    Greenlee did an exceptional job replacing all the copper pipes in my house with PEX piping and repairing all drywall and ceilings. They were professional, fast, and friendly.     Billy did such an incredible job with our water heater. We inherited a water heater when purchasing our house that was in rough shape, not up to code, and stopped working (originally installed by a different company). The Greenlee Plumbing team was able to get someone out the very next morning, and Billy was the absolute best. He went above and beyond with many obstacles to jump through with our existing water heater. He took the time to make sure everything was up to code, helped explain things as he went, and was nice enough to offer up suggestions to maintain the new heater to make sure we could avoid future problems. These guys are competitively priced and did an outstanding job. We will definitely be working with them again in the future!

    Billy was awesome! I received a text when he was on the way. He was at my door at 12pm, the scheduled appointment time. Not a minute late. He came in and quickly diagnosed both problems. One was a pipe noise when water runs and the other was a toilet leak. He completed the work in 1 1/2 hours. All done with a perfect demeanor and an awesome smile.     We found out the day we were having new flooring installed in our home that we had a slab leak. We had a leak detection company come out and we were told we would have to rip up not only our new flooring in our living room, but would also have to remove our fireplace as the leak was detected “somewhere “ around/under our fireplace. The gentleman from the leak detection company suggested that instead of doing that, we contact a plumber and have all of our water lines repiped to the attic.So I got on the Nextdoor App and found lots of people talking about Greenlee Plumbing as a company who specializes in this. I called and Joni gave me a price to repipe our whole house, right over the phone. A few days later John came out and did a walkthrough to show us exactly what they would do. The next week, Grant and his crew arrived to begin the work. They were on time and very professional. They completed almost all of the repiping in one day (had to come back the next morning to finish one bathroom). Our water was shut off for that first day but Grant made sure to turn it back on before he left so we could stay in our home that night.The sheetrock crew arrived the second day and patched all of the holes (there were many and some were big) and painted. When they were finished it looked exactly as it did before the repipe was done.We also had a new hot water heater installed during this visit.I would definitely recommend Greenlee Plumbing if you need to have your home repiped.

    I have used them a couple times.I have recommended them a few times and I will continue to recommend them when any one asks.They replaced my water heater a long time ago. They had the best prices around, their service was good, and my water heater is still going strong.About a year ago they came out to fix a leak.I think my techs name was Billy. He was good. They did NOT overcharge me, and Billy taught me something that, if I knew it before he came out, I could have fixed it myself.My plumbing is old at this point, so tutorials using those parts are not easily found on line. That is mainly why I did not figure out how to solve the problem on my own.I hate signing up for account after account, so this is actually my sons google account.     I had a second visit from Greenlee Plumbing ( Jan24) and once again was very impressed by how they arrive on time (early this time) and how nice the employees are and how they explain about what they are doing.They returned calls quickly and gave me a quote after a few questions about my pipes that needed to be replaced. The employees were very professional and arrived on time. The job was finished in the 2 days quoted and the painters did an AMAZING job of matching the different paint colors in my house. None of my rooms are the same color. They were very neat and left everything tidy when finished. I will definitely call them again and recommend to all their services.

    I cant speak highly enough of Greenlee Plumbing. Greenlee is the type of contractor you rarely find anymore. They are HONEST, friendly, knowledgeable, dependable, reliable, and do great work! I have used Greenlee for several plumbing repairs and then to re-plumb my whole house after fault pipe was discovered. They make the process easy as a full service plumber. They also do the drywall repair and paint. They left my one in the same condition they found it. I have recommended them over and over again and will continue to do so. Everyone who I have referred to them has had the same to say about them.

    With my water service line leaking and the 4 of July weekend just around the corner I needed a plumbing service. After looking over reviews and asking neighbors, I started calling several plumbing companies so I could get this emergency work done. Greenlee Plumbing was well recommended not only by neighbors who had used their services but also from the many reviews I read through. The work was completed very quickly... which I was very pleased with as well as somewhat shocked, considering the extensive amount of hand digging and under concrete boring required. I decided to have the water service line replaced over just attempting a repair at the leak location along with the water tank replacement of my 14 year old tank. Thanks to Greenlee Plumbing I am now leak free with hot water for many years to come. They do great work!!

    Of the several quotes we received, these guys were both the most affordable and best rated on our local forums. I kept expecting hidden costs and corner-cutting, but none was evident.     Couldn’t be happier that we went with Greenlee!! Our house was built in 1985 so we’ve gone through several upgrades/renovations. I’ve almost come to expect to be unhappy with the end result/money spent. I was actually blown away by how happy I am with our pipe replacement (replaced all of the copper pipes in our house).     Greenlee plumbing is wonderful!! I am currently in the midst of trying to get Uponor to honor their 25 year warranty my 5 year old Pex pipes, and Greenlee has been my rock!     I had called another plumber first who was close that I had seen many good reviews of. I was so turned off by his approach to my plumbing problem, that I would not hire him. I then remembered Greenlee replaced my copper pipes and thought I’ll call them. Joni was very kind and accommodating. Billy came out and looked at my shower problem and quickly found the issue and he believes fixed it. Charged me only for the simple fix it turned out to be but said if the problem came back within 30 days, that fee would go toward’s the repair! Explained what next steps would be if it came back.     I called Greenlee when out hot water heater would not stay lit. Right away the person i talked to suggested I call the manufacturer first in order to save $225 in parts. Sure enough, they were covered! When I called back to schedule they did not have any openings when I would be home, but they squeezed me in the very next morning. The tech was very, knowledgeable (explained everything to me) friendly, worked quickly so i was able to leave for work on time. I will certainly call them for any plumbing needs.

    We had a slab leak in the garage and Greenlee came to investigate it. They recommended that we have a leak detection company come out and determine where it was actually coming from before just tearing into the floor where the water was coming out to be sure they found the actual leak and repaired it. After further discussion, we determined that the cost of the repair would be significant with no guarantee that another one wouldn’t occur in the future based on the age of our pipes and home as well as the amount of piping under the foundation. We decided to do a re-pipe which removed all of the copper pipe from underneath the foundation and replaced the lines in our downstairs with Pex. This involved removing drywall in several rooms, replacing the pipes and repairing the drywall. Much to our surprise, this only took 2 days and the water supply was only off for about 6 hours. The drywall repair work was excellent with no evidence of it after completion. Yes, the process was a bit messy but not near as bad as we expected and they cleaned up after themselves. We had our cleaning service the day after completion do a deep clean and we are very happy with the result. We highly recommend Greenlee Plumbing and will call them again anytime we have a plumbing issue.

    After another plumber left us hanging after 2 reschedules, we contacted Greenlee and we are so happy we did. Not only did Greenlee give us a solid quote over the phone, but they kept us abreast of updates via ongoing text messages. They were efficient with our repair, and even beat their original quote! (thats a first for any service appointment ever in my experience). Greg arrived within his quoted time window and went right to work.     Greenlee has done two jobs for me now. One was to replace all my pipes due to failing copper. Not a happy thing to do, but they made the situation the best it could be. They were quick and did a great job. And then just a few weeks later I had a drain leak. They came out and fixed it quickly. They are my plumbers of choice.

    The entire crew at Greenlee did a great job with our complete home re-pipe and water heater installation. Worked from the basement up to the 2nd floor. Brad and his crew was very responsive and professional. On day 1, Started on time and finished before the end of day. on the 2nd day the plaster repair, finishing and painting was completed and looked as if no holes were ever in drywall. Even matched the custom paint in 1 room from a sample piece of drywall. Would definitely use, and recommend them again!!

    Greenlee quoted a fair price for the work to be done, arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. Problems were addressed promptly with no fuss. The work at both ends (plumbing, wall repairs) was up to or exceeded expectations.We discovered a minor issue (missing insulation on pipes exposed to cold air in the garage attic) 6 months after the work was completed. Greenlee sent two people to fix the problem. Its not a problem now.

    During the artic freeze in Dec, we experienced leaks in our copper water pipes. Greenlee was the only plumber that responded to service the leak. The technician was thorough and neat and didnt try to charge more that the agreed estimate. And since we had had 3 pinhole leaks within the last 6 months, we decided to replace all the copper pipes with new Pex pipes. Greenlee were able to schedule us within 2 weeks after we decided to go with then, we got two other estimates, both were much higher than Greenlee, even though Greenlee was a turnkey business, meaning they did the re-piping as well as repair of any sheetrock that had to be cut during the repair process.The re-piping was done on day one...the sheetrock repair and paint matching done on day two.The other estimates were higher and did not include repair of sheetrock.Their crew arrived on time. All worked on different parts of the house to accomplish this feat. We were truly impressed with their skills and expertise.We highly recommend this company and will use them again for future plumbing needs.Did I mention they warranty material and labor for 25 years?!?Thanks Greenlee!

    Greenlee Plumbing is quite frankly the best plumbing company we have ever worked with! They were at our home right on time (8am sharp). This company was the only one that had the idea to reroute our pipes, instead of jacking up our concrete slab they chose to charge us less to put our pipes in the walls instead and eliminate the slab pipes all together, saving us 5,000$.They re-piped our entire house in half a day WHILE doing a superb job of it. Greenlee cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful while they were at our home. They even partner with a wonderful drywall company that came out first thing the next day (again 8am sharp!) and fixed up our walls perfectly. You cant even tell where they cut into! They even repainted the walls when they put the sheetrock back into place. This company was also respectful and professional and were done in only a few hours.I can honestly say I will never use another company but this one for my plumbing needs, and will be suggesting them to everyone I know!     John (and other Greenlee plumbers) had done some work for my son and he highly recommended him to me when I was telling him my water woes.     Greenlee Plumbing did a total exterior replumb of my old house, they also installed a new toilet and upgraded the showers hardware. They were AWESOME! The owner Greg Greenlee came out the same day I called for an estimate. Gave me a GREAT price and set up date that crew would be out. Brad and his crew were the best!     Really glad I called Greenlee Plumbing. Jose came out to quote me for a gas line job Andy pointed out a toilet issue I was having and helped me get the water shut off and saved me a ton of money had I not fixed the toilet. He even told me how much the part was at Home Depot and told me it was easy to do myself.Then James came out to do the job and did a fantastic job. Was fast and professional.     Greenlee is fantastic! We noticed our water bill gradually increasing over the last couple months and isolated the leak to outside the house. There was no obvious water in the yard, so I began to dig. I found the leak and also from what I could tell of the line, it was probably due for a replacement. I talked to several plumbers and decided to go with Greenlee based on reviews and service on the phone. The 5 year warranty is what really pushed me over the edge. Brian and his teammate arrived on time and had the job knocked out professionally in no time including backfilling all the dirt and leaving a nice smooth path where the trench had been. Best of all, I received a credit on my bill for the work Id done uncovering the water line. These are honest, helpful, professional people. Reward them with your business!

    Greenlee replaced all the copper pipes in our house because of pin hole leaks. It was a big project. Greenlee showed up on schedule with a six man crew and did the replacement in one long day. The next day a crew repaired all the holes that were cut to replace the copper, about 80. Everything went as scheduled. The personnel were skilled, very experienced and worked professionally. The entire project was run with excellence. Greenlee has crews that do pipe replacement everyday. They know the business and do it very well.     Greenlee was recommended to me by a friend when I had a leak under my kitchen sink. The person I spoke with on my first call pretty much diagnosed my issue as a faulty garbage disposal and, just in case she was right, she made sure the technician had a new one in the truck when he arrived. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional (and safe - he had on a mask). I felt bad because I had to start a work call the moment he arrived but he went right to work and was done in 30-40 minutes. I love my new disposal and no more leaking! Very neat. Greenlee is turnkey, meaning they do the patching and painting as well. Abraham and his crew were meticulous and neat. Whole project took two days (and not two whole days). My wife was away during the repairs and when she came home she did not believe me when I told her the work was completed.     I was prepared to give them a very low rating. I had a window 1-4 for for the service guy to come out. They did not show up till 5:30. I was upset. I had no communication that he was going to be that late.When Billy finally showed up I let him know I was upset and he told me you wouldn’t believe my day. I told him I was sorry a little communication would be nice.I showed him where the leak was, and he explained to me the things that he would have to do and the price.He was very professional, which helped a lot when he finally cut into the wall. It was worse than what he thought, and he explained everything to us. He even had to use more parts than he had originally thought of, and told us. He was very careful cutting the hole in the wall and got everything finished and everything is fine. I even asked him to cut the whole kind of perfect so I can put it back exactly the way it was and he did he took the time to understand what I needed to make the wall look good after we patch it.With Billy being so professional, and explaining everything and taking what I was asking into consideration. I will have to give Greenlee plumbing a good rating for service man’s professionalism but for lack of communication and letting customers know they’re running that late I will give them 4 1/2 stars. For the inconvenience they did give me a $25 credit to use on the service.If I have another issue, I will probably give them another try.

When I spoke to John he was extremely helpful and assured me that he would have someone out to help me with my in issue.     I really had a great experience with Greenlee plumbing. Would give them 4.5 stars if there was that option. But since I cant I am going to drop a star. The biggest reason is the lady who scheduled our plumbing need was not really that friendly. Her name starts with a J but I will leave it at that. That being said, we will always use them again.We were blessed to have James come out and service our plumbing need. I found him super friendly and very fair in his prices and charges. I agree with the previous reviewer. They are very reasonable compared to others out there. We had a very negative experience with Buckhead Plumbing before calling Greenlee. They corrected the issues we had with Buckhead Plumbing and did everything cleaning up and being professional in every way. They warranty for 1 year and this includes covering drywall repairs so you will not have to pay to have that done again if their repair fails in any way. This is very helpful when you have leaks coming from the second floor down to the first floor through the ceiling. It may take about two to three days to get you scheduled with them. Maybe they will do more if you have an emergency need but ours was not an emergency so we could afford the wait.

    Greenlee removed and replaced all of the polybutylene piping in my home. The entire job took 2 days as promised, and everything was professionally done. They put up plastic all over the house to cut down on the dust and had the water service restored the first day. Also, I made a mistake specing out one of the faucets and they came back at a reasonable price to change out the faucet.     I had Greenlee replace my interior polybutylene piping about 6 months ago when I bought my new house. I had them hold off on the exterior pipe leading to the house because I was concerned about the irrigation system. Well now 6 months later the exterior pipe broke and Greenlee replaced it for the same price they quoted me 6 months ago same day. They also hit a few irrigation lines and fixed them all, they even took the time to check and make sure they all worked before leaving. I would recommend this company to anybody, absolutely the best.     I recently had Greenlee re-pipe my house because, like many others, my copper pipes had caused multiple pinhole leaks. My experience with Greenlee was fantastic.     Greenlee repiped my residence more than 6 years ago and did a great job. Unfortunately their drywall employee accidentally drove a drywall screw thru a pipe upstairs, yet it remained sealed all this time until recently. Greenlee stands behind their work. Made one phone call and John came right out and repaired the pipe. Left me a commercial fan to dry out the area and agreed to handle all drywall repair, trim, paint and carpet cleaning. Being retired and having to much time on my hands I did the drywall repair myself but Greenlee provided color-matched paint at no cost to me. The carpet needed very little cleaning and all is good now. Rest assured that if Greenlee does your plumbing, he will stand behind his work 110%. Its hard to find that in a company these days.     Very happy with the customer service and finished product. I called three places to get my water supply line replaced in the front yard. A big name company out of Atlanta came and did a long drawn out sales pitch and quoted an outrageous price for 50 feet of replacement line. When I questioned the price that salesman went straight to a high pressure intimidation sales technique. The second company made an appointment to provide an estimate and never even showed up. Greenlee gave a quote over the phone after asking some basic questions and sent a plumber out to confirm the price the next day. I agreed to the estimate and the work was done a few days later. The plumber Brian explained everything that he had done and was one of the nicest tradesmen I have dealt with, God bless him. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job, even spreading the mulch and replanting the grass that was disturbed. I have a couple other projects I want done and will certainly use Greenlee in the future.

    I hired Greenlee to install an emergency water shutoff value that I integrated into my home automation system. Greenlees estimate was 50 percent less than two other estimates. Frankly I considered the other companies estimates to be ridiculously high. I have no problem with companies making a profit but the other estimate equated to $500 per hour which is insane. The Greenlee plumber John arrived on schedule, did quality work, and left no trace. I will use Greenlee plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward.

    We had been suffering with periodic polybutylene leaks the past few years. So, I finally decided to do something about it. I had talked to some of the plumbers who came out to plug up some of the leaks and they all gave me estimates of about $10,000 and up to re-pipe my whole house. So, luckily I went on Google and found Greenlee plumbing. The whole process with Greelee was seamless. From my first call, the young lady gave me a price estimate of $6,500.00 (which they held to) and scheduled my whole-house re-piping. They were able to schedule me within a few days of my initial call. The crew arrived on time at 8 am and were ready to work. The crew was very professional and courteous. They came in and put up plastic sheathing to protect the walls and furniture and put down covering to protect the floors before they began any work. The foreman told me on day 1 that they would be done by 5 pm. Turned out, they were done by 4 pm. The 2nd crew came in on day 2 and completed all the dry wall and painting. Both crews went above and beyond to make sure the work was done well. I must say, i was dreading this process, because a lot of work goes into re-piping a large house like this. But Greenlee made the whole process so easy and painless from the first phone call to the last bit of paint that went on the walls. I am usually a very hard person to please when it comes to service like this, but its been about 3 months since the service was completed and we have had zero problems.     My husband and I recently discovered the second leak in one year in our polybutylene pipes. After repairing it the first time, this time we decided to repipe the house to avoid future issues since this was becoming a problem. When I called Greenlee Plumbing I received a quote from the owner, Greg. He asked me about various fixtures in our home and immediately gave me a verbal quote and offered to email it to me. He offered to have them come out the next week. I will admit that I was a bit hesitant at the over the phone quote, since another plumber had just come by, looked at the house, said it would be complicated and quoted me several thousands of dollars higher. Before I scheduled them for the job I spoke to John. I asked many questions, and was highly satisfied with the answers I received.The work took two days- exactly. On the first day a team of plumbers arrived about 15 minutes EARLY. They got right to work, and our house had running water by that evening. They told me everything that I could expect beforehand, and completely followed-through. Not only did they have everything working at the end of day one, they cleaned up their work areas very well.Day 2 was the drywall repair. It was a different team of 2 men who arrived a little late, but they did excellent work. They matched all of the paint perfectly, and even the style of stipling on the ceiling. You cannot tell where the holes are at all!After the fact, there were a couple of minor issues, which to be honest I would expect out of a job this size. However, there was absolutely no issue in getting someone out to take care of them immediately. That really says a lot about a company to me. I would not hesitate to call Greenlee Plumbing for any other plumbing issues that may come along in the future.Additional Info:Since our repipe I have used Greenlee repeatedly. We just moved and our new house had some plumbing issues, and Greenlee has taken care of all of them. Whenever I have plumbing issues I call them, James comes out, fixes the issue and we are good! Most recently we had multiple gas leaks. The gas company had already come out and turned off our meter and we would not have any new hot water until the gas was back on. I called Greenlee at 6:55 and left message not expecting to hear anything back until the next day. I got a return call at 7:05 and James was there by 7:20! The leaks were all fixed by 8pm and the gas company came out and unlocked our meter that evening. I could not have possibly asked for quicker or more reliable service!

    The Water Heater was less than a year old when we discovered it stopped working. It seems these problems always happen on a weekend huh... I placed a phone call to Greenlee Plumbing who was the original installer. I quickly received notification back that they would send a service tech to resolve the problem.     HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREENLEE PLUMBING!They corrected a problem with the cold water pressure valve, adding a part, that another plumber just disabled, saying I didnt need it, just an new EPA addition, which I thought Im not up to code, as well as a commode that I thought the seat was moving. It was installed incorrectly. Plumber very professional and informative and only charged TRIP FEE OF $85. Fantastic, I thought it was going cost me a bundle, since there had been a big puddle outside my house from the leak. However, the commode still moved, so Greenlee sent 2 plumbers at NO CHARGE and found that the whole toilet had been installed improperly, they took the toilet up, put a new wax ring, bolts and cocked it. I told them that it was my fault the first plumber did not fix the commode since I told him it was the toilet seat that moved. They said job wasnt complete so I did not pay any additional monies.CUSTOMER SERVICE OUTSTANDING!You can understand why I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Greenlee Plumbing and they are my go to plumber in the future!

    After having 3 pinhole size leaks in my copper pipes over 1.5 years, I decided to have my whole house repiped. I delayed the process for several months for several reasons, but one of which was trying to mentally prepare for the mess and process of it. However, I was leaving my neighborhood a few weeks ago and saw another house getting repiped so I decided to stop and talk to the neighbor and plumbing crew. I am glad I did. I was able to see the work in process including the prep work they did before starting (covering areas and furniture in the house with plastic including the floors and carpet)and see the crew working. I decided to get a quote for my house and a week and a half later, the whole process was complete at my house. They had a large crew, but everyone knew their job and the repiping was done in a day, including repiping from the meter out in the yard. They arrived exactly when they said they would and everyone was eager to work. The Sheetrock repairs and painting went way better than I expected as well. The whole crew was professional and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend them for repiping as the pricing was great and I like that it included the Sheetrock repairs after. I am hoping I don’t need a plumber again for a long time now since I got the house repiped, but if I do, I will call Greenlee.

    I have 1994 home that had polybutylene plumbing. I came home and on my door knob was a flyer from Greenlee Plubming to do whole house replacement. Eight plumbers came the first day. All defective plumbing was removed and new CPVC plumbing was installed. I had one line i wanted moved from floor to wall and they moved it. They did a pressure test and leak check. The second day drywall crew came and installed drywall. Also on the second day, the street line was replaced. Glad it was, because it was PVC! And the original installers put a valve in the dirt that was nearly corroded shut. Third day the drywall crew painted and finished up. I found two shark bite valves that were installed in 2001. I called Greenlee to replace those too. They came out immediately to replace those old valves. Now i can rest easy and not worry about basement flooding!

    A true team of experts. Answers for every question and for every issue a resolution. Enthusiastic group of guys. Very efficient with only one issue. I think it was Brad singing while he worked, management May need to invest in lessons for him. They are awesome. Great value. 1500 less than the nearest estimate. Started around 8:30 finished replacing all of my polybutylene by 2pm. Great team and team work.

    Greenlee Plumbing (Billy Henry) has helped with multiple phases of my water renovation. He has been fabulous. Obviously skilled and experienced, attention to detail, and just a nice person.He has been such a pleasure and I am more than happy with all he has done.     Although I had a bad experience dealing with the father and some of his subordinates. For 2 weeks I was jerked around a lot with contradictinganswers to the plumbing issue that was left for me to deal with after they did the initial job.Greg the owners son did send a very nice gentleman (Tommy) out that was very informative and corrected the issue. I will use them again.

    They gave a quote, showed up when they said, and it costs what they quoted. They were also really professional. And, best of all, when replacing the entire line from my meter to my house, they didnt have to tear up much of my yard! And, where they did have to dig holes in my yard, they were careful to put the sod back into place for me. Im very impressed and highly recommend them.

    This was the second visit from Greenlee to auger my toilets - both times they were easy to schedule, the guys arrived on time and the communication via text was perfect as I cant always answer the phone when at work. They took special care to keep things clean and even socialized with the Supervisor 🐱 who insisted on providing QA.Will definitely call them again if I need plumbing help!Thanks guys 😁Laura

    After a succession of pinhole leaks, we decided to repipe the house. What could have been an anxiety-inducing process was not. Greenlee was efficient and professional. And the 2nd days work putting the house back in order with patching and paint really made it seem like a smooth job from start to finish with minimal disruption. Relief to have done.
