    My experience with RapidResponse was very positive. My issue was a 21 year old water heater (RIP...see photo on right).After I called the office, I was scheduled an appt.Technician, Aaron, was professional, assessed the heater, answered my questions and presented to me all of my options.I chose the option to replace at a great value pricepoint.For the install, Technician, Mike, worked very hard on a very hot day to install my heater. He answered my questions, and was professional, meticulous... I could tell that he takes pride in his work. I recommend this company.

    Had an issue with my HVAC not producing heat, called Rapid Response for a second opinion. Technician Vance Watkins came out to do an initial inspection and then fixed the unit. Helped save me a lot of money getting a second opinion from rapid response. Highly recommend.

    After a week of no AC, we were literally melting. What a great decision to go with Rapid Response. As soon as I gave the thumbs up to Elaina, Service Manager,she worked out details to install the next day.     Drake from Rapid Response Plumbing came out last week to perform a water heater flush.I was having some pre-winter (freeze) anxiety. Cutler came out today and insulated my crawl space pipes. Both gentlemen were prompt, polite, thorough and informative. Answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions). Also re-did the insulation on my water heater pipes & helped with a slow bathroom sink drain. Definitely recommend.

    Rapid Response is the correct name for this company! We were on our way home when we saw our WiFi thermostat wasn’t showing cooling.I found them on thumbtack. He came right then, Friday late afternoon, using our door code. Fixed it in no time. Nice and cool when we got there! WOW!

    Vance came out today and checked our attic heating and cooling system because the pan had filled with water. Ends up it’s extremely old, was backed up and has a hole in the tubing where carbon monoxide could’ve leaked out had we turned on the unit!     I have been very pleased with Rapid Response. I began using them this year as a premium member to get my old units checked twice a year and a discount on repairs.     Hunter was great today. Easily diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Explained my water heater system and why the problem started in the first place. The only reason there aren’t 5 stars is that Hunter arrived 1.5 hours outside the appointment window. I understand that the previous job took longer than expected but text updates would have been nice. Otherwise kudos to Hunter.

    Rapid Response came out to do a routine check up on both units they had installed for me a few years ago, as they have done in the past. My 5-star rating is due to the service technician who came to my home. The service technician was Vance Watkins. I was very impressed with Vance. He was extremely polite, professional, and very informative. He gave me options and explained all services provided by the company. I unaware of that the company provided some of these services. As a result, I will make an additional purchase from Rapid. But this decision is due to the way Vance conducted himself and his inspection. This company is lucky to have such an outstanding employee.     I had a great experience with Rapid Response Plumbing this weekend. My washing machine faucets were leaking badly. I described the problem and sent a video clip. Travis arrived with the parts needed to get the problem resolved. He was so friendly and answered all of my questions. He explained what needed to be done and told me the cost before starting the work. You can tell that customer satisfaction is important to this company.

    I was trying to move into a brand new house and everything was going wrong. Nothing was done. The home wasn’t ready to be moved in with no air conditioning being the first problem.     I highly recommend Rapid Response. Not only did my technician Gary come out same day on a Saturday but he was quick, thorough and honest. He went far above and beyond inspecting every inch of my dinosaur of a unit looking for anything that was unsafe. He found a hole in my heat exchange causing carbon monoxide to leak into my home. Although I was not thrilled about the hole found because now I need to replace my unit, I am very grateful that he found it. He is a very seasoned and knowledgeable technician.     Rapid Response is very professional from the moment you call to ask for help. They book an appointment that is convenient for you, send a reminder text with the name of the service professional that will be handling your issue whether it be plumbing, electrical, or HVAC related, then they text you when they are on the way. Joshua came to trouble shoot an electrical issue and he had it figured out and fixed in no time. He explained the problem, told me how he was going to fix the issue, and how much it was going to cost. We has a little trouble with the IPAD, but the sweet lady in the office was able to get it resolved. I have used this company for both plumbing and electrical issues and have been very pleased with their professionalism each time. I will definitely use them in the future!

    Wow!!!! Just Wow!!!! How can a company and its front office and techs be this great?!?!? Is all I have to say about Rapid Response Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Sorry for the long review, but they earned it. As a 13th generation WILCO native, and a luxury home builder for the last 23 years here, I was completely blown away by the level of service from this company. As a builder, my plumber does rough ins and trim outs, zero trouble shooting or unclogging of clean outs, mains, etc. So when my personal home started backing up, we are talking sewer in the shower backing up, I did my typical call arounds, vetted each, and landed on this amazing company. The people make the company. As a seasoned builder, the first few “go to big names” I called I could tell I was just a number for the day. Then I had the great fortune of linking up with Rapid Response. Cassandra who answered my call was amazing. I had a great conversation with her, as if we had known each other for years. She set up appointment , I told her my wife came home from surgery yesterday and asked for a heads up when tech was on the way. No problem. They have live track! Think Door Dash but for more urgent issues than you are hungry. I was able to follow Mike on his journey to my house. So my review of Mike, yea, its the same. He brought all of the “smoke” when he got on site. Keep in mind Mike is the only one I personally met during the service call and he crushed it! He is amazing both as a plumber and person. He got to work immediately solving my issue, got it solved. I would consider myself very fortunate to have Mike as the customer facing person with in my company. Rapid Response is fortunate to have him as theirs. Hands down, best experience I have had with a “sub, tech, etc” ever. Call them if you have any issues. I certainly will. I have already saved the number to my contacts.

    Bryan with Rapid Response was amazing. He spent about an hour going through all the plumbing to do a maintenance check. He is a certified plumber and had photos to back up what he said needs to be done. I signed up for the maintenance plan and I am happy that I did. I would have Bryan come back again as he knows what he is taking about and did not pressure me.

    The entire experience was fantastic. I was waiting for the new freon version to be available before I replaced my old AC that gave out this summer. Our 26 year old furnace was not heating effectively this week so I called Rapid Response and they sent Jayme and Landon the next morning as I urgently needed to replace my old hvac (we were freezing). They were polite, hardworking and had our home warm and cozy within hours, leaving the work area neat. I had various companies give price quotes in the past year as I knew Id need replacements soon, and Rapid Response gave me the best, fairest price. The owners are lovely to work with.

    Our tankless water heater went out and our search for a qualified plumber began. After a lengthy search a friend recommended Rapid Response. I was initially blessed to interact directly with the owner, Jack, and from office administration to technicians, the experience was top notch.I had done my research on average costs and the tankless technology prior to reaching out for bids. Rapid Response was the only company that I felt wasn’t trying to take advantage of my situation and was more that fair in there quote and transparent on pricing. Shoutout to Tanner who initially came out to bid the project and inspect the situation—he asked questions that previous plumbers did not and showed real professionalism.I come from a family of tradesmen and can recognize quality. The finished work is beautifully done and Mike (our technician) was timely, communicative, kind and most of all very qualified.I won’t hesitate to recommend Rapid Response for plumbing and HVAC needs and they’re at the top of my list for when I need service in the future.

They heard that I was in need of help. They contacted me and said they would come out the next day. They sent out a technician ( MATT ). Matt is extremely experienced and identified the problem. Immediately. He then left to go get the parts and came back in less than an hour and repaired my unit. They did a great job and were very reasonable. Most importantly, they have a lot of character and they really care about their customers. This is the only company that I will ever use and refer for heating air-conditioning needs!!!

    As an owner of a large company with many locations, emergencies with HVAC seem to happen at the worst time. We had an AC unit stop working at a critical moment and our regular HVAC maintenance company could not make it in a timely manner. I called Rapid HVAC and they were onsite on a Saturday in less than an hour and completely saved our private event! They provided responsive and quality services with reasonable pricing, a rare combination.

    Best HVAC experience hands-down! I will never use anyone else. They were able to come out immediately and diagnose the issues with my system. They replaced both of my units, which were very old, and were fast, friendly, and professional. They even worked with my home warranty company to get them everything they needed for my claim. Excellent Communication. They tell you when they are going to be there, when they are on their way, and when they arrive. Locally owned and operated with the best service. They are alway fast and very professional as well as providing in depth information including video of the assessment. We started using then as a backup to a home warranty pan then just switched to them for all heating and AC concerns. Their service is second to none. My wife an I highly recommend them.

    Rapid Response is a life saver!!!! The air went out at our house during a major heatwave while we were preparing for a large party for my mothers 65th birthday. I called several other companies and they were the first to answer my call and be on-site within 2 hours. They had our A/C running 100% within a few hours and our party was saved!     Im a contractor. This was my first job in Spring Hill. Rapid Responce is not my usual sub for HVAC but my usual was covered up. We had some problems with this install really from not knowing the inspector in Murray county. Jack and Dyllan bent over backwards and worked their butts off to make it right. You generally cant tell the quality of the people youre working with when things go perfectly. But that sure shows up when theres a problem.

    I highly recommend using Rapid Response Heating and Cooling Inc. Friendly guys and fast response. Robert was willing to replace my A/C unit the same day. It was scheduled for Friday at 8:00 a.m. and Allen showed up at 7:59 a.m. with a friendly smile. Right away I felt that he was going to provide a great service, and I wasnt disappointed. After Allen and his helper finished installing the unit, they even went back to vacuumed and removed all debris from the room that went to the attic.I strongly recommend Robert and his team to any one that needs help with their air conditioning units.

    I contacted Rapid Response in hopes of getting some important information on how to go about some yearly maintenance issues on my system at home, and Rebecca went above and beyond anything I could ask for. She was eager to listen and understand, and prompt in providing an accurate plan of attack.     I had an old packaged unit that went out, they were able to to get someone here to look at it promptly. The unit was over a decade and a half old and they advised me to replace it. I was quoted from the seller in a package upfront that included installation and new wiring on my thermostat. The service from their contractor was great as the 2 guys that were installing was very attentive. The only feedback I will give is the owner needs to be more clear and consistent when it comes to credit card fees or anything additional thats not covered at time of payment, even we are only talking about a very small percentage of the transaction amount, also, the communication needs to be more clear when it comes to included services because there was a discrepancy between the install and point of sale of what I was quoted. It took 2 phone calls to clear the discrepancy between the installer, the owner, and the seller. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided.

    Can’t say enough good things. Was personally helped by the new owner and he was as kind and helpful as any business owner I have ever met. He truly prides himself in running a 5-star operation and enjoys helping his customers. The world of HVAC is always confusing because I think very few of us actually know what the tech is talking about most the time, but Jack took the time to make me feel very comfortable with the process and got me on a great preventative maintenance schedule so I never have to worry about my system failing again.He was great to work with and he truly made a believer out of me.
