My old toilet was leaking and making crazy noises and was constantly running. I called Collins and got an appointment the very next morning. The technician (Ben) was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my toilet that very day and it looks and works great. I am very happy with the service. Thanks Collins!

Andre is the best! I have never left any reviews on any business before. I am trying to understand why some people gave fewer stars. Mike immediately called me back, even though it was on Friday night. Andre came on Saturday to look at it and determined which parts needed to be replaced. They charged us a very reasonable price to fix it.I will call them to request Andre if/when we need a plumber, nobody else!

Great job from Collins Plumbing! I had a nasty leak from my kitchen sink but Joe and his apprentice took care of it in virtually no time. They replaced the old pipes underneath the sink with new ones in less than an hour and everything works well. The price was affordable too. It was nice to see the next generation learning skills the old fashioned way. Joe was very professional and transparent when discussing business as well. Thanks again guys!

I have called Collins Plumbing 3 times for help in the last year and they always impress me with quick response, accurate diagnosis, helpful recommendations and expert workmanship.Yesterday they replaced a gas hot water tank for me and the job was completed and tested by journeyman Steven, who had to rebuild the tanks mounting platform adding unexpected manhours to the job. I was charged only the amount of the original estimate!These people are trustworthy. I highly recommend their services.UPDATE August 2019: Another 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Experience - while out of town our home water tank sprung a leak - called Collins and Kate answered to set up an appointment. Andre arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate for repair. Within hours that day the repair was done in an extremely professional manner. We arrived home to find an expertly installed new water heater with an expansion tank that solved a water-hammer noise problem we had with the prior system. Our final invoice matched the estimate. The dispatcher who responded to my call was so kind and put my fears at ease and went above and beyond to help me out.The plumber they sent was knowledgeable and polite. I called for an ugly emergency leak in the morning today and Anthony was here less than one hour later. VERY GRATEFUL since I called five other companies that are so busy it would take 2-5 days at the earliest to fix it. He fixed the problem quickly and was nice, clean, and professional. The charge was also EXTREMELY REASONABLE. Thank you Collins Plumbing!

My wife and I and our 12 yo granddaughter came home from a week of camping to a notice from our water company saying we had a water leak near the main. It was a Thursday evening before a long weekend and we had no water. I called and spoke with Mike Collins who was extremely helpful and understanding of the problem. He managed to squeeze in a time the next day when two of his employees came out and fixed the problem in spite of it being an older connection. Our water was restored and problem solved. The two plumbers were great – friendly, efficient and careful. The cost was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Collins Plumbing.

We are very happy with our experience with this company. I called to get a quote to have a new garbage disposal installed that I had just bought. I spoke with Phil and his estimate was lower than others had quoted, so he got the job. He came over 10 minutes after I got off the phone with him on a Saturday morning and had the new one installed and ready to go before I even finished my omelet. And the final cost was exactly what he said it would be. We will definitely call him next time we are in need of a plumber.

Joe and Ryan were incredible - first Joe with his troubleshooting and resolution of issues with a 1930’s cabin and then install of a new water heater and toilet in a teeny- tiny confined space. Amazing customer service, consistent communication throughout the process and brilliant work ethic- worked hard without a rest to getter done!So thankful Collins Plumbing is working like things used to in the good ole days- - hard to find in the business/service arena now for sure!!!Very grateful!

Collins plumbing will be my go to plumbers from now on. The scheduling person worked very hard to get someone out right away. Kitchen sink was hopelessly blocked. Joe knew what to do. He didnt even have to go under the sink but was able to get to the clog from the roof! He was pleasant and courteous even having to haul himself and heavy equipment up a latter to the roof. Great experience.

After meeting the owner - Mr. Collins, I am happy to report that this company is first class and yes, I do recommend them. There prices are much less than the others in western washington that I have used. No extra charge on the weekends (thats when everything bad happens to me) Good company, good people.

We had an emergency plumber repair needed on a job. Collins answered their phone, scheduled promptly and the plumber who took the job communicated well. They aren’t they cheapest company but I think you get what you pay for.

Garbage Disposal was jammed, sink would drain into the dish washer. When running, the dish washer would drain into the sink.Chris arrived, on schedule, checked the disposal-used a special wrench to hand operate-disposal started working again. Sink drained properly and dish washer drained properly. Chris handed me the special tool, his business card, said Merry Christmas and left. Total charge---$0.

I am so pleased with this company. They did an emergency repair on an outside water bib in June. Then in September we developed a leaking water valve under our kitchen sink. They had to make three trips because each problem hid another. They did everything I would have done, but they did it right! By now I would have probably had the external wall opened up and be changing the valve, which would not have fixed the problem. They show up on time! They are courteous! They are professional! I couldnt ask for better service!
