He also conducted a home safety check which led us to have him fix the highest priority issue today as well. Keeping detailed list and estimates to consider for future work. Easy to book appointment. Arrived when expected. Very nice guy, clear explanations, and super respectful.

Baker came out to give estimates on upgrading our garage outlets to accommodate a sauna and cold plunge. He arrived on time, spent 2 hours evaluating the best plan and then spent another 45minutes going over everything with my wife and I. We found the lowest cost options that would safely work. We went ahead with the electrical work and repairs and feel great about the cost and plan.*Also, he offered a free home electrical inspection that found a loose wire in our control panel!!! It had been tripping the circuit and we did not know why. He saved us from a possible fire. Thank you Baker!!

The overall process was stress-free. The job well done within a week or so from my initial call. Mike’s estimate was straightforward. I got Mr. Electric to replace a foyer lighting fixture and two ceiling fans. Those are at high ceiling above 18 feet. Devin and his crew did great job. They put a drop cloth to protect my hardwood floor. After installation, they cleaned the ceiling fan blades and floor. I am extremely satisfied with Devin’s professional work. Thank you.

So glad we went with Mr Electric for our hot tub install. Had to get a 220 ran to our back patio and was a little concerned with how it would be done. Baker came out and knew exactly what he needed to do, gave us pricing up front. I felt confident that he would do the job properly. Came out a couple days later with another guy whose name I can’t remember but I was very impressed at how clean the job was. These guys were young but knowledgeable and they cared about their work. I recently moved into my first home and attempted to replace our existing doorbell a smart doorbell, but I ran into issues with the wiring and knew it was time to call a professional.Robert and Ben were right on time for my appointment and were excellent. They were attentive to what I requested and explained that as part of my service they also would be conducting a free safety inspection of my main electrical panel. They provided a report of what was examined and answered my questions about the contents of their report.After receiving the quote for the job, I felt the pricing was fair and they got to work. They were efficient and prepared the area and installed the doorbell in under an hour. The install was clean and they took care to ensure that I was satisfied with not only the way it was installed (my install required spacers) but also the appearance. Even though the install was outside, they cleaned the work area very well. The electricians at Mr Electric are my Superheroes and friends. They saved my house from catching on fire. By discovering a red hot sizzling wire in the power box underneath the electric meter on the side of my house, and immediately alerted NES to have the electricity disconnected. After that they came back the next day and installed all new wiring to the meter and to my breaker box, and had my power restored within 24 hrs. I couldnt ask for better service. They were courteous, friendly and cleaned up b4 they left.I would definitely recommend Mr Electric. They get a A+ from me.GOD BLESS YOU GUYS!!

I emailed about having an electrician come out and provide a quote for the installation of a Tesla HPWC. They sent Mike out within a week and it was very straight forward process as they had a standard price for what I needed done. I was afraid of having to pay a “Tesla tax” but the quote was so reasonable I accepted it then and there. They anticipated getting me scheduled within the next week. About two hours later I got a phone call stating they had an available electrician who could do it same day. I said sure! Matthew arrived and was great to work with and I’m very pleased with the installation.

After purchasing my first electric car, I wanted the garage equipped to handle a level 2 charging cord. I had Mr. Electric come out to determine the safest and best means of installation for my home. Unfortunately, I only had a sub-panel in my garage so they had to put in a 40 amp breaker from my main box on the outside of the home and bring a 240 v wire encased in heavy duty housing through the attic and down the garage wall. A Nema 14-50 industrial grade outlet with industrial materials were used. He made sure that he closed up any drafts from holes made with silicone. Excellent work. My only comment for improvement would be some communication issues where I needed to make a follow-up call after the initial consultation.

They will be my go-to for any electrical problems going forward.Second review-This is my second time hiring Mr. Electric and I am more than pleased with their service. I was able to get an appointment on my desired day. The electrician arrived earlier than expected and was a cool dude. I had a push button door light switch replaced in my pantry. He made quick work of it and ran to home Depot to get the switch. I live in Murfreesboro and was surprised he made it to my house at 8:30. I didnt expect anyone till at least 9. He called ahead and gave me a 30 minute advance notice. Mr. Electric is my go to for electric needs!

TL;DR version: Hire Mr. Electric, and ask for Levi Merritt to handle your problems.Long version: In my encounters over the phone with Mr. Electric, I found April and Patti to be cordial and helpful. They efficiently set up the times and dates and, when they took my payments, the charges were exactly as quoted.Levi Merritt is why Ill be calling Mr. Electric again, though. Levi is polite, gracious, and self-effacing. He was happy to walk through my home with me and discuss at length my electrical problems and possible solutions, despite the fact that he had other calls to make on both days he was here. He wasnt in a rush, and he never got frustrated with me, even when I interrupted him. He didnt try to upsell me on things I dont need. He listened carefully and respectfully to all my concerns. Once hed identified the problems, he fixed them. Thats it. He left my home better than he found it at a price I can live with.

Mr. Electric is a high quality contractor. We had a lot of work done to our old house and they came in at half of what I was expecting. They were able to come up with creative solutions such as remote controls instead of pulling wires, LED wafer lights, and really went above and beyond. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed up like new.He was polite and kept the house clean while he did the work. I always hate how so many electricians say a service will cost one thing, but ends up costing a lot more once they finish. What is so great about Mr. Electric is that they stick to their estimates even if a job takes longer than expected. Not only did Mr. Electric rewire my entire house, but they do all the electric jobs at my work as well. They sent Dario and Jesse out to our clinic three times now and these guys work constantly to get the job done the right way. Patty and April in the office are very helpful with all my questions. They called right away.I setup an appointment and within the week we had a visit by a tech. He was very professional and on time. I showed him where we wanted to have the new outlets installed.He quickly wrote up a quote. He gave us the cost plus another option for an upgrade to the power panel. I did not do the upgrade. No pressure from the tech.We agreed to the quote and he said they would get it scheduled the next week either Monday or Tuesday. I didn’t get a call Monday so I called. They have awesome customer service. They said I was scheduled for Wednesday.There was a delay on the start time but not by much. I got a call from them letting me know.I thought their price was a bit high but because everything else was so easy and smooth, I was fine with the quote.This company really cares about their customers. After a courtesy assessment of the home and an understanding of the locations for install, he went to work and made a couple recommendations to make a clean install with the least placement impact on sheet rock which required some cutting . Jeremy worked quickly and in about 90 mins completed the work which met our needs exactly.
