Andrew is so kind and knowledgeable! He helped us set up our whole home water filtration system, did some repairs and maintenance on our water heater, and installed our new kitchen faucet. He was always on time and was able to get everything set up in our house within days! No waiting around for weeks for parts or an appointment. He was so responsive with any questions we had and talked us through the whole proposal beforehand. We will absolutely be reaching out to Andrew and BlueBird in the future for new projects and repairs!

Jon was my technician he was very thorough went through the inspection process with me help us get dialed in with our mechanical room. We had water backing up from our sump pump and he was able to help us get diagnosed that we need some new equipment. Excellent customer service super fast service!!! Prompt and very good service for our leak repair. They charged a flat rate, to which I agreed, since I needed to get water service restored to our home. The work was completed quickly and ended up being a simple job. Afterwards I posted a 2-star review, noting that the work was done well, but that I felt the cost far exceeded the scope of work. The technician followed up with a phone call and and shortly thereafter, the owner of the company called me. We had a good conversation about their pricing philosophy. The owner then decided to offer me a partial refund, which I appreciate, even though we dont necessarily agree on pricing for services. I credit the company for their follow up communications and my revised review reflects that sentiment.

The technician who did the repairs was 5 stars! The only reason we’re giving the company 4 stars is because we felt the price was too high for the work involved and the amount of time it took. However, the company got a tech to our home the day after calling, so we were very pleased with their efficiency.

We had a very stubborn clog that John worked on tirelessly for hours. He came out victorious and we are so thankful. On top of determined hard work, I run a small childcare business out of my house and the amount of accommodation and willingness to work around my schedule was unlike any service I’ve ever had. I thought I would be taking whatever slot they could give me, rather, I got to choose the time and they came the same day. Thank you!!

Amazing next day Service! Cameron came out and found a pesky leak that has been troubling our home for over a year, Cameron fixed it in less than four hours! He also last minute descaled our tankless water heater and noticed that we needed a pressure reduction valve and installed that for us as well! I could not ask for better service very thankful for Bluebird plumbing !!
