    We are very happy with the service we received from Woodruff Energy. Ron and Steve were professional, friendly, and did a great job installing our new gas boiler and hot water tank. They arrived timely and finished the job with no problems. Both were polite and answered all our questions. The job was done neatly and all work materials and replaced equipment were removed when the job was complete. We were confident that they knew what they were doing and had much experience in their work. We were also pleased with the office personnel with scheduling and following up on our installation. They, too, were polite and very friendly. Thank you for a job well done!

    On 12/13/24 I had the best experience with Woodruff Propane, the two guys that installed my tank and line were the most nicest guys and they left everything so neat and clean, then today the driver delivered the propane was the coolest guy, we had to show our dogs off lol but really I recommend Woodruff propane to anyone, oh yeah of course Stacy in the office has been the biggest help for us, thank you all for a great experience!!!!

    I called Woodruff because my heater was constantly running. They were trying to get someone to come the same day but that didn’t work out. Which was ok since it’s unseasonably warm out. The next day they sent Earl to my house. Now I’m not one to hover when someone is working on something but I stuck around while he worked. Explained what I thought might be wrong and he listened. He explained how my system worked as he went along. Clearly very knowledgeable. While my job was an easy fix I have no doubt if it was more complex he would have done great with that. He also gave me suggestions on how they could change some wiring since it’s pretty old. I will request Earl in the future (if that’s allowed 😁). Also I appreciate the friendliness of the office staff. I’ve had contact with a few of them and all pleasant and willing to help in any way they can.

    I called Woodruff because I had a strange heater issue and they were out same-day to inspect it; the office showed a true sense of urgency based on the details. They made recommendations based on my constraints and were ready to install it within a week. Brian and Ken came out to do the work, showed up on the early end of the hour arrival window, and worked steadily to get the work done, as well as asking aesthetic questions about the unit placement and the wall paneling that had to come down. I appreciate the entire experience and believe that my safety was their paramount concern - good to know, where a gas powered appliance is concerned. But I also appreciate that they cared about how it would look, when in place.

    Woodruff Energy are lifesavers, both literally and figuratively! Up until very recently, we dealt with a different company for our HVAC and plumbing needs, but have been experiencing a decline in quality of service. Last month, we started to notice the random smell of gas in our heater room, so we called our regular company. Multiple (pricey) visits later, they admitted to smelling it, but since they couldnt find the source, they told us not to worry about it- it was probably nothing. When we needed a shower faucet combo install last week, we decided to use Woodruff instead. Our technician, Earl, immediately commented on the odor- then proceeded to find the source of the leak and fix the problem before even starting the shower quote! Were so lucky to have found a company whose employees are not only skillful, but who genuinely care. We will definitely be relying on Woodruff Energy for future needs, and if possible, requesting Earl specifically.

    Cannot say enough positive things about Woodruffs. Staci in the office was extremely helpful right from the start. Long story short, Howie and Brandon came out to our home and did some very challenging work repairing propane lines in some hard to get to places, and really got us out of a tough spot. They did an excellent job replacing the old lines with new ones, and the workmanship in which the job was completed was a huge relief, knowing things were done right. This group is a pleasure to work with, and if you are in the market for anything Woodruffs can support, I would HIGHLY recommend using them. Amazing organization. Thank you all!-Mark

    Our Woodruff technicians have been very friendly and patient answering our questions. Technicians call before coming and keep to the time frame they schedule. They explain the repairs they make to us. I have been blessed with their support upon the death of my husband when they covered the cost of our fuel oil.     The entire team at Woodruff have been professional and straightforward. Bob Muffley guided me through the quote and financing process answering all my questions and making it a simple process. The office staff were courteous working to get my job schedule while accommodating my own work schedule. The install team of Jeff, Justin, and Sean were wonderful and professional, confirming specifics of the installation , providing status, and showing me how to use the new unit. This new unit is already showing me a huge difference to my old unit. I highly recommend the team at Woodruff!

    After purchasing my first home with oil heat, I was unfamiliar with how the system worked and I needed the tank filled with the winter weather approaching. A friend recommended that I call Woodruff who exceeded my expectations. Not only was the pricing competitive, the customer service was great all around. Staci and Michelle, who set up my account and answered all of my questions, were friendly and knowledgeable. Ron, who was awesome as well, came out to my house within a couple of hours of my initial call to inspect and fill my tank.After the experience I had today, I was happy to hear that Woodruff also offers plumbing services as I have a few plumbing matters that I will be calling them for in the future.

    Recent annual HVAC service was an excellent experience. The technician was on time. After a brief conversation, in which he asked me questions about any concerns I had noticed with the HVAC and, sharing what his process for the service, he promptly went to work. Throughout the indoor and outdoor service visit, the technician kept me apprised of each step, as well as sharing maintenance tips and indicators signaling a problem with the system.     Woodruff energy is one of the best energy company’s that I have dealt with regarding my HVAC and propane needs. My HVAC died one very cold February morning and they were able to get a technician out to my house ASAP and were able to fix it. I spoke to the manager Staci about my issues and her words literally were “don’t worry, we’re on it”. The service was fast and prompt, questions went without answers. I would definitely recommend.

    Comments on the installation of the mini-split air conditioning system in our home.The job was completed ahead of schedule in a good, workman-like manner by the installers, Ian and Justin, who were friendly and courteous, explained to us what we needed to know about the new equipment, and took care to care for our home while performing their work.The proposal, the scope of the work and then the setup of the job was well coordinated by Dennis, including a pre-installation on-site meeting with your electrician.
