    Had to use Rooter Kings twice. The first was in an emergency shortly after moving into our home. He came quickly and helped us quickly to fix the bad leak. The cost was honest and better than quotes I later got from other companies.The second time was today with a simple shower fix that I was too nervous about but he talked to me over the phone and gave me advice how to properly finish the job instead of coming out and charging me.I appreciate someone who does valuable and great work while being honest at the same time.

    Honest service is the way I describe the work done for us by Angel and his crew. Angel stood by us even coming over in the evening as he tried to clear our main water line to the house. He stayed with it. When it became clear that we had a decayed line that was blocked, he proposed a solution. We had been pointed to a certain organization to do the work but Angel clearly outlined how he could do a better job at a more reasonable price. He told us – I will take care of you – and he did. His crew came a day earlier than was expected. Within the space of 4 hours we had a new 40’ water line from the street to the house. The crew impressed us right from the start. The first person in the house slipped on boot covers to keep the snow and debris out of our house. Without much disruption to our lawn and flower beds they used 3 smaller holes to access the line at the house and street. They used a compressor to drive a “Missile” that pulled the new line in place. Another crew member did the inside plumbing reconnection and the outside curb side meter connection. This was a team effort of 6 cheerful people. They worked hard and fast. The puzzle was put back together – the stepping stone and sod. When I mow the lawn in the summer it will soon not be noticeable. Angel said he used the best type of piping and wrote it on the work order with a 50 year warranty on the pipe. Our old plumber is now retired. Angel and crew have earned our confidence for small or large jobs.

    They have been our plumber for 6 years now. We have had them fix all sorts of issues and they are the only ones I call at this point when anything goes wrong in our house. I feel like they are quick to get here, great customer service, and the pricing is always fair.

    I would highly recommend Angel to anybody! I was impressed by how quickly he came out to take a look at my water heater. Angel was super professional and kind the whole time, even had a few laughs. When he ran to get the parts and everything it was so quick and it didn’t take him that long to remove the old water heater as well as installing the new one.     We had a drainage issue in our bathroom. Angel gave us multiple options for how to solve the problem, and we chose the option that worked best for us at the time. He was thorough and wasnt in a rush; he took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood what he was going to do and how much he was going to charge before he started any work. Whenever we need a plumber in the future, well definitely be calling Rooter Kings.Update: We needed our house completely replumbed (including the lateral line from the street to the house), a job weve been dreading for years. Angel checked it out, was very thoughtful prior to approaching the project, and then did a great job. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend giving Rooter Kings a call.

    Rooter Kings. These guys are so great! We had a main line clog and they were able to come out the same day. We really didnt want the toilet removed. Jorge did all he could to avoid it at first but it didnt fix the problem so he did end up needing to remove the toilet to clear the main line. I asked him a lot of questions and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He let me watch the camera go through our pipes and gave me a lot of good information about how we can prevent this from happening again. Jorge was respectful and the bathroom was all cleaned up when he finished. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs and will recommend them to all our friends/family.

    I live in an older home and have had several different plumbers out to fix various issues. Rooter Kings are far and away the best we have worked with. I am honestly astounded at their level of service. They came out more than once to fix an issue with one of our old pipes. They probably could have charged us a lot more but they just wanted to make sure we were happy and that the issue was resolved. I felt like they were honest and did good work - I’ll never use another plumber and you shouldn’t either!

    I had a great experience with Rooter Kings. Angel was great to work with and took the time to talk to me about my toilet leak and gave me my options.     Rooter Kings Plumbing is the best plumbing service I have ever received. I live in an old house that still had the original galvanized steel pipes embedded in the concrete slab. The house has no attic and no crawl space, posing a significant challenge for re-doing the indoor plumbing. Angel and Jorge rose to the challenge and creatively solved the problem without trenching the floor or creating the need for additional repairs. They also replaced my lateral line (another big challenge for this property) and they did it perfectly. They were professional, easy to schedule, did the work in a timely manner, and went well above and beyond when it came to service (even reseating a loose toilet at no charge). We will be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward.

    Wow! The the owner of the company, Angel, and his associate George were super thorough when snaking our homes main sewer drain! They took twice the amount of time as previous snaking company did. They made sure to test the drain after snaking, going back over it a few times to make sure it was super clear. They clean up after themselves, offered me a 90 guarantee that the drain wouldnt stop up again and gave me a free estimate on a landscape drain issue I have. Great people and great service. Will recommend to all my family and friends.

    Our new year started with a leaking water heater and it needed to be replaced. We were worried about the cost but I am glad we found this company with good reviews.     I wont use another plumber again. Everyone needs a good dentist and a good plumber, and Jorge is our plumber. Jorge was friendly and quickly identified the problem. He was happy to answer all the questions we came up with and cleared our clogged drain quickly. Same day service too! There was absolutely no run-around and their prices are fair. I dont want a plumber who gives me a deal, just one who will do good honest work for a fair price. So glad we called these guys!

    Rooter Kings/Angel, No doubt the best experience I have had with a plumber! Was in a pinch needing some work done before company arrived for the weekend, first he answered his phone (rarity for service providers in Utah), second he got me in the next day. His professionalism, his knowledge and proficiency was that but nothing short as an example for every plumber in Utah. If I could give 10 stars would. If you need a plumber this is where you should go. I sure as heck will always use Angel and Rooter Kings for my needs.Oh and his rates fantastic and fair!!!     George and Angel did a wonderful job installing my new water heater. The service was very quick and they were happy to answer all my questions. They even let me know that my broken water heater was still under warranty and were able to save me hundreds of dollars off their original quote ( a quote which was already cheaper than 6 other services that I looked into).     Jorge responded to a Sun night call and promised to be at our house Mon morning. He called Mon morning informing me that he would be 15 min late. He worked intelligently to rid our drain of a clog. I was pleased with his prompt, effective service. I would highly recommend Rooter Kings for your drain problems.

    Came to my house as scheduled. Did a great job on a drain and put in a new water heater. Pricing was much better than quoted from a big name company and work was completed in a timely fashion and clean up was excellent.     I called Rooter Kings Plumbing and Drain and explained that I had a plugged drain, that I knew where it was plugged and it was not a big job. I gave my address and was told that they could be there in 15 minutes. Their truck appeared on time and the work was performed quick and professionally. That is excellent service on a Monday morning call.

    I called Rooter Kings based on great reviews and they are local. I had a main sewer line blocked with suspected roots. Scheduled an appointment for same day and George stopped by on time. He was able to clear the blocking roots but then used a camera and found other potential root problems down the line that were also addressed. Very thorough and helpful explaining my options for future and preventative actions.

    How do I even put into words how amazing Angel and his services were to me. What turned out to be a long and hard 5 hours of cleaning my sewer line, was supposed to be a quick and easy Saturday job. Angel was professional and courteous, even when I was ready to throw in the towel and many swear words. My job totally ruined his Saturday, but thankfully he stuck to the job and cleaned out 10 feet plus of roots and such in my pipes. I am no longer afraid to flush my toilet, plus the cost was very reasonable and he wouldnt even take more when I told him he earned it. I found a plumber for life. Highly, highly, highly recommend Angel and Rooter Kings. Plus he gave me a tip with my Sewer District, which I would never had realized was a possibility, that is also going to save me $$$$ in the long run.

    It is never fun when the sewer main line, out to the street, needs to be replaced.     Angel saved the day! My sewer line backed up in my house and my kitchen drain clogged at the same time. He was able to come day of and was prompt. He was meticulous with his work. He was friendly and respectful. I felt comfortable having him in my home. His prices were lower than other plumbing companies I have used. The only thing I wished he had done was clean around my drain before he left (that is the only reason why Im giving him 4 instead of 5 stars). Well definitely be calling him again.

    Service was excellent. I called four different companies and they were the only one to answer the phone. With Rooter Kings you get a technician not a salesman trying to upsell you on something. If my drain is plugged, I dont want you to look at my furnace, just clean the drain. They say they are Rooter Kings and I agree. Thanks for good service.

    Just had Angel and his crew over from Rooter Kings Plumbing. Came same day as called, braved a steep hill and driveway in a bad snow storm, and had a leaking external faucet replaced for us. They had to cut into some ceiling drywall, but they patched the drywall back in (not finished, but I am not complaining), cleaned everything up, and got the faucet completely replaced. It was a bad snowstorm and they had to get the right parts and get to my house a couple of times up a slick hill. They did a great job and were very nice and professional. I would call them again with any major plumbing issue. Thanks guys!
