Just bought a new house and needed help installing a whole house filtration system and scheduled with Cannon.The entire process was smooth and efficient. I got text updates of when the team would swing by and there was even a handy feature where you can see how close they are to your home via Google Maps.The team was very patient and friendly answering our questions and working with us. Cannon plumbing is my ‘Go To’ plumbing company. I’m new to the area and needed a water conditioning system plumbed in. Three other companies quoted (over the phone) a labor/parts estimate that exceeded the cost of the system. Cannon’s owner, Clint actually came by the house and looked at the job and created an estimate and explained how he came up with the amount. It was less than half of what the least expensive alternate company was. They’re honest and came by to do the job within days of me installing the major component parts. Install by Brandon & Jacob and they did a great, neat, well-thought out job. I couldn’t be happier with their work.

I 100% recommend Clint for any of your plumbing needs!!! I purchased a foreclosure that had MAJOR plumbing issues. Not only did Clint repair/replace faucets, clogged drains, toilets, valve issues, but he also installed an extensive plumbing project for my new shower and free standing tub. He plumbed all of my plumbing for my free-standing bathtub in a Knee wall! I didnt know anything about plumbing or brands of faucets, nothing. Clint gave me so much knowledge on what faucets to pick and all the pros and cons of different brands so I could purchase the best items for my budget. He really took the time to make sure that everything was done right and took time out to educate me. A couple of months ago, my pressure regulator went out. I called Clint. He told me how to turn off the main valve to stop the gushing water and was at my house within a half hour. I could not have asked for a better response time!! Thank you Clint for your professionalism, knowledge, quick response time and expertise!!! I will be calling you again!!!

We ended up opting for a re pipe on the whole house due to many minor leaks throughout the course of our homeownership. They are personable and very easy to work with. A Sunday morning call with Clint was met with an immediate apology for having no one on call but we were able to wait for a Monday appointment. Evan arrived with a wonderful demeanor, knowledge about the work that needed to be done, and also gave us information for a mitigation company to help us through our repairs that were needed due to the faulty plumbing. He repaired and double checked his work, guaranteed the work, and called back on Wednesday to ask how everything was. A company that truly cares about their customers and their work is hard to find, but I have found that with Cannon! Professional, budget friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient are just a few of the words I have used to describe the experience to friends.

We had an emergency at our child care center, water spraying everywhere from an old valve leading to a toilet in a classroom. This was while children were in the school. Called and told Cannon we had an emergency, and they had a plumber there within 15 minutes. He stopped the leak and replaced the valve in short order. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My hot water heater died Friday morning. I called around several businesses recommended on local social media sites. With supply chain and labor shortages no one could help me until the next week. Cannon Plumbing managed to get two technicians to add one more job to their busy Friday and replace my water heater before the dinner bell rang. Not knowing much about water heaters and time being of the essence I requested an expensive system my brother had recommended. After speaking with Clint I selected the right system for my 120 year old home and saved hundreds of dollars. The techs that did the install were polite, knowledgeable, respective of my home and did an awesome installation in very short time. I could not be happier, THANK YOU Cannon Plumbing!!!

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I was in an emergency situation. My main water supply line from the road to the house apparently ruptured without any visible signs of a water leak. It has been leaking nearly 6 gal per min. for 3 weeks until the Town of Braselton notified me. I had the water completely shut off without knowing how long I would be without any water.Clint and Cannon Plumbing came to the rescue. They quickly responded the next day and installed a new water line in a few hours.I appreciate how fast they got my water turned back on.This is the second time I used them and I am very much thankful I found a honest and professional plumbing company.

I called Cannon Plumbing Saturday morning after my water line from the meter to the house ruptured. We had water leaking into the street and had to shut the water off at the meter. Clint rearranged his schedule and had a two teams on site Monday afternoon. One team bored underground to replace the line, the second team made the plumbing connections at the street and the house. This was no small task but was accomplished in under 4 hours. They replaced the water line and had our water service restored. Evan and Ian were very friendly and efficient, made the connections, replaced the mulch, cleaned up the plant beds and hosed off the driveway. I have used Cannon Plumbing several times and have always been impressed with his team - very friendly and professional.I have recommended him to several others with plumbing issues, and will continue to do so.

Amazing customer service! Very detailed and makes sure you understand what is going on and what work they will be doing. The day before New Years eve, our ceiling fell through due to a leak. We didnt think we would find anyone to come out during this time but we called Cannon Plumbing and they were out within the hour to help us figure out the problem. If they didnt come in our upstairs would have definitely flooded over the weekend.
