    I recently had the pleasure of working with Lifetime Roofing & Renovation and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional service. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that my roofing project was completed to the highest standards, it was just as amazing as the experience I had with them 3 years ago to get some patch work done on my roof.They thoroughly inspected my roof, answered all my questions & gave a detailed quote. They were honest and transparent throughout the entire process. They were really great with working with my parents who are European immigrants & making sure they were able to understand and feel comfortable.When the work started, Shawn and his team were punctual, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They used high-quality materials and demonstrated impressive craftsmanship, which gave me confidence that my roof would stand the test of time.     Lifetime did an excellent job from beginning to end. Josh was very helpful in helping with navigating the overall process even came to the house while the insurance adjuster was here to ensure he saw all the hail damage. My roof was a big job taking several day but The crew that did the roof was relentless in getting job done staying late both days to get finish. They also spent a lot of time in cleanup each night and did an excellent job. Josh was helpful to the very end come out to the house to pick up the final check so I did not need to send it through the mail. I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing.

    Our very first meeting with Josh Adams set a good tone for the project of replacing our existing roof with a metal roof. We felt confident that Lifetime Roofing wanted to work on our project. There are times when projects have problems that nobody sees coming. Our project had some of those and it was important that the company we hired had the background and experience to help us navigate through them and get our project completed. We would do business with Lifetime Roofing again.

    Shawn and Matt have been get. We have used them for simple things such as shingle repairs to a whole roof along with siding. This is by far one of the best companies overall that I have done business with. They really take care of their customers. They have always treated us like family.

    Simply one of the best construction companies Ive worked with.They first won me over on the competitive pricing, but I was even more impressed by their attention to detail.Their commitment to getting the job done right without complaint is something most companies struggle with, but not Lifetime.If youre looking for someone to slap some siding up in a few days and walk away, these arent your guys. They took the time to order the right materials, remove the current siding, inspect the plywood underneath, and walk around the house multiple times near the end of the project to pick up even the smallest details. If you want it done right go with Lifetime, if youre more concerned with speed go with the other guys.

    We had such a great experience with Lifetime! We needed a minor repair done and Matt S was able to fit us into his schedule quickly, fixing the problem very quickly. He also helped us understand what some longer-term solution options would be if the issue reoccurs, and was able to offer a really comprehensive explanation of the cause of the leak, other signs to look out for, etc. It was an incredibly helpful and positive experience, and we look forward to working with Lifetime again, for our future roofing needs!

    Im sure Matt gets tons of glowing reviews as he and his team(s) do excellent work and offer a full service package. For us, it was the little things that made the experience outstanding. The nails were cleaned out of the gutters (and no flat tires that we know of), blinds were installed on the skylights, plus the cleanup - the best Ive ever experienced. We had put our personal tarps on our deck and they shook them out and also folded them neatly. The other little thing was how nice and polite Matt is, someone that you dont mind having in your space. This trickled down to those who did the work. The workers were always polite and attentive. Five stars+ in my book!

    I highly recommend working with Matt Seiter at Lifetime Roofing. Last summer I reached out (cold call) for a storm damage assessment and he found nothing substantial. Meanwhile, his attitude and approach impressed my neighbor who subsequently hired Lifetime and was happy with the work.Months go by and we find ourselves needing the report and unable to locate it so I reached back out. Matt was responsive by phone and explained the situation with our roof looking at his notes but also suggested that his info was too old. He sent his drone back out to our house, took another look, and shared a written report - again.For all of his time and effort, there was absolutely no charge. Really.My neighbor points out that most significant was the respect shown to our neighborhood. This is a business I will happily patronize and recommend. Thank you, Matt!

    We needed our gutters, downspouts, and fascia board replaced along with some new gutter guards. Their pricing was competitive and had a no-pressure sales attitude. And they were extremely responsive during the whole process. Matt Z is was awesome and had great communication. I think he responded to me once or twice while he was on vacation.The job took about a day and a half of actual work. They arrived later than expected both days they worked. And shedule was pushed a day or two for the first day, ended up happening on a Thursday or Friday. Then they needed to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday of next week for the gutter guards to come in. None of this really bothered me. Im in construction, I get that other jobs take longer sometimes and stuff gets pushed. I never felt like we werent a priority or getting blown off. But some people may want hear about this.I waited longer than 30 days after their estimate so another far less responsive company could give me a quote but Lifetime held their price - very nice.We did notice some old rusty nails in the lawn. We have young children and that was a concern. I didnt have a big magnet to sweep for debris/waste on the ground myself. They were happy to have someone come by to do that after the fact - which is another trip out for them and it does cost them money but they never even mentioned the fact. I recognize this, and it was very much appreciated.Really cannot complain hardly at all, they did great work.

    Shawn and his entire team are awesome! I called for help with a small problem. Most companies wouldnt even bother to help since its not a big project, but Lifetime scheduled the inspection and repair within a week of my call. They communicated flawlessly and did exactly what they said they were going to do! Ive dealt with a number of home maintenance and construction contractors in the last year for both large and small projects and NONE of them have been as responsive and effective as Lifetime. I dont need a new roof yet, but I will in a few years and I will absolutely be using Lifetime for the job. I will also go out of my way to refer everyone I know to them! Great job Lifetime Roofing!!

    We had the pleasure of working with Shawn Kendall from Lifetime Roofing & Renovation on our roofing project. He was very knowledgeable about the warranties offered by various shingle brands, trim options, etc. which made making a decision very easy. The bid was lower than others we had procured and the work was completed promptly and professionally and we love the final result! He went the extra mile to help us patch siding and flashing that was left from a removed screen porch that intersected a small part of the roof. You would never even know it was there, everything is a perfect match! I happily recommend Lifetime Roofing any time a friend, neighbor, or community member is looking for a trustworthy roofing company, you can absolutely hire them with confidence!

    Update! 9-25-24 Lifetime Roofing saved the day again! Had a small leak in my roof and Matt came out two days later to inspect and patch the leak. Thank you so much for the great service! If I could rate higher than five stars I would. 🙏🏻🙏🏻I just bought an old house that had a few siding issues that I planned to fix within the next year. I was then told 2 weeks after buying the home that I needed to fix my siding NOW, or I could lose my homeowners insurance. Trying not to freak out I contacted Lifetime and spoke with Doug Lake. Within less than two weeks of the initial contact the siding is fixed and looks great. This was a slightly tricky job because the siding on my house isnt made anymore. Doug and his team came up with a plan to match the siding as close as possible and fix what they could. I am relieved and impressed. I cant tell what they matched and what is my original siding. The contractors even came on the first day of the window (and finished that day) Doug gave me which let me have more time to get pictures to my insurance agent. They cleaned everything up and were very professional. When I have more funds in the future I plan to re-side the whole house with them. It was very affordable - especially considering it was a expedited job. Thanks!

    I called them right after a Storm rolled through and we thought had a leak in our roof. They came out and diagnosed the issue and found it was a cracked vent and not an issue with the roof. They sent someone out who was able to repair the vent and saved us a ton of money by diagnosing the real issue and fixing it fast. I couldnt recommend them enough. Everyone was very professional and they arrived when they said they would and charged me the quoted price. Highly recommend this company.

    Ive used Lifetime for 5 different jobs and my experience has always been excellent. They are prompt, communicative, get the job done timely, DO AN QUALITY JOB, and are reasonably priced. These folks are great and I highly recommend!I wish I could place separate reviews for each job instead of just updating my previous one. But Ill continue to update with with every repair. I mean, I wish I didnt need so many repairs, but Im so glad I have these folks.

    We have used Lifetime for several roofing issues so far on our 3 story home in Rock Hill. They had no problem getting up on our steep third story roof to inspect and repair some asphalt shingle damage and minor wood rot on soffits.We recently had an outdated flat roof on our balcony in which they removed the old bitumen roofing material and installed a Dec Tec membrane material with all the flashing, drip detail, flashing, and new plywood underneath to go along with it. The entire time, they were very responsive to emails and coordination with our handyman whom is installing a railing system. I only hired them after competitive bidding from other companies, one of which quoted a $6000 job at $15k.In my experience, they will not rip you off, and they will provide a solid quality product and installation all while being very responsive. I was actually shocked at how communicative they are.Give them a shot.

    Doug at Lifetime is great! Lifetime was able to hit my roof replacement deadline prior to the closing on my new house. I found some minor concerns after the install, but they continued to work with me to get everything perfect. It was refreshing to see a contractor stick around to make sure everything is done right even after collecting final payment. The many 5 star reviews they have is a solid reflection of the level of customer service and quality of workmanship they stand by.

    Lifetime was able to scope out our roof project, provide material options, and a quote faster than the other 4 local companies we considered for our 1,200 sq ft roof replacement. The project manager (Tom B.) was unbelievably responsive, kept us fully informed through every step of the process, and made sure we had a full understanding of the services, materials and warranties wed be receiving. Besides the exceptionally fast and communicative project management, Lifetime was among the most affordable options we considered. I cant recommend them highly enough, and if you have a chance, ask to work with Tom B!

    We hired Lifetime Roofing to replace our roof after discovering there was significant hail damage. Caleb came out & inspected our extremely steep roof and he also made sure he was there when our insurance adjuster came by. He was thorough in his explanations and always made sure we knew what was going on and were comfortable with the process. He was always available to answer my questions and was very prompt with his response time. The roofers did a great job—our roof is very, very steep & the two day job was finished in less than a day & a half. They did very good at cleaning up too— I was nervous about a ton of nails leftover in the yard that our dogs could possibly step on but I think we only found a single nail or two they had missed. Our mortgage company has been very slow to release the funds for this claim and Lifetime has been very patient with us. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof.

    My wife and I experienced some misfortune during a massive storm. One of the trees near our home damaged our chimney, causing it to leak after it rained every time. The leaking caused the chimney to completely rot from the inside out. The damage eventually made its way into the house.I reached out to several companies. None of them were able to locate the leak exactly. None of them were able to provide good support.Thankfully I ran into Lifetime Roofing and Renovation. They did an excellent job inspecting the damage and figuring out where exactly the leak was and what needed to be fixed.I say one of the best qualities of this company is that every time I reached out I got an answer back immediately. They always kept on their toes and communicated with us through every step of the way. When it came down to pricing it was fair and to the point.The repairs that they have done are excellent! Not only did they stop the leak, they were able to find some designer flaws in our chimney and resolved them. We even needed a brand new cap for our chimney and they fixed that as well! Now we have something sturdy enough that will last for 30 years plus.To everyone that is reading this review, Ill be honest Im not going anywhere else for future repairs. If anything else comes up, Im coming right back to this company.     I am thrilled with my new architectural roof. I had some damage from a hail storm and I called Caleb who had overseen a previous roofing job for me about 10 years ago. He was professional, on time, great follow through so I am a repeat customer. Everyone I dealt with at Lifetime Roofing proved the same once again.They completed my roof in one day. Took everything off down to the wood roof decking. They put all new materials, tar paper etc prior to installing the roofing tiles. Beautiful job and cleaned up perfectly.     From the very beginning, dealing with Lifetime Roofing and Renovation was a good experience. Matt Seiter called me back almost immediately after I called their office. We scheduled an appointment within a few days. We reviewed the project and discussed options. Matt did an extensive review and put together a very detailed, comprehensive presentation. Once we agreed on the scope of the project a work date was scheduled within a couple weeks. Due to bad weather the job was delayed and Matt and his crew actually worked Wednesday and part of Thursday of Thanksgiving week to get the job completed. Matt and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I have never dealt with a roofing company that was more responsive to keeping appointments and doing what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Because Matt did such a detailed review, up front, there were no surprises. I would recommend Lifetime Roofing and Renovation without hesitation.

    Gotten a few roofing estimates and Lifetime came in right in the middle. Andrew, our project manager was very responsive and helpful before and after our roof was installed. I wish they had more colors to choose from but we have come to love our new shingles. The crew they sent out started early and cleaned up nicely when done. We havent had any rain yet so Im waiting to see if all our leaks were addressed. So far id use them again.

    We have a two story farm house built in 1910. The gutters were separating from the soffit and were clogged with plants growing out of the gutters. We contacted Leaf Guard and after spending two hours with their salesman and signing a contract, we were contacted by the Leaf Guard owner and were told Leaf Guard would not do the job after all because of our metal roof.This made no sense to me. Lifetime came out and had the job done in 2 days and at half the price Leaf Guard quoted us. We are thrilled with the new gutters.     Thanks to Lifetime roofing and renovation for their quick response when our roof began to leak and we had water coming through the ceiling into our daughters bedroom. Shawns quick response saved us so much in additional damage repairs.     Tom came out to give me a estimate and could not have been more professional and down to earth. Chris then came out to make the repairs to our roof, and again was super easy to talk to and very professional.     I had storm damage to my roof. Started with a different contractor who looked at it saying there was damage and I started the claim. We ran into problems as the inspector said there was only damage to half of my roof. Contacted lifetime roofing to do a reinspection as required by my insurance company. Caleb came out and got on my steep roof to do a thorough inspection and filed the forms for a reinspection. Caleb did a wonderful job navigating this project and got the whole roof covered by insurance as it should have been. He even helped with my gutter guards.     Outstanding experience! There were far and away the best of the three quotes that we received. We were told that there was a 2-3 week lead time but the job was completed way sooner than that!     We used Lifetime Roofing for the roof replacement on our recently purchased home. Overall, the new roof looks great. We did have a minor leak that was repaired after, but we cant even be positive it was due to the roof installation since it was near the chimney. But Lifetime handled the warranty and repair process with responsiveness and thoroughness.The real reason to give a 5-star review is for the customer service we received working with Matt Seiter at Lifetime. He was patient and helpful throughout the entire process and we got the roof covered completely by insurance due to his suggestions. We will definitely be reaching back out when siding or gutter work eventually arises.

    About six years ago we had our roof completely redone. Since then, every storm we have had, big or small, we have not only had to replace shingles, we also have had to clean up the yard from debris with shingles and nails. We have small children and dogs, so we were concerned about them stepping on roofing nails after every storm. Recently, we reached out to a different roofing company that was referred to us by a friend to check our roof over. They noticed that the previous roofing company used too short of nails. They fixed our missing shingles and our ridge…and a few other issues we would’ve never caught. Their experience, expertise, and professionalism really came through. It’s been two weeks now with lots of rain and wind and I have yet to find one single nail. In fact, based on the cleanliness, I wouldn’t have even known they came over!We now have only one roofing company we will use or refer for our “lifetime”! Thank you!

    I was very happy with the service. Lifetime Roofing was able to assess my roof and arrange the repair very quickly. I had a leak that was damaging my ceiling quickly and we had some bad weather coming our way. They were great about making sure to get the work done before the weather hit. The cause of the leak was not obvious and I was getting several different answers from different companies about what the problem was. But Lifetime explained it to me so thoroughly and documented the area so well that I felt confident that they had found the issue. And they were right! They provided photos of the damaged area, photos of the work being done and photos and video after the repair. They were able to find replacement tiles and even a few extras that I could keep on hand for any fixes needed down the road. They were very helpful every step of the way. If you have a clay tile roof, I highly recommend Lifetime.

    I have worked with Doug Lake on a few projects and not only do they do amazing work but have excellent communication during any project or even proposal for a project.     I would like to start off by saying this is the top rated roofer on google for a reason. I was shopping around and decided I’d start with the top rated roofers in St. Louis & work my way down Lifetime being top rated so I started there. Tom & Brady (Salesman) came out to my parents home they were so honest about the work that needed to be done they even educated me about roofs & how to maintain a roof. They also respected all the COVID 19 guild-lines. My parents don’t speak good English and were taken advantage of by a roofing company 8 years ago & because of the roof being installed improperly we had leaks & other issues my parents were very cautious this time around & wanted to know everything that would be done & how much it would cost and how many options lifetime offered for the job that needed to be done & boy did they deliver. Tom the sales guy said I understand we are a little on the higher end but our work speaks for its self and if you have any issues after work is complete we are a call away and will answer any questions & I had a lot of questions they made all of my & my parents worries disappear the owner Shawn even came out of his office to go over the price and try to figure out different options that might better serve our budget they had 3 plans drawn out of each thing that would be fixed and different ways it could be tackled at different price points. I picked which options I wanted & we got the contract singed after 1000 questions sorry guys thank you for being patient with us. Work day comes 1 week earlier then expected which was amazing because our roof was leaking & St. Louis had very heavy rain that week. Bruce the carpenter has pure craftsmanship & takes a lot of pride in his work & will not stop till he can get the max amount of work outta that hot & sunny day. He carefully hand picked each support board to make sure they weren’t bent or cracked. He even returned one that he saw was a little outta shape. Amazing. Chris (Chris was so nice that he took down a old dish that had been in our roof for god knows how long and patched the hole & did the flashing a little different so it would Benefit us more when I asked if it needed to be built out he said no the option I chose will do which was the less expensive options so he said I will curve it out a bit so you have the built out effect & advantage. Rock start!!! ) Then Shawn (The owner), Tom & Brady (salesman) followed close behind to go over the plan for the roof and what we talked about earlier that month so we would again be reassured in what would exactly be done that day and then next day. They knew my nerves of possibly getting taken advantage of again were bad so seeing everyone there as a team 5 people in total including hello the owner !!! to make sure that everything went as smooth as possible was something I have never seen & is going above and beyond. The bill came out to less then expected & the work provided was pure excellence all around. The customer service is above and beyond & I can’t thank the whole team at Lifetime roofing enough. I highly recommend Lifetime roofing no hassle! Straight to the point ! Willing to work with any price range & they won’t treat your small job like a small job !!! They are prompt in responding to ever email & every call which means a lot when you are looking for someone that will be reliable & trust worthy. I found my forever / Lifetime roofing company. 10 starts all around.

    I just had a new roof installed by Lifetime Roofing and Renovation and I was so impressed by their customer service and their crew. Matt Zielinski, my project manager, went above and beyond, responding to my call, when I started seeing leaks from the ceiling in 4 different rooms. He first checked the roof in those spots, took photos so that I also could see the issues and put me on the repair list. Within a short period of time, the leaks got worse and Matt came out in the dark to put temporary fixes on those spots to stop the active leaking. To say I was appreciative of Matts immediate fix to my problem is putting it mildly.When I received the contract from Matt, it thoroughly spelled out the costs and products for the project and Matt answered my questions ASAP to my satisfaction. I received 3 bids and Lifetime Roofing was, cost wise, close to one other company, but their customer service and professionalism won me over.The crew that installed my roof was efficient and on task from beginning to end of this project. I couldnt believe how perfectly clean everything was when they left.The roof looks wonderful and, of course, I feel much better knowing it was done properly.It was a pleasure dealing with a company that values an excellent work ethic, provides a quality product and is professional and respectful in dealing with the customer. It is not easy to find companies today that are operating with that same professionalism. I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing and Renovation.

And when he says LIFETIME he means he wants to be your go-to exterior company and why he goes above and beyond for his clients! I have used several roofing companies in my real estate career and have gotten burned by many of them. When Matt says a time he will be there... he is there! He has saved my clients $1000 of dollars by repairing roofs rather than replacing them according to some unethical bid from another company just trying to make as much money as they can.     I have never experienced customer service on the level Lifetime Roofing & Rennovation provided me. We were in the process of a quick closing, and during our inspection period the building inspector suggested having a roofing company come out to look at our 82 year old tile roof. After trying 10 other roofing companies that couldn’t squeeze me in to hit the inspection deadline LRR told me they would definitely come out and look at it for me.The next day, I met Matt S. out at the house and when he got up to the roof he realized just how bad the roof looked. He said it was probably best if he had his boss, Shawn, the owner of LRR come out and look since he was versed in these kinds of older roofs, just to ensure we knew what we would be asking for from the seller.Sure enough, it needed to be completely replaced. It had significant hail damage, unknown to the seller because she had been renting, and they said they would be more than happy to work with the seller with her insurance company. Unfortunately the seller chose to go with another roofing agency but Matt still called to see how I was doing and how everything was going.The care and attention this company, and Matt S. specifically, gave to me was more than I ever expected. I have never felt so important to a company. Beyond all of this, they would not charge me! They came out to my home twice, wrote a full inspection report, called me to check in multiple times through the process and didn’t charge me a dime.In the end, we did not end up purchasing the home but I know 100% that they have found a lifetime customer in me!
