    Symspire, everyone keeps dropping the ball!! Ill start with, this seems to be a good quality system. But the sales and scheduling department is challenged to say the least. We flew out for the closing on our house and I was lucky enough to schedule through Ashley our install the day after closing and our house would be secure and monitored until we moved in. I even confirmed with Ashley that they would mount two of our TVs and she replied yes, Jody will contact you with details. I never heard from Jody. In fact, the day before the install, I was notified that my installer called in sick and we had to reschedule.....at least 3 more weeks out. I talked to Greg and he told me an installer quit but either way Im looking at another three weeks now for my install. Raf shows up to install my system. I cant say enough good about Raf other than I would have given Symspire one star and Raf kicked that up to four. Raf takes pride in the work he does and I feel confident the system is installed correctly and professionally. He did a great job explaining how the system works. Great guy!! But when he showed up he told me he doesnt mount TVs, thats another department. I talked to Jason right then. Who by the way worked with me to reschedule the alarm install in a timely manner. He told me it would be over a month until someone could come out for the TVs. In the meantime I found a guy who could get the job done much sooner and probably less expensive. Greg led me to believe when we went over our initial order we were getting a keyless keypad for our front door. That wasnt the case, thats something we have to order and schedule another install. This seems like a waste of timeThis could have been worked out and installed on the same trip. This is something we will order from Amazon and will be less expensive and I can get someone else to install months sooner than Symspire can get to it. By the way. When I contacted Ashley to reschedule, I heard nothing back. Maybe she doesnt work there anymore. I dont know. I know it was difficult to get anybody to return my calls. Ill give Jason credit, he does the best he can do with what he has to work with. I know i probably sound like an ass but bottom line, I like what this system does and it seems like a good quality product. Communication and scheduling is one star. Product and install brings it up to four.

    Our builders had to remove all of our windows from our house, which included all of our Symspire window sensors. Andrew came out and not only fixed all of our sensors, but checked on a number of other concerns we had and got everything working perfect again! He made sure we were all good before he left!     Just wanted to share some experience with our install with Symspire a security and AV company that took care of our new home. Actually the president of the company James took the time today to come to home and walk through a demo of our equipment and suggest other products that may be helpful to utilize our equipment more efficiently! Really super nice man and very knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend the company to anyone in need of a security system that is 1st in class and Great customer service. Also Gregg Duke at the Franklin, TN office was great to work with and very helpful!!All the best!I just had utilized Symspire AV services today and Andrew and Trayner the technicians that completed the install were super helpful, knowledgeable and did a Great job!!     We highly recommend Symspire for all your security needs. We have used them for many years and have always found their service prompt, courteous and professional. I called in for an error code and within 45 min a service technician was at the house. Raf was polite and efficient. He explained the situation and corrected the programming code. I had familiarity with the products in a previous home and had a fantastic installer in another part of the country, but Symspire is right there in terms of quality and customer service. I am already looking ahead to the next phase of my home automation and cant wait to work with the Symspire team again.

    We are very pleased with our home security system installation. Greg Duke was our first contact and awesome in helping design our security and audio needs. Very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. JB was great in working on schedule adjustments and answered questions about window security. Andrew did a phenomenal job installing the system! He was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. This was a big project and he took special care to make sure the system worked properly, aligned cameras for us and gave an informative tutorial. The system is easy to work, has a great app and the picture quality on the cameras is amazing! Highly recommend Symspire!

    Trayner and Andrew came out to install several TVs and other sound equipment we recently purchased from Symspire. They were super helpful and easy to work with.     My installer Andrew was absolutely the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable service technician from any industry I have ever had perform work in my home. He was extremely knowledgeable and obviously knows his product well. His attention to detail and the extra time he took to make everything just exactly right was very refreshing with this young generation of technicians today. He even recommended some alternate locations for products and wire runs that made the project look even better than I had ever hoped for. He demonstrated how to use my new system with a well thought out simple approach that made me feel like I was an expert when he walked out the door.     We signed up with the Symspire as we built our home and they did various audio and security installs prior to move-in. Equipment was installed in good condition and with extra care to the walls/floors of our new home. The technicians were even careful to remove their shoes when entering the home (thank-you Andrew) and gentle with their ladders on the hard wood floors, we really appreciated that extra level of respect and professionalism. The alarm service and equipment has met our expectations thus far. We have not finalized the audio speaker set-up yet, but have confidence that if there are any questions or issues, they will respond quickly and get us the service we need. So far, so good!

It was a long process but Raf, the lead, did a fantastic job installing, working throughout the home, and explaining/demoing the system for us. They spent the entire day installing our entertainment systems throughout the home. It was tough work and they displayed great professionalism throughout the process.     Symspire installs all the wiring for new construction houses in our subdivision, however we have the option to choose any alarm company.
