Woke up to frozen water pipes. Mid-state Plumbing were the first and only ones to answer their phones. Had guys out to the house within 30 min of calling. Price was a little high, but for quick, emergency service you have to do what you have to do. Guys were very professional and were very helpful with suggestions on what to do since this house was just built differently.

My experience with Midstate was excellent. I called about a very strong but intermittent sewer smell in the house I rent. They came immediately, I mean it really couldn’t have been a faster turn around time. Once here, they located sources of 4 different sewer gas leaks within 10 minutes and began repairs. Everything was explained to me, both before they came out (fees, work guarantees, etc.) and on site (nature of problems, solutions, etc.) They were polite, professional, thorough, and cleaned up after. All problems were fixed quickly and satisfactorily. They even called later in the day to ensure that the smell was indeed resolving. I highly recommend Midstate. They did an excellent job!

I am constant need of services for commercial and residential properties, and Midstate Plumbing is the only company I call. Working with them is a entirely different experience than any other plumber. Your initial call is always answered on the first ring, 24/7, by Kurtis, rather than some automated callback service or voicemail. Then, these guys come running! The response from Kurtis is always, Ill send them now. Others call back the next day and then schedule you days later. And in 15 minutes here they are, polite to everyone, with paper boots covering their shoes and cleaning as they go. This level of customer experience alone is enough to keep my business. But beyond this, prices are fair, everyone is knowledgeable, they have all top-level equipment ready on the truck, and they communicate with messages and photos showing problems and progress. Most importantly, the problem is always fixed. Its one call, and I go back to focusing on my business.

I highly recommend Midstate! I’m a single female and unfortunately don’t always know what I’m going to get into when I call for a home repair. I had originally called another company to come out and fix my A/C unit. They did but it only lasted one month. I contacted Kurtis and he sent someone out within a few hours. Alan came out and quickly fixed my A/C and explained what the problem was. I asked for him to price me a new unit (which I couldn’t get two other companies to come and price me one). He gladly obtained the information needed to do so. Kurtis even called after the repair to follow up and let me know when he would have my quote over. Both gentleman were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate their help and courteousness. Looking forward to working with them in the future. I don’t plan on using any other companies from here on out.

Ive had a great experience with Midstate Plumbing. They recently installed a pressure pump in our new house and we noticed it would come on pretty frequently even when water wasnt being used. We called Midstate and they promptly came out and found the problem in the plumbing. They are very professional and answered all my questions. This was our first time using Midstate Plumbing and we are certainly glad we did. Over the holiday weekend we discovered a significant Moen kitchen faucet leak that had to be taken care of quickly. Being that it was a holiday weekend no other plumbers would respond or come out. Kurtis, the plumbing superintendent with Midstate quickly responded to our call and dispatched the service technician in a very timely manner. Al, the service technician diagnosed the issue, and walked us through our options in replacing the faucet and some of the valves. We waited until after the holiday weekend to replace the faucet and within 30 minutes of calling they were at the door. This company was awesome to work with. We are very pleased with Midstate Plumbing & Air and would not hesitate in calling them again. I would highly recommend.

Hope gas was in front of or home on Friday, not sure why. I called my girlfriend who was on her way back from north Carolina and she said she did not call them. Hope gas then knock on the door and said we had a gas leak, do we rent or own, I said we own. They then explained if we do not have a warranty we our responsible for the fix from the home to the curb. Tom by the way was a great Hope gas worker. We then called midstate gas repair and as a 57 year old I was greatly impressed. The owner Curtis had the problem fixed in 3 hoursCurtis was not only fair but he had the job done at great price. Anybody in a emergency situation i would recommend this company, I had llthe problem fixed and it was done in 3 hours. Nobody expects this situation but this company provided us with a gas repair for years to come. Again Curtis the owner was very professional just like his workersIve never left a review like this but I was impressed.

I had a water main break between the meter and the house. I called MidState Plumbing & Air at 11 AM while I was at work. They had someone out by 2 PM, and the repair was done by 4 PM. Plumbing repairs are never cheap, but their price was $1,500 less than the others. They handled everything over the phone while I was at work, which made the whole process easy. Overall good experience.

I cant thank Midstate Plumbing & Air for the work that they did on my sons home. His shower valve broke and it looked like it was going to be an expensive tear out and rebuild due to the tight quarters. The two workers jumped right in and began getting it fixed. They did a masterful job and cleaned up everything. Couldnt have been more professional. Will be using them again for all our plumbing and air conditioning needs.

I have used Midstate numerous times for a business as well as my home. I have recommended Kurtis to friends and family and we are all well pleased with friendly as well as professional service and fair pricing .My latest dealing was last Thursday. Furnace wasn’t working. I called at 8am and Al and Mike were here at 9am. They found the problem (which could have been really bad) they had my new furnace installed the same day and also replaced kitchen faucet while they were here . One stop shopping lol! Am so thankful as I am having surgery next week and that is one less thing to have to worry about . They explained everything and took pictures so I could see what the problem was . Cant say enough good things about Kurtis, Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome, called pretty late about an issue with my well, and they offered to come out in the dark. I was blown away by the offer. I had been racking my brains trying to figure out why I kept dropping pressure, the guys came out and looked at everything, troubelshooted everything, and its a small leak in the underground lines that I will have to have detected. The peace of mind though that youve given me just knowing what is wrong was worth its weight in gold, and you can believe that when we find that leak youll be the one Im calling on to fix it. We have an old home that is pushing 100 years old and unfortunately noticed a cast iron drain was leaking in the basement. I called this morning and a crew was at my house within a few hours, quickly fixed the pipe and cleaned everything up before they left. Folks - I had a water heater emergency on a Sunday morning. Curtiss answered in the 2nd ring and stayed in contact with me until they arrived less than 2 hours later. I have a somewhat complex system and they replaced it in less than 2 hours. Cleaned up after themselves, including vacuuming up the water that had spilled out of the cracked heater and reconnecting the dehumidifier.I highly recommend Midstate. I recently bought a house, and the first time we had a hard rain, I had water in my basement. I got three estimates from other companies before I called Midstate. I should have called them first. They installed a sump pump in the corner of my basement in one day, and I havent had water there since. Not only did they come when they said they would, they worked efficiently to get the job done and left my basement spotless. I feel the price was reasonable and fair for the work and results. An added plus was that the guys doing the work were respectful and professional. I give this company my highest recommendation and will use them again.

I called Midstate Plumbing for the 2nd time today, 1 1/2 years after my last call. Two awesome plumbers arrived in less than 2 hours. They had the draining issue fixed in just a few minutes, and I wasnt charged. This is unheard of today! I called Midstate again because I last needed them late afternoon on New Years Eve when a pipe in my home burst. In less than 1 hour there was a polite, pleasant, skilled plumber at my door and the pipe was repaired in no time. This company came New Years Eve when other companies wouldnt. Thanks to Midstate, I had water that New Years Eve, and my plumbing problem today was fixed hassle free. Great company! Great service!

We replaced our leaky disposal then the dishwasher wouldn’t pull water in. I called Midstste plumbing and they came out the day I called. Turns out the plug in the disposals water line wasn’t removed. The guys pulled the plug and said no charge. It was a short visit but it was the best result! Call Them. And they were able to come out the same Day had a basement that was Backing up for some time. Try it myself. I could not get it fixed. I called them out. They ran. The camera ran a snake for 75 feet. Change the head ran it for another 75 feet and then ran the camera back in there and found out it was not. A problem on my property. It was on down-the-line and we would have to call the city to have them check it because it was the middle of the Road. These gentlemen were efficient And Curtis. I would recommend them.And weve even talked about once we get this fixed About installing a hot water tank that we lost doing this problem. I would like to thank them For all they done. Midstate plumbing and air really pulled there weight recently. My wife and I moved into a new house the water heater was falling apart the HVAC didn’t work lots of issues. They came multiple times to install water heater, gas line, and HVAC wow im amazed how they were able to do it in such a short amount of time and with a 10 year warranty on everything. Great service they are expensive but worth it if you need something fixed in a timely manner.

Kurtis was polite and responsive, with-in 20 minutes after the phone call his crew was there truck loaded with what looked like everything for plumbing. I was in need of someone to replace the gas log insert to my fireplace. After contacting numerous companies and being told they couldn’t work on that and that I’d have to have a gas plumber do the job, I found this company and called. I talked to Curtis and he was able to get someone to my home immediately! I was amazed! They even stopped by the local Lowe’s to pick up my fireplace insert and brought it to my home. We needed a company to trace and repair frozen-pipe damage in an old house. We needed a company who could work on cast-iron, copper, and PVC. We were referred to Midstate Plumbing.We met with Kurtis and did a walk-through with him. Because the extent of the damage could not be easily determined, we agreed to a fair, time and expense approach to the job.Kurtis and his crew completed the project and exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, professional, and kept us updated, daily, with their progress. I would highly recommend you consider Midstate for your project.

The most amazing guy’s! They have done several different repair’s. Always on time and actually show up. I’ve never received the voicemail when calling them. The last repair I called the owner in the evening and the team showed up the next morning! They got straight to work and the job was done in no time. Very responsible prices! I’ve never had to worry about being overcharged or them not showing up. You won’t find a better plumbing team in the area!

Fast response and the 2 that came out to fix it were very kind. Issues were tended to as swiftly as possible all on a Sunday.The only reason I didnt give 5 is because, I did feel it was unfair that they stated it would be $250 an hr after the first hour, but DID not mention it was $250 PER person per hour. People deserve to be told every charge before hand.

This company is helpful & friendly. They videod our downspouts to check for obstruction on Monday. They found one and came back another day to snake it. Al made sure the gutters were put back properly and had to deal with a thorny shrub in the flower garden on one corner. They also advised on how to remedy the one from future clogs.
