I noticed a work van for this company at a neighbor’s house a few times of the last year or so. Assuming someone was doing a good job to earn repeat business, I made note of the phone number. The bathroom exhaust fan in one of our bathrooms wasn’t doing the job anymore. I called Jose on Tuesday. He was at our house on Thursday to give a quote and completed the job the following day. He told us exactly what we need to purchase and gave us a very reasonable quote. The job actually turned out to be more complex with Jose and his partner needing to replace the exhaust vent on our roof and the venting through our attic. They made several trips up to the roof on a 35 degree day. When everything was all installed, Jose went back on the roof to make sure the vent was opening properly with the fan on. He was thorough, professional, and left no mess behind. We would definitely use ACA Home Improvements for future projects.

Jose Mondragon is the most reliable, responsive, dependable, and trustworthy general contractor I have ever worked with. He raises the description of hard work to a whole new level. If there is something that he cant do I havent found it yet. Jose worked for me on two recent projects. The first was renovations on a south Jersey home where he completely renovated the first floor along with other fixes to numerous to mention . We realized twice his cost in the resale value. FANTASTIC. Second we purchased our new retirement home and Jose spent the first two weeks after settlement adding touches that made this house more beautiful than before and brought it to completely move in condition. His prices are always competitive and reasonable and I have recommended him to numerous family and friends and all have been completely satisfied. I would give him six stars if I could.

Jose and his team did a tremendous job on my sunroom.. his work was professional and he took his time to do things right. his work was extremely thorough and well planned out and he took the time to make sure that all of his work was done exactly how i wanted it. he cleaned up every night and made sure that all trash was removed and nothing was laying in the yard.. he was on time and dependable.. his work is very reasonable and done with care and quality.. i plan to utilize him on plenty more work i have coming up in the future and would definitely encourage anyone looking for a contractor to consider giving him a call. i highly refer his ability and workmanship.

When planning a bathroom renovation 6 years ago Jose came highly recommended. He has since renovated a bathroom, a kitchen, built a pergola, prepped my house for sale, and just completed a second kitchen for me. Jose and his team are workmen worthy of their hire! They are professional, prompt, accommodating, very personable and pleasant, and trustworthy. I can’t say enough! I was so appreciative that they cleaned up after themselves every night and always showed up when they said they would. They do very nice work and they stand behind their work. If you need a handyman/general contractor in the South Jersey area, I would recommend noone else besides Jose at ACA Home Improvement. We have had him work on project after project at our home now for the past 4 years, always and a fair price and the work is always done meticulously and efficiently. Painting, carpentry, tiling, flooring, interior, exterior, bathrooms...you name it, Jose is your guy!

I cant say enough good things about Jose and his team. In 3 weeks they beautifully renovated my 2 bathrooms, kitchen, pantry and mudroom. They also refinished our 75+ years old hardwood floors. Their craftsmanship is top notch. My wife and I couldnt be happier.
