    Dispatch was able to get a technician to my home the same day and showed up very close to the estimated time they had given me. Ron presented himself very professional upon arrival and he narrowed down the issue with my heating system in about 15 minutes and was informative while demonstrating how he came to the conclusion what had caused my heating system to fail.

    Matt was very knowledgeable and courteous. The only thing that I wasnt aware of is that he wasnt doing the install. I was surprised to get a call later telling me that a different person was coming to replace/install my service panel... but everything was done perfectly and timely!     Ron is the greatest employee this company has. I didn’t meet any other employees, but I didn’t need to. Ron was like a father figure to me and went above and beyond. He came to look at my furnace and was extremely knowledgeable. He has 43 years in the business, which is impossible because Ron is clearly 40 years old. Gillece should change their name to Ron Services.

    Bob did a great job installing new panel at my house. He paid attention to every small details, did not rush, marked all wires properly before taking them off and installed them back perfectly (even the aesthetics).     Great company and quick response to an issue I was having. I submitted an online appointment on a Sunday night for a small leak that was in a ceiling and I’d put up a small catch pan in the ceiling tile until I could get a plumber out. I got a call around 7:00am Monday morning and Gillece had Scott out to look at it asap to quote what needed to be done. Once that was done he called the office and arranged for his partner Justin to be able to come over that same day and make the repairs. Excellent service which is a rarity these days. I’ve found my new plumbing company.

    Gillece’s plumbers, workers and electrician service are excellent. The team from Gillece saved the day and expertly put in a new waterline to allow us to have running water after the waterline broke under our basement. Scott, Eric C, Tracey, Tim R, Nicco, Justin, and Bob W worked professionally and expertly daily to restore our water. They cared and recognized the hardship not having running water was causing us and made it a priority to restore our service.

    I had called some time in the summer for a replacement fan for our downstairs bathroom exhaust/light above our shower. There were unexpected complications with some personal issues that came up and had to be addressed first so I called them back in September. When our first technician, Matt, came he was very polite and super friendly. We had our downstairs bathroom remodeled ten years prior and found out through Matt that the previous contractors we hired did not put any ventilation ducts from our bathroom exhaust fan to the roof above our bathroom so for ten years all of that moisture was being pulled into our roof. Were first-time home buyers so we didnt know. All I know is that I would never recommend Braddock Restoration if theyre still in business for shorting us like they did after paying $15,000 for a bathroom remodel and having the nerve to not even hook up the bathroom exhaust fan to the outside when the roof was literally, right freaken there.Matt explained to use the situation calmly even though I was freaking out and extremely mad (not at him). Through a series of unfortunate events with the weather not cooperating, Matt was able to install our new bathroom exhaust fan for us with the proper duct work to carry the steam outside. We had the other technician, Jake, over to cut into our ceiling drywall who was also very friendly and knowledgeable like Matt and then the HVAC specialist Ron to come take a look at the situation and our rooftop as well. All of them were very friendly and polite. I hope Rons ankle feels better! Jake assured us that there wasnt any mold up there that would hinder the project.The only con I have is probably the price, but duct work was included and I didnt attempt to get any other estimates because Im already leery about contractors as it is. I guess Im glad that the old lights sconce cracked or I would have never known about there being no ventilation since Im not about to climb on top of the roof. The customer service and dispatchers were all courteous and friendly though I think some might have been scared of me when I kept calling because of how many times we had to reschedule due to weather and some confusion over the billing.I give 4 stars because it can be kind of pricey, other than that, no other issues really.

    They did what they said they would do. Came out like, next day and stayed with the job until it was finished. Their communication was excellent, I got a call every morning to say they were coming. They usually showed up around 8-9 and worked all day. It was kind of complicated so they had to get some odd parts, but nobody keeps every part on hand.So the job got finished, it works, it looks good and Bob, Craig, Justin and everybody was cool and competent.Id use them again.

    Steven Thompson came out to my house initially to snake a clog in my drain that was causing water to back up into my shower, when we discovered the issue was very thick roots that could not be snaked out he suggested we go the route of hydro jetting. He showed up the next day and knocked it out, pipes are completely clear. He was very professional and answered any questions I had along the way as well as giving my wife and I suggestions on how to further remedy the situation going forward.

    I have used Gillece a couple of times now for my heater and air conditioning needs, and I wanted to wait a while to write this review to see how everything really worked out in the end and I have to say I am incredibly impressed and satisfied with the solutions they provided in the end. I had a gas leak recently, and Ed Stamerra of Gillette Services dropped everything and arrived within a half an hour after I’d called the city and arrived at my house to help provide permanent safety solutions after the city had shut off my gas for me. Gillece initially didn’t have any open appointments for the next few days, but they made me top priority after hearing it was a gas leak and came right away. Ed provided me options and discounts on replacing my old heater and water heater and gas line and presented them with affordable financing options as well. It made a purchase I really wasn’t ready for but desperately needed for the safety of my home and family much easier to handle. After about a month of using the new equipment I have to say in can tell major improvements with the quality of air in my home and my utility bills are lower too. Gillece even sent a thank you package with cookies for my kids after it was all said and done. Really just overall an experience that went above and beyond in every way I can imagine. I highly recommend Gillece for your HVAC needs

    Ron and Tom are amazing. Came to our home and saved us a bunch of time and money. Another company came and quoted us at a insane price and said we needed a whole new AC unit.     Thank you Scott for coming over right away and getting us a new AC unit the same day. We have a significant medical condition in the household that is exacerbated by heat and the day was scorching. Literally a lifesaver! We also ended up replacing an ancient furnace and outdated electrical panel. We couldnt be happier. The entire crew was professional, friendly and attentive - we cant thank them enough!     My hot water and pressure were out for a week when I called Gillece.They sent Dakota out.Although I’d only put in a hot water tank two years ago,Dakota assessed the situation,took pictures and explained the problems,including a potential one that could destroy my electrical panel.He described the problems of the previous installation by a big box hardware store that created the current problem,explaining that they often don’t used licensed plumbers for the installation and assured me Gilleces personnel were licensed professional plumbers.Dakota took the time to explain options to correct my problems and then helped me through the financing that I would need.He brought the new equipment and workers,had the work and cleanup done the same day!Dakota was experienced,and very considerate.Hw helped what could have been a very stressful experience He not only fixed my hot water pressure problems but made adjustments that could avoid future similar problems.He also took measures to protect my electrical box from waterDakota is a wonderful Gillece professional who I would heartily recommend without hesitation.I would consider Fullecw for other areas I may need because Dakota is a wonderful Gillece ambassador.

    I had called several local Plumbing companies for my home plumbing situation. no one available for 2 weeks. Unless I wanted the Emergency Service for $675.00 -I know it was a 10 minute job- and my problem would be solved. I called Gillece- Spoke with AMY - advised I was underwater in the basement due to a blockage - I called too late in the day for same day service, however I was the first appointment the next day ( Today) Dispatch called me as promised- the Tech came - listened to me and the process took less than 10 minutes. Ed Stamerra, JR. Was polite , professional , and assured me my original guess was correct, and I should not need anything further- he was clean and neat in a not so fun process ! We agreed on the cost. He was able to meet our lowest estimates. Two people came that afternoon and worked diligently to install our new AC system. They were quite courteous and efficient. After about 3 hours we had our new AC. All went quite well. They cleaned after their work and left. We were very satisfied with the whole operation.     Steven Thompson went above and beyond for me and my family. He found a rare problem no one else saw we had 3 other ppl look from other places but he really took his time set down with us and went over everything with us step by step and showed us the problems we have two sewer lines not one a rar problem i didnt evwn know could happen April7thApril 8thTim and Trace were in todo the work i talked over with Steven and they did a great job fixing my pips under my house. They were very curious and straight forward and took time to make sure the job is done right

    Tim came in for a service request and quickly discovered a few issues with our heating system. He informed us of several options, and we chose to replace the HVAC system with lifetime warrenty. As temps were dropping, the removal and install went smoothly and we had heat the same day. Everything was done very professional. So happy we called Gillece Services.
