    Robison Plumbing was the best choice I could have made of all the plumbing companies out there! A tech arrived the same afternoon that I called. Elijah was the most personable, friendly tech and professional too. I felt confident he knew his stuff and he assured me of the quality of the companys service. He had my issue repaired in about 5 minutes and answered all my questions. I was expecting my fee to be a lot more than I was charged. I had to leave for a meeting so Elijah also personally assisted my husband who is immobile with taking his food tray to the kitchen. What a wonderful young man. And his father worked with Robison for many years. I feel much better now knowing who to call in the future if we have an emergency.

    The plumber showed promptly, with a courtesy call a few minutes prior to arrival. After reviewing the needed repairs he noted that the work required an item not on his truck. He made a quick run to town, and got right down to work upon return. Bryan was very friendly and professional. Work finished in the estimated time. As usual Robison Plumbing gets the job done right.

    Robison plumbing was very responsive, coming out within an hour of my phone call when our water heater started to malfunction. The technician, Jeremiah, provided expert advice on how to deal with the immediate issues and provided several options for replacement. Robison was very responsive throughout the process of replacement, they were prompt and the work looks great. I would recommend Robison and plan to use their services for all my plumbing needs in the future.

    Called Robison after 2 other plumbers couldnt fix my leak. They came out right away and it was a wonderful experience! Elijah was able to find the problem right away and got it fixed. He was very thorough and nice!

    I had a very very emergency plumbing issue and called in a panic. The staff were amazing and the plumber was at my house in about 30 minutes and he was efficient, nice, polite and did a good job. I have used Robinson Plumbing for most of my needs and they do deliver. they might not be the cheapest in town, but the service and piece of mind is worth every penny.

    Camden just completed a job at my house, it was quite complex and took a lot of work! He replaced the main shut off valve for the house and installed a Phyn Plus V2 smart leak detector and automatic shut off on the right after the manual shut off. The complexity was the incredibly restricted and tight space he had to work in. I swear the guy must be contortionist, not only to fit in there but find a solutions to wiggle the ProPress crimper in place and have enough leverage to press it down. All this work was done in a cabinet under my kitchen sink (which is in a corner). After everything was installed, he found a leak on one the fittings he had installed (through no fault of his own). This meant replacing several fittings he had just worked very hard to install. He handled it extremely professionally and was able to rework what needed to be reworked, even though it had already been a very long and difficult job. And after all that he still took the time to clean up and even put all my cleaning supplies back under the sink, he left no visible trace other than a job well done of course! He also installed a bidet which required replacing the valve in the wall, did a great job with that too. This was all done at no additional cost to me than the estimate I had already approved since Robison does NOT charge by the hour and they do NOT charge overtime fees (they even say it on their trucks). Robison Plumbing is a great company but Camden is a superstar and deserves a raise!

    I recently purchased my home and had some plumbing work done by a different company. Most of that work was great but an outdoor hose bib caused the pipe it was installed on to crack, so at 11pm on a Friday, I needed help. The company that did the work didnā€™t have coverage, but Robison did. They sent Jeremiah the next day to solve the problem and get my water turned back on. I thought Iā€™d pay dearly because weekend, and was relieved to learn that Robison provides service at the same rates, 7 days a week.Jeremiah was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, kind, and has a positive outlook. He fixed the leak, checked all of my plumbing, and provided great feedback on what I should prioritize. My home is a nearly 40 year old manufactured home with a lot of deferred maintenance and some very outdated plumbing infrastructure. Jeremiah was thorough and thoughtful and I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness.

    I want to thank Robinson plumbing for rescuing me from a recent self inflicted nightmare. I called the main number on a Saturday, and someone answered, they were able to arange a site visit on Sunday. Elijah came out and assessed the damage ( never once called me stupid) and gave me a firm estimate. He returned during the week with all the materials needed and an assistant ( who was a dad) , who was experienced in old cast iron plumbing. They were fun to watch interacting in a great learning environment.Robinson has done work on our home before, they have always been professional and great to work with.Did I mention they had all the tools,equipment and expertise to do the job. Nothing worse than paying the hourly rate for a contractor to go to the store for simple parts.

    The technician, Anthony, was great. He was courteous, knowledgeable, explained what and why about the work needed, and answered my questions directly and fully. He also volunteered to provide an estimate on some work that might be necessary in the future. The company communicated about the status of the appointment, letting us know when he was on his way and ETA. Other than the cost, I was please with the service provided.

    Derek handled my annual inspection. He was very informed and immediately noticed a problem with my new tankless water heater another company had installed, not up to code. He diagnosed the issues and gave me options. I decided on the spot to have him fix it rather than go back to the original installer. Im glad i did. Very nice guy, hard worker, good result.

    I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Travis. He did a complete replacement of my old toilet with a new bidet model that is super easy to use. His patience and communication skills were off the charts on the good side, answering all my questions in a way that left me confident that I had all the information I needed. Ill ask for him if I ever need more service.

    Jon arrived on (or before šŸ™‚) the scheduled time; very personable, and was quick - and thorough - at checking the water heater, not even dismayed to find its located in the very cramped pantry.Took him just a few minutes to assess the problem and rule out various issues and say since no issues visible it was probably corroded inside. I couldnt remember when we replaced the original(?) but we bought this house in 1988, so at most 6-8 years after that.I agreed, so he wrote up an order for replacement, AND said he had an opening tomorrow - which was great! šŸ˜ Didnt expect it could happen that soon, very pleased about that.I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise, and appreciated his saying it wouldnt need to be another 65-gallon one ... saving me money. Be great to have a new one that quickly ... and my only job to prepare will be moving the storage rack out so the old unit can be gotten out of there!Jons a good representative for your company, I enjoyed dealing with him. Thanks!--- Update from yesterday: Jon was back to install the new water heater - and I was a bit surprised he was alone - given the size and awkwardness of what hed be handling. But he didnt need help, very competently removed the old unit and installed the new one. Not without several issues of course ... requiring three more items so it would work properly. (There are ALWAYS issues doing work at this house!) Theonly issue he couldnt fix was that the electrical circuit is 20-amp breakers, when the heater is made for 30s, but that would be a job for an electrician.šŸ˜Again, as yesterday, the couple problems he encountered he took care of very competently; very impressed at all his work, and his avoiding any mess-making - an almost-impossible task, as he had to go in and out across carpet ... AND a driveway covered with the small orange things from fir trees - which cling to anything they touch!Also again, as yesterday, Jon did a great job although challenged by the way this house was built.A very competent and professional visit ... and a new water heater in just a days time. ...     Todd went above and beyond, did thorough inspection of our homes plumbing, and when we asked for a new toilet (instead of fixing existing one), he picked up and installed new toilet the same day, instead of the inconvenience of scheduling another day for installation. He was very patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions! Great customer service, and will recommend Robison to friends!

    We had an emergency situation happen. Scheduled an appt and Jeremiah was assigned to the job for our home. He did a walk to see the source of our problem and immediately knew to start at our septic took top off and noticed the clogging there and went straight to the source of the problem he worked smarter not harder. I love that he listened took our concerns and worked with information he was given. And bam just like that we have everything draining the way it should drain straight out.     I like that Robison Plumbing Service is open 24/7 as we all know problems arise at the worse times. We didnā€™t have hot water after returning from being out of town for a week. Jesse diagnosed our problem, gave me estimates before he began and gave a best case/ worst case scenario. He fixed our problem that was a little complicated and got us going again. Buddy came in with his hat backwards like he was Sylvester Salon in Over the Top minus the Truck and the flannel shirt.     I have had nothing but great service from John, Sean and Nick. Melva in the office is right on top of everything. I became a member of their home club which gets priority appointments and reduced rates. Also, is transferable to new owner if you sell your house.     Our 15-member water system discovered a break in our main water line along Hood Canal Union, WA which needed to be repaired as soon as possible. We called a number of Plumbing Companies to find it would take more than 24 - 48 hours to get them out to inspect the leak and make repairs. We needed to shut off our well pumps immediately since the 15 member homes were without water. Robinson Plumbing indicated it may take until the following day to inspect our leak and repair however they were able to come out within a few hours. After ordering parts for the repair job, they were back the next morning to make the necessary repairs.The technician was Levi Mustard who was outstanding. He was courteous, kind and knowledgeable. He completed the work within a few hours.     My tech Sean went above and beyond. Found an 80+ year old piece of lead in my 1940s home from its origin. He used his knowlege and skill to fish a 14x2.5 lead piece 20ft to the exit valve. I would recommend them to anyone at their wits end.

    Robison is a good plumbing contractor. Iā€™ve used them for many projects, and have always been beyond satisfied. Anthony in particular is a gem. He came to do the plumbing necessary for my bathroom remodel. As per usual, the plumbing wasnā€™t straightforward. Anthony figured out a way to make his part of the plumbing work, which was to plumb the sinks, the faucets, and put in a new showerhead,. He used his ingenuity to do so. He also figured out why my tankless water heater was going cold when it was supposed to be warm. He did this by looking at all matter of things inside the water heater. all along the way he has been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to explain things to me. Heā€™s my go to Plumber from now on.

    Our water heater, only 6 months old, suddenly was leaking all over the wood floor. On a Sunday. At 8 am. We callled our usual plumber and couldnt even leave a message. We called another. They has no one available, but they referred us to Robison. They answered right away and made an appointment for the same day. A very nice man, David, showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem as defective manufacture, got on the phone to the manufacturer, and arranged for a new one to be installed tomorrow. We couldnt be more pleased.

    What a wonderful experience! I used Robisonā€™s Plumbing for the first time and I was extremely pleased with the plumberā€™s knowledge of tankless water heaters, his professionalism, and concern. In a very short amount of time the issue was resolved and the water heater was working better than ever.Additionally, I appreciated the heads up from the receptionist on when to expect the plumber and what services to expect him to perform. When repair was completed, he offered a complimentary inspection for plumbing problems that commonly plague other homeowners.     From the initial call to the final invoice , this was a great experience with a stressful situation. The most worthy of noting was the technician, Camden Hart. As I expressed to him and to the company in the immediate feedback request, in addition to being skillful and knowledgeable, Camden was polite, respectful, empathetic and reassuring. His interpersonal skills went beyond superficial politeness. He is the best of representative of Robison, and he spoke proudly of his in-house training and apprenticeship. If I had any questions about staying with Robisonā€™s moving forward ( after years of loyalty), Cameron ended any possible misgivings. He is to be commended.     Absolutely loved his service. they called and asked if 11 would work and it did not. so they came by at 2:00. the technician came in looked and the issue and gave us 3 different quotes from if snaking would fix it to taking drywall out. he was very clean (he wore shoe coverings and brought in a clean rug to work on) and also cleaned up the entire mess. very well priced. i had one child at home (10 years old) and the technician gladly talked with him through the whole process. 2 hours later and drywall taken out with pipes replaced, water was flowing freely.update: oct 2018our shower needed a new Moen cartridge. should have been an easy replacement. however after 3 hours of pulling on the old cartridge it would not come out. come to find out the old style of cartridges have a gasket on the backend. this had kept me from pulling it out and replacing it. we called Robisons again and within a short time they had someone at our house. i have to admit i was happy to see him struggle with it as well. he said he had one more trick to try and heated up the copper pipe. it slide right out. he cleaned everything out and put it all back together. great service once again.

    Had another company come out to unplug a drain. The other company came out on a Tuesday and then said they would send another guy out to help the next day. They did not show up until the next Monday. They could not fix it so I called Robison, who had done work for us before. Elijah looked things over, gave me a price and got to work.     Nick and Antonio did a great job. I was thee for the first day but couldnā€™t make it back for the second day. They had to dig a long and not straight trench to replace an old water line into the house. Then they had to run the new line under a concrete slab and into the basement. They got it done in the time they said they would, and appeared to do an excellent job. They then went beyond what I would have expected. They put in a new shutoff valve and secured it better than the old one had been; they went through the entire house to make sure all water faucets and toilets were working properly and all the air was out of the system. The pictures Nick sent when everything was done show they cleaned everything up meticulously. I couldnā€™t ask for better service.

    I was in desperate need for a emergency plumbing issue. I was already upset because my home warranty company was supposed to send a plumber out and they didnā€™t! This was a Tuesday and I was told a plumber couldnā€™t get to my house until Friday. My toilets wouldnā€™t flush they were backing up and my shower wasnā€™t draining. So I called Robison from a friends recommendation. The receptionist that I talked to said she couldnā€™t get someone out until the following morning and I explained the urgency of my call. She was so nice and asked me to hold so she could see if she could get someone out that day. When she got back on the phone she said she had a technician that would come out as soon as he could, I was so grateful for her kindness and not blowing me off.The Plumber Ray Clark came out and worked on trying to snake it from my septic tank through my pipes to unclog the pipe but he couldnā€™t get through. It was already getting dark and it was cold. He then went under my house and discovered that the pipes were different sizes, so the cutter on the snake was bigger then some of the pipes thatā€™s why he couldnā€™t get it through. So he couldnā€™t do anything until the next morning. During this whole process we had to keep calling the home warranty to get there approval to pay. So Ray, the owner of company and I spent endless hours on the phone. I cannot tell you how grateful I was that they went above and beyond to help me with this. I just bought the house the year before and had a home inspection and the home inspector missed this. I was beyond frustrated but Ray worked hard and spent a lot of time under my house fixing all the pipes that were leaking, clogged up, installed incorrectly. I am happy that I went with a company that cares about there customers. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you for everything you did, all the calls I made to the office and even talking to the owner he was so nice when I was so frazzled and stressed over this. I am beyond thankful for Ray and all the hard work he put in on this job. Now I have peace of mind that it was installed correctly and know who I will be calling in the future.     Fantastic experience with Robison. We discovered a leak into our basement from the bathroom above and Robison had a tech out as soon as possible. Initial inspection didnt find a culprit, so I paid for the service agreement (which was the same cost as the inspection by itself!) in case it cropped back up. A few days later it did, and they had a tech out right away again. Sean was fantastic and had an estimate and probable solution for me right away. The next morning he came back with a less expensive and less invasive fix that hed come up with after the initial visit -- he was done in something like ten minutes and there have been no problems since. Everyone from the receptionists to the techs were a pleasure to work with and the work was fast and very reasonably priced. Well definitely be returning to Robison for any future plumbing needs!

    I would highly recommend this company because I had a stressful situation with outdoor irrigation leak which shut off all our water and I had 12 family members visiting. Luis and Jesse from Shelton, were prompt and found our problem to be more problematic. they told us what to do to remove the stone patio and came back the next morning to fix the leak under the stone patio. We felt very confident in their work. They were friendly and very professional. We give them a 5 ā­ļø

    If you have any plumbing issues call this company first. I called in the morning on a Sunday, John showed up a few hours later, he was on time, professional, and he let me know everything that was happening every step of the way. He even went out of his way and found a second leak under my sink that I didnt know about and put me on the schedule for the very next day. John showed up with Sean the following day and these guys went above and beyond to get my kitchen back working. I appreciate yalls work, thank you.

    I was able to make an appointment quickly and within my time frame. Josh was delayed from a previous job but the company called to let me know in advance. Josh arrived professional, asking in-depth questions about my concerns, and overall went above and beyond throughout his time spent at my house. He kept me updated with phone calls though out his service. I planned to have maintenance/minor repairs completed today but Josh was able to find problem areas that needed to be addressed. He spent many hours working on them and offering me different options and recommendations. The overall price was lower than I assumed and I feel like the work he did was above what was expected. His expertise likely saved me hundreds to thousands down the road. I highly recommend Josh and I plan to continue to use Robinson Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

    Best examples of customer service that I have seen in years! I rarely write reviews unless someone goes above and beyond expectations and Robison Plumbing really did. The kitchen sink wasnt draining and we were given a 2 or 3 hour window for the next afternoon (versus the standard sometime between 9am to 7pm stuff). As the next day went by they realized they werent going to arrive as schedule. So they CALLED us!! No kidding; they called us and promised they would be out first thing the next morning. The next morning Camden shows up and gets right to work. He snaked the drain and cleared the blockage. Then he put everything back together and tested the faucets and water flow. Most guys pack-up and leave at this point, but not Camden. He went around BOTH buildings and checked all of the sinks, faucets, toilets, shower heads and the exterior hose bibs. He adjusted a number of feed lines and fixed a faucet diffuser screen that was clogged. He was here for +3 hours and only charged us for the clogged sink. Thank you Camden! I absolutely know who Im going to call the next time I have a problem!

    We needed our main line to be replaced because our home is old and had galvanized pipes. Our water volume was so bad we could barely take a shower. Robison gave us the lowest quote so we went with them. I am so happy we went with Robison to replace our main line. Travis was very friendly and communicative about each step. I really appreciate how kind he was and felt like he really cared about me as a person. I have noticed that sometimes, being a woman, I donā€™t get treated well from tradesmen. Travis spoke to me like I normal person and was very courteous. There was an issue with being double billed an extra 5k, which my husband had to call twice to get resolved, but overall we are very happy. If the woman in the office was friendly (even a little bit) and didnā€™t double charge us 5k, I would have given them five stars. We will definitely do business again in the future.

    Josh was very professional. Listened to my concerns and what I wanted done. Provided valuable feedback and advice. Performed the work with minimal interruption to me working from home. Left my house cleaner than he found it after the work. Seemed to be a little pricey to me, but havenā€™t had plumbing work done in a long time. That said, you get what you pay for and Iā€™ll be willing to pay it again for the professional work.
