Over the years, I have used Ranger for plumbing services including emergencies and planned. My experiences have always been exceptional. The company does a great job preparing estimates, scheduling services, and providing services on-site. Staff are always professional and knowledgeable. Dustin replaced my water heater today and, as usual, the process went smoothly and he did an excellent job. I highly recommend the company.

I love these guys. Sarah in the office followed up when I dropped the ball on approving an estimate, and is very communicative. Kelton is super pro and can handle questions from the uninitiated homeowner to help make the best decisions. Then he can implement the plan with the ease of an experienced professional. Appreciate having Ranger be able to work on different aspects of both new and old construction/plumbing.

The representative showed up on time, listened to my description of the problem, and discussed reasonably and professionally a course of action. It was evident from this discussion he was competent. He went immediately to assess the full extent of the problem, set about solving it - including having to backtrack to Livingston and rent a pump to remove all the water that had accumulated. Once the draining of the basement, he assessed what would need to be accomplished and said that his office would be contacting me to arrange further service. He was fast, proficient, and personable. What else can be asked? Excellent service so far in this project.

Because 2 AA batteries failed in our thermostat, our vacation house that we normally keep heated suffered massive Pipe Freezing last winter. Luckily the water is turned off while we’re not there, so water damage was limited. Dustin is a wizard at tracking down and fixing leaks. Where he had to cut into walls, he did it so neatly, we’ll be able to do the repairs fairly easily. He had to replace 2 toilets, fix/replace faucets, and generally tune up the plumbing. Great work. Not cheap, but when is great work cheap?

When a circulation pump in my hydronic heating system died, Ranger was one of the few places that answered their phone. They were professional and installed a replacement quickly to get us warm again. When the casing on the replacement pump cracked shortly after, and it was unclear if the manufacturer would cover it, Ranger fully covered the replacement cost on their own dime. Not once, but twice! When they say they stand behind their work, they mean it. I would trust Ranger with any future plumbing or heating needs. Thanks Scott!

Ranger customer service gave me an arrival window of 9am -10am. Justin gave me a heads-up that he was on his way. He arrived at 9:30, was professional and very through when explaining how the Ranger service worked. He installed a garbage disposal, leaking shower and replace a wax toilet ring in 2 hours! This would have taken me a week, IF I knew what I was doing...ha!I left for work, leaving Justin to the repairs. When I got home, everything was working correctly and he left my house neat and tidy.I highly recommend Ranger Plumbing! We wound up needing a new pump on our boiler system and are happy to have hot water once again.There was never any question as to if or when they would show up. Texts are sent out when they leave. Bill was great while doing the replacements and up front about the cost of the parts.I know Ranger has been in business for a long time and theres clearly a reason why.
