My water heater was failing (on a Sunday) and I reached out to several plumbing companies via email and Harveys was one of the first to get back to me, and in a timely manner (Monday a.m.). After I gave them the information that they needed to give me a quote they promtly reached out to me and scheduled the replacement that Wednesday between noon and 2pm, they called me around 10 am and said that they were ahead of schedule and that they could come start the project early. Andy did an awesome job and the other Guy that was with him was quite informative about maintaining the new water heater with the not so great water that we have in River Rock.Thanks again Harveys....

I was in tears. I thought my whole house was going to explode. The boiler room was making noises that sounded like a Stephen King horror flick. NO OTHER plumbing company answered, even when they advertised Emergency Service 24/7. I finally was referred to Harveys. I will never go back to any other plumber. Scott arrived, explained calmly and simply what the issues were, how the building designer had made things worse, and showed me how to trouble shoot if I were ever in a similar spot. He replaced what needed to be replaced on the spot. He was competent, affable, and very helpful. I highly recommend this company. They get a Whitman Sampler!
